Rei looks at Seth and nods his head, "I will keep that in mind." He looks at Akira and rubs his head, "come on, let's get you to lay down. You overwork yourself to a point it is stressing you out."

Akira looked at him he was so scared and felt like crap. "I am scared what if I hurt someone with this what if this is forever." he said sighing

Rei shakes his head, "just.. try to think positive, worrying about it won't do you any good."

"Its easy for you. You have never been a freak before." he said looking down defeated he was right but he hated this

Rei looks at Akira and crosses his arms, "do you really think I have a easy life? I have to fear about people sneaking into the castle and try not to kill me in my sleep. Do you know how hard things will be once I become king? Don't act like this will be a permanent thing because you don't even know. For all you know, it can be fix. My life of being a royal and being in constant fear of getting killed is something that is continuous."

"At least you don't have to worry about trying to get strong to try to protect the one you care about and have someone try to experiment on you. I feel like if I leave this room I have a target that won't go away and I don't even know what I did to make him mad!" He said looking at him. Akira wasn't backing down and wasn't gonna leave this alone. "At least you can walk the halls without thinking that someone will knock you out and experiment on you." he said

Rei sighs a little and shakes his head, "as long as your with me, you will be fine, okay? I will not let Gerald perform any more experiments. I am very close in firing him so don't get all upset." He raises his eye brows and shakes his head, "he is mad at you because your a weakling. He wants you to be able to protect the royal family, at least that is what I got out of Seth." He shakes his head slowly, "he won't experiment on you as long as your with me. I am very alert so I will be able to detect if anyone comes near us."

"And when we sleep?" he said looking at the prince.

 

 

"If it comes to that me and Seth will protect you if the Prince says we will stay up at night to protect you and Rei can protect you during the day." he sighed and looked around and closed his eyes.

Rei looks at Akira and rubs his head, "the room will be locked, protected by my hand print. No one can open it but the king or queen. But even if he manages to convince them, I will set a trap by the door that will make my alarm go off and I will wake up instantly." Rei looks at Akira and pats the other's head, "everything will be okay."

Akira nodded and looked at him. "Alright I don't want him to get me any more." he said.

 

Seth smiled. He didn't know about being protected, but if he needed to he wouldn't sleep he had been without sleep for a week because of Gerald and it was longer for Sam and he almost died because he was so tired.

 

"It will be fine." Sam whispered to Seth and hugged his brother

Rei nods his head as he rubs Akira's head with a smile, "don't worry, you will be fine now." He looks over at Seth and Sam, "Seth... you look exhausted. Has worrying about Gerald gotten to you as well?"

Seth looked at him. "You don't need to worry about be sir." He said tho the truth was yes it has and he didn't know how to deal, But he at least knew his brother and Akira didn't have anyone. Also Seth was trained to not complain even tho everything Gerald did got to him.

 

Akira looked at Rei. "He is scared just like me. He is just trying to hide it to make you not worry," Akira said looking around the room

 

 

Seth looked up at Akira and looked down. "The prince's protection is our job not the other way around." he whispered

Rei looks at Seth and crosses his arms, "well.. it is my job to make sure my guards are in good condition." He sighs as he shakes his head since he could tell Seth was clearly exhausted from dealing with Gerald. Rei looks at Akira and then Seth, "I figured as much... everyone seems to be effected by all of what Gerald does." Rei looks at Seth and sighs a bit, "you got to take care of yourself as well. I at least have defense training, I can take care of myself if I need to." He pauses as he looks at Seth and Sam, "... I order you go get some sleep, that is a command and I will not accept no as answer."

Seth looked at him. "Yeah we would have to sleep in shifts Gerald some how got the keys to our rooms." Seth admitted looking at him. "All of the guards room he has the keys or copies of them." he said.

 

Akira looked at them both. "Rei They don't sleep that much and I bet when they do they are scared." He whispered not sure how he knew all of this but felt them. They both were just as scared as he was but due to there jobs they didn't tell anyone

Rei glances at Seth and crosses his arms, "it is not his place to have all the keys to all the guard's room," he shakes his head slowly. He looks over at Akira and then back at Seth and Sam, shaking his head slowly, "well...stay in here and get some rest."

"Are you sure Sir?" Seth asked he didn't want to put Rei out or anything but he was starting to fall asleep.

 

"Yeah some how he got the keys to the guards rooms and I am not sure how." he said looking at him"

 

 

Akira laid in Rei's bed. "Rei can we get them pillows and blankets?" he asked looking at Rei

"I am sure.. I wouldn't have suggested it if I didn't want you two to get some sleep." Rei looks at Akira and nods his head, "yeah probably should."

 

"I will get them young master," the maid bows as she leaves the room.

 

Rei rubs his chin as he looks at Seth, "are the other guards... having a hard time sleeping as well?"

"Some of them." Seth said. "It depends if we can tell who is Favorite will be for the week." he said. "The others sleep fine if they aren't his favorite." Seth said looking at him. "For some reason me and Sam are his favorite no matter what we do." he said

 

Akira coughed and looked around the room and needed to sleep as he walked to be bed and laid down

Rei crosses his arms as he shakes his head, "so.. mostly all the time, you and Sam are Gerald's main targets," he crosses his arms he looks at Seth.

 

The maid comes back and places the blankets on the bed, "here we go. Have a nice sleep you two," she smiles and then takes her leave.

Seth nodded "Well it was mostly sam but he would do the same with me when Sam wasn't in his room or sick." Seth said as Sam took the blankets and whispered thank you to the maid.

 

Sam started to make places on the floor up for the both of them.

 

 

Akira looked at Rei. "Sleep over?" he asked smiling

Rei sighs and shakes his head slowly, rubbing the back of his head, "well... I will have to inform father about this."

 

The maid smiles as she waves to everyone as she left.

 

Rei looks at Akira and laughs a little, "sure feels like it. But that's alright I suppose. Gerald won't be able to come in here without my hand print because this is my room and my father gave me full permission of my own room."

Seth looked at him. "Thank you My prince you are too kind to us." he whispered and laid down and soon feel asleep.

 

"Thank you for everything." he said looking at him. "I don't care how bad I get hurt just please don't let Seth get hurt any more." he whispered looking down.

Rei nods his head with a smile as he watches Seth fall asleep and rubs the back of his head. He blinks as he looks at Akira, "what do you mean.. I thought you were worried about getting hurt but now your worried about Seth?"

"I am worried about myself but he brought Seth into this and took him to the room if you don't like it I will kill him myself if something isn't done about this." he said sighing. "I don't care how hurt I get when you bring in family its another story." he said then realized what he said and covered his mouth no one knew they were related at all in this place

Rei looks at Akira for a few minutes before looking at Sam and Seth, smiling softly as he rubs Akira's head, "I will.. do my best to keep everyone safe. I can only so much," he rubs the back of his head.
