An Intriguing Introduction

 

Hello, and good afternoon to all you insomniacs out there in a similar boat that I am in! My name is FallenSOLDIER (if you get the reference to this video game, me and you will be best friends for life, I swear it!), but many have learned to call me either Fallen or Wendigo. As of late, I've been settling more on Wendigo or Viktor, hehe. However, being as laid back as I am, I certainly wouldn't mind and could settle with just about any nickname you could possibly give me, considering I'm a pretty laid back partner, and am in a deep belief that roleplaying isn't just about the characters becoming close to each other, but making friends with similar tastes and pairings as well outside of roleplay. Trust me, I don't bite.... much. Heheh. Usually my introductions are a lot more long winded and paragraph(y) than this, but, for the sake of your time, your eyes, and your interest, I tried to keep it as short, sweet, brief, and to the point as possible.

 

So some random facts about me, broken up so you don't have to read walls of text and feel intimidated (or bored);

 

• I am well over the age of 18 so you won't have to worry about any scenes with me, and I definitely do NOT do fade to black, it just isn't in my style or nature.
  
• Smut and PWP is perfectly acceptable to me in some cases and with some pairings, but I do tend to lean more and be happier in a roleplay that has some sort of plot and substance!
  
• I've been roleplaying for 13+ years now, so I definitely consider someone of my standards very literate and write in multi-paragraph format, so in retrospect, I'd simply adore the same respect from my partners as well!
  
• A minimum of one juicy, detailed, and easy to work with paragraph would be very nice unless the plot falls into nothing but dialogue, then I completely understand. If you can do more, more power to you!
  
• Being from a state up north, I am in the Eastern time zone, and unfortunately am more of a night owl than day bird, so you'll more than likely see me visible more at night than during the day- but this doesn't mean I only reply at night! It just means it's most likely.
  
• There are absolutely no kinks that I won't do- besides anything close to potty play- and I do work a full time job so my replies may be a little slow but definitely worth the wait.
  
• I'm a very, very, laid back partner so anything in the fandom area doesn't have to be perfect. What do I mean by that? Simple; your character does NOT have to be exactly on the dot with personality. Adding your own little twists to what we'd normally not know because we didn't get to see that much of that side or for whatever reason is alright as well! It's what makes the character your own and easier to control.
  
• I'm very laid back when it comes to plots and ideas because I want my partner to feel like they can pitch in an idea or plot twist without getting their head chewed off. It is not ever 'my way, or the highway' but a collaboration between the both of us. Almost like a piece of art, so don't ever expect me to bite your head off if you offer an idea. Because in roleplaying there is never a wrong answer.
  
• If you won't be on for a long time- and I mean long (unless circumstances can not permit it) please try to let me know. Or if you are uninterested anymore, don't let me hold you down. Please tell me, roleplaying is about fun, not misery. So don't hesitate to say 'this is boring, I quit' or something like that.
  
• I'm on almost every day if not every day. It's rare when I'm not on, and if I know ahead of time that I have plans or something, I usually will be more than happy to let you know!
  
• Plot twists = Wonderful!
  
• If you don't want to roleplay on the forum or feel comfortable, we can do it via PM or somewhere else, I've got plenty of other accounts such as Skype, AIM, etc. etc. Wherever you are comfortable, my friend.
  
• If you have any other questions about anything up here or something else I forgot to say about myself, don't hesitate to ask. I'd be happy to answer whatever you throw at me.

The whole point of this introduction was to give you a few tips about me, my preferences, and how I roleplay, so shall we jump right into it?

If it's not listed here that doesn't mean I don't know about it or won't do it, it just means I either forgot about it or didn't even think about putting it here! Also, I'm no stranger to mixing and matching Fandoms as long as we can make it work out a little logically- example; I once had Kazuma from Noragami as a Turk because it just fit, hehe. He and Tseng were very... interesting as a pairing.

Ah, it took me quite a few hours to type this up, I really hope putting this much effort into it was worth it to all of you interested out there. Again, I'm also no stranger to OC roleplays either, it's just there have been quite a few fandoms I have been hankering for and unable to get them off my mind once I tasted them against my tongue. But if you're interested in starting some sort of OC roleplay with me, I could always post my characters and plot ideas to see if I can stir your own appetite- but first I'd much rather see if I can get a nibble on my fandoms.

 

If at all interested (especially in my current addictions!) please feel free to leave a message here or shoot me a private PM to discuss matters further and figure out a plot we can both enjoy and run along with- or not and just go with the flow. Whatever makes you happy, friend. I can promise you this though, once you become my partner you won't regret the time, patience, and effort that is put in on our roleplays, and any OC I have does become yours and yours alone. I make new OCs for each roleplay because I usually end up loving the pairing so much that I can't imagine him with anyone else.

 

I do want to sincerely thank you for reading all the way through and possibly taking the time to roleplay with someone as long winded as I. I promise I really will try to make it worth your while. So please do not hesitate to come to the darkside of the fandoms and roleplays, I promise one taste and you'll be hooked for the rest of your life. Heheh.

Hehe, me and you both. Maybe not for those particular pairings but I don't mind since I love them all the same. I'm happy that I piqued someone's interest! It's been a very long time since I've had a decent roleplay on a forum so I cannot express how excited I am about possibly having another partner- especially one who enjoys a good plot twist or three. *grin*

 

I'm no stranger to doing multiple pairings/characters, believe you me- so we can definitely work both at the same time. Actually, it provides for an even funner roleplay experience because we can either run both at the same time, or we can simply switch between to keep things fresh, yea? It's great, I love a partner who can work both!

 

Mmm, heheh, buy me dinner first and we'll talk about love? *teases playfully* But seriously, it's a dying/dead fandom much like the others I mentioned, so it is definitely nice to see another shipper out there who would be more than happy to run a Dethnote roleplay! Secondly, the fact that you made such an elaborate recruitment has my immediate interest. I am always looking for good role play partners. You see, I have a habit of writing LONG responses most of the time... Many struggle to keep up. I average 4+ paragraphs in every reply. I've tried making it short... and well... that didn't work out. And so- to get to the point, if we role play together, expect thick and girthy replies.

 

I'll try to make this a short post, haha.

 

Anyway, as much as I like Black Butler, Haikyuu!!, YOI, Death Note, DmmD, and Ouran- what interested me the most was the fact that you listed Starfighter! Long ago I posted a recruit for Cain and Abel, even an OC role play. So the fact that you have it listed makes me interested to role play it again. I have the Eclipse game as well. However, of course, it doesn't have to be based off of that. To be completely honest I have no idea what kind of plot I wanted to do. All I knew was that I loved space, I wanted to be Able (cause I love being the nerdy types) and I liked the NavigatorxFighter relationship.

 

Did I mention that I love Keeler too? ;-; He's a poor, sweet thing and I love him to tears. And his relationship with Encke is too great to leave alone...

 

Well... I never had a plot idea for Starfighter, I am just super interested in it. So uh, if you've already got some sort of idea, I wouldn't mind tagging along.

... holy crap the irony. *soft chuckle* I couldn't help but notice that you are from Indiana- and friend I can't help but mention that SO. AM. I. My apologies for being so nosy but I definitely found that interesting, not only from a curiosity standpoint, but a partner standpoint as well since we both obviously fall in the same exact time zones which is always a big perk!

 

Ahh, anyway. *cough* On to the details of your beautiful post;

 

I completely agree length wise, my friend. I should show you some OC introductions that always seem to blow people away and make them feel like they have to drop out because they feel either intimidated or the fact that they just fail to keep up with the paragraphs I write, which isn't what I intend to do! It just... sort of happens. So it is just absolutely /fantastic/ that you are another partner who suffers from the same ailments, all the way down to the fact that there is NO possible way for you to shorten or water down your posts because that's just not who you are! So let me just reiterate and say that I would be MORE than excited to be your roleplay partner, hands down~!

 

Please, you don't have to try and make your posts short just for me, I enjoy lengthy, long, beautiful posts. *smirk*

 

Ahhhh, another Starfighter fan how exciting!! I mean, not only is it exciting that you have so many other fandoms that we seem to pair with, but STARFIGHTER of all fandoms, I cannot help but be extremely excited with~ It's been forever and a blue moon since I've found a partner willing to roleplay Starfighter with me. My apologies that no one was cool enough to accept your roleplay OC or not when it comes to this beautiful universe. I mean, there are just so many areas to explore~ And I too own the Eclipse game and have played it time and time again, finishing most routes in a single night because- how could one not?! And how can one not instantly become interested and addicted to the Navigator x Fighter relationship?

 

I do have a HUGE plot idea in mind, albeit reused, but still definitely something very very very interesting indeed. There only seems to be one small, slight, tiny problem- I prefer Abel as well.... '^^ I haven't tried Cain yet, but I do enjoy roleplaying Abel more than anything. *small weak smile* So, that would be the only thing we'd have to figure out.

 

Otherwise, I also love Keeler as well.

 

Again, I've got a somewhat major plot for Starfighter that could easily pit both CainxAbel and KeelerxEncke against each other. We would have to flip flop between both pairings but if you don't mind that and are still interested then I can admit that so am I~
