Vernon, after a good few minutes came out still in his towel and settled onto the bed. The towel slipped down revealing his pale thigh. Vernon's phone vibrated, picking it up he smiled. It was the gentleman from is interview. He texted back, shortly after another ping went off. Vernon at first blinked at the message, then turned bright red, before tossing his phone dwon and covering his face.

Do you like making me conflicted and feeling like hell?" Yukie asked as he huffed and came in blushing needingnsome makeup for his date. "Could you help me get ready?" Yukie asked blushing like hell as he hid his face in vernons shirt.

" what are you talking abo-- .... is that my shirt?" Vernon asked " And what do you mean conflicted, your the one leaving and making me feel ...icky..." Vernon pouted at the other.

"I don't want my heart to hurt anymore...I don't want to feel upset every time you don't stand by my side" Yukie replied holding the shirt tighter. "I love my boss but I want you..."

Vernon sat on the bed, face held in shock. His face turned red again. " T-that.... that isn't fair, Yukie..." He mumbled.

"If you don't want me just say so so I can move on I hate being like this being torn between the person I love who doesn't want me and someone who wants me and will let me be by their side" Yukie replied his heart in so much pain from being rejected by Vernon so much. "I can't keep doing this...I can't keep letting myself get hurt...I need an answer"

" I-I DON'T KNOW OK!!" Vernon shouted. "I-I mean what am I supposed to say? Yes I admit I said I'd give you a chance if you some how had gotten older and you did that. I should've thought twice of what I said." Vernon rubbed his arm and bit his lip. " If.... If we go on a date, ONE date.... would that give you the answer you'd want?" He offered.

"I don't want to change myself for you...I didn't hate my age...and I hate this body it's tiresome to move and work...I want to be me...but I know you don't like me for that" Yukie replied tears already forming in his eyes as he tried not to cry...."I don't want just one date...I want eternity with you" he replied feeling overwhelmed as he grabbed his bag and left the room heading outside into the pouring rain feeling so conflicted. He didn't want to change to make Vernon happy he liked himself for how he was...he enjoyed his real age and being happy...he wanted to be normal...to be himself and not act so serious with work and bills he'll he may be 212 year old but he still wanted to enjoy life.

Vernon groaned and began to cry himself. He phased through the wall and followed him out of the apartment. " I didn't want you to change for me!! I wanted you to experience things for yourself from the start! You died when you were young! You didn't get to experience your life!! All I wanted was for you to experience the things you never got to in life and I didn't want your first time wasted on the person to pay you some attention ok!!" He screamed. The faucets and pipes busted and nearly bled through the walls and the lights went high wire. "And why are you so stuck on me!? Huh!? Why, I don't have anything you could've wanted. I literally hopped a boat from Russia to America to here! With nothing at all to offer anybody!"

"...since I became a ghost and my shrine was left in Japan..your the first person who's been nice to me...your the only one who hasn't tried to make me leave" Yukie replied shivering as he stood out in the pouring rain sana having worried about Yukie as he came holding and umbrella as he stopped and watched the two. "...I'm sorry if I forced myself on you" he whispered breaking down crying as sana walked over and held the umbrella over him.

 

"My you two fight a lot..." he replied with a sigh noticing the lights had exploded as he frowned and looked at Vernon then Yukie. "Please...lets go inside..." he replied gently.

Sushi, having been watching the scene, came rushing forward. " I don't think that's a wise choice. That." He pointed up to the apartment. " Is because of you to." Vernon touched Sushi's shoulder. " C-cmon it's raining out.... just until it's stopped and they're dry.." Vernon asked. Sushi groaned and let out a sigh. " Fine.... but cause anymore damage, and your both out. Vernon is just a few steps away from turning into a poltergist." He grumbled as they both headed back into the apartment building, Vernon looked around for his robe once he was in.

"...I think it's best Yukie come live with me...I plan on giving him a nice home so he can be happy...and if you two want you can date after he's moved out" sana replied as he smiled and snuggled Yukie gently wiping away his tears.

sushi sighed and waved them away, Vernon gave another pathetic look of sadness and left the room. " I'll have the rest of your shit packed by morning and waiting for you outside the door. After tomorrow, there will be charms placed on the door and windows and everywhere else so you may not enter unless you are invited understand?" He stated, no expresson sitting on his face.

"Fine..." Yukie replied knowing Vernon would do this, but he was confused he wanted him to live life but when he tried to he shut him out.

 

"...tell you bosses Yukie said hi and won't be coming around to bribe them anymore" sana replied as he went downstairs to grab Yukie things only having a box and his shrine the man leaving the bed and blankets as he mentioned for Yukie to follow as he did his heart a little broken.

 

"Atleast come visit once in awhile sushi" Yukie replied hating this but he knew Vernon didn't love him...he didn't say he wanted or needed him and that's all Yukie was waiting for. "I'll make sure to leave you some snacks if you do" he mumbled before leaving following sana,

" Uh no thanks. Now that you've decided to be the ultimate douchebag, little princess over there is gonna slowly turn into a poltergist so Myself and probably all the other spirits in the area are gonna be stuck here, doomed to forever be tied down here. Have a nice life." Sushi spat as he too up and left to his own apartment. This was exactly what he wanted to prevent, but Yukie was to impatient and forward when he wanted something. And not everybody was ready to go with that. Vernon was still coming to terms with his own death, even if he didn't look it on the surface. And Yukie didn't realize that this wasn't some fairy tale where it's love at first sight. It doesn't work like that. But Yukie was in every essence of the word, still a child. Vernon knew this Sushi knew this, Yukie seemed to be the only who didn't seem to get it through his skull.

If he reallt wanted Vernon, he needed to be patient and put real effort in, not just paying people of to do the work for him. Which now Vernon is going to discover he didn't even earn by his own merit so that's going to just add fuel to the already out of control fire...

"...fine...Vernon be an asshole...be angry at me and throw a fit...yeah I helped give you a nudge in your work profession because I wanted to see you smile again and I regretted killing you but eventually you have to man up and realize your dead and that's that." Yukie replied with an angry huff as he stormed up to Vernon and grabbed him by the hair as he roughly pulled him down and pinned him underneath him. "You don't get to be angry when you have a shit ton of people who lust after you! You could have anyone you want! You have that damn choice...you shouldn't be mad that I don't....I wanted to try dating...or try atleast having a childhood and not worrying about your career! I'm sorry if it was selfish but I don't want to come home to an empty house because your always gone with your work parties or your always busy....I don't want to be alone anymore!" Yukie yelled as he broke down crying gently touching vernons face...."I love you...but I can't be waiting alone in a house anymore it's killing me"

Vernon screamed from the hair pulling, next he knew he was under Yukie. He was scared. Flashes of his murder came flooding back to his mind. Another scream, Vernon brought his arms up to protect himself. A massive amount of energy burst around them, sending Yukie and his partner flying across the path.

Vernon began to panic and hyperventilate. Things all over the street began to float and flung in Yukie's direction. Vernon's aura began to shift and change. It was dark, encircling Vernon like a smokey shell, letting nothing in or out. A pipe busted out through the concrete.

" NONONONONONO NO NO NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!" Vernon screamed. " IT HURTS! IT HURTS IT HURTS!" He chanted over and over, remembering his death, the shock he never experienced before now hitting him like a massive truck full of Cinderblocks

"Vernon stop! Your not being hurt...I, not hurting you!" Yukie replied slowly forcing his way towards him as he gently grabbed his hand and tried to get him to stop the power hurting like hell and ripping into his skin. "Your okay I promise" Yukie whispered suddenly hugging Vernon tightly as he pulled him close and just held him.

Vernon cried when Yukie tried to touch him. He couldn't see clearly, he struggled when Yukie tried to hug him. He was scared and hurt, and the pain from his killing wound was reappearing. His voice was cracking and coming out in chocked sobs, "Больно ... почему ты причинил мне боль ... это так больно ..."It hurts.... why did you hurt me.... it hurts so much...

He sniffled and stopped his struggles after a few minutes. Я не хотел умирать ... Я не хочу быть мертвым ....I didn't want to die.... I don't want to be dead....

"I'm sorry" Yukie whispered just holding Vernon close as he snuggled and tried to comfort him..."I won't leave you alone...it's okay it's okay" Yukie whispered just holding on tightly to Vernon.

Vernon mumbled and sobbed, staring into nothing. "Заставьте это остановиться ... Я не хочу больше болеть" Make it stop.... I don't want to hurt anymore

A loud rumbling was heard below them. A portal from Hell opened in Vernon's living room wall. Rodin came out stomping into view. He looked down at the two, " Move ya ass Yukie. I gots a wish to comply with." He took hold of a now numb and limp Vernon by the hair.

"No! You can't take him I love him!" Yukie yelled holding on tightly to Vernon as he stood his ground against Rodin.

Rodin raised a brow. " It's very cute how you think you got a choice in his wishes." And with that, ROdin cracked Vernon's doll's neck. And the doll went off line. " There we go. Nice and easy. Now get off." He wrenched Yukie off Vernon's now limp...er body. " now if you'll excuse me. Imma fix him so ya'll can Shut. The Fuck. UP!! I NEED SOME FUCKEN SLEEP!!" Rodin shouted as he opened a new portal back to his 'Apartment'. " I'll be back in a day or so, until then decide on the age you prefer and anything your little heart desires. So you'll shut up finally and leave me the hell alone."

"Please...be nice to him" Yukie replied softly as he sat on the floor his own body damaged as fuck...."can you make me like him please?" Yukie begged not wanting Vernon to leave.

" .... I'll think about it. I've got somethin' real special in store for you two." Rodin chuckled darkly and disappeared into his portal.

A few days turned into weeks, weeks turned into a month. It was nearly four months before Sushi came into Yukie's apartment looking for the other.

" Hey shithead, Rodin is ready for you to pick up your ....'present'. He says you had best be polite when you come in or you'll get a strong smack to the back of your head to knock you into next week..." He said. "Oh and he says you should bring a bag for the 'accessories' for your new doll" Sushi said with a shrug.
