1x1 Role Play Search (Specific Plot: world building/plotting)

I'd like to preface this post by giving an apology. This is my first time posting anything here so I am still uncertain exactly how things work. I am also a bit nervous about joining a new site after so many years, so I hope I don't scare off too many people straight away.

 

This may be my first time here, but I have been role playing now for nearly a decade so I do have quite a bit of experience under my belt. With that said, let's jump in with a bit of information about me and some of my do's/don'ts.

 

 

About me:

∞ Works full time (40+ hours per week)

∞ Somewhat active. Usually I post at least once a week, sometimes more. And sometimes it might take me a couple of weeks to get a response out.

∞ Patient. No, seriously. You can leave me hanging for months and I will jump on a response the moment I get one as long as I’m into the role play.

 

Do's:

 

∞ Multiple main characters (for this plot I am looking to have a large cast of characters. 6-10 characters each.) With this in mind I would be playing a mix of seme, uke, and seke characters.

∞ Mirror posting (300-3000 words with average around 500)

∞ Emails, Skype, Discord, and threads (role play medium in order of preference)

∞ Anime/Illustrated face claims/character reference

∞ OOC chatter (Skype, email, Discord, or PMs)

∞ Age 16+ with romance (let me know if you have a specific age range you're comfortable with)

With that out of the way, let's get on to the plot:

 

 

There are two worlds connected by a thread of magic. The first world is modern Earth. The second world is far more primitive, going back to tribal times. That is not the only difference, however. In this tribal world they have a range of different creatures and various magical objects to be found. Centuries ago a war was fought in this world almost leading to its destruction, but with the help of a group of warriors from various tribes they were able to fend it off and seal it away. In doing this they were cast off to Earth with no knowledge of how to return back home. These warriors made a new home for themselves on Earth and many years later their lineage still continues there; with the history of their deeds all but forgotten.

 

For the most part things settled down in the tribal world until around 30 years prior to the start of the role play when the dragon tribe was completely wiped out. If there were any survivors nobody has seen them around. After that more and more tribes began to be attacked. Some fell from the pressure while others have begun a counter attack. The attacking group is of unknown origin simply going by the name ‘Iztal’ – a name given to them at some point by the tribes themselves simply so they had some way to reference their enemies.

 

Some had begun to lose hope when one day the Elder of the Sun tribe had a vision. This vision revealed to him that help could be found in a new world. They only needed to go there and find them. Representatives from the various chosen tribes were picked out and sent to the sun tribe to be granted the mark of their tribe and sent to the new world.

 

Now this is where our story picks up. These chosen warriors have been tasked with locating their tribe’s savior (or ‘Kashi’ as they are called). They are to bring them back no matter what the cost. Unfortunately so much history has been lost that they do not know how these Kashi may be able to help them. The Kashi themselves may not even seem particularly special when first seen. But with the granting of the marks their lineage has awoken and deep within them a new power stirs.

 

Sometime after the start of the role play the Kashi will receive their marks indicating which tribe they belong to. Soon after they will slowly begin to develop new powers along with their chosen guardian warriors.

 

From there the plot is fairly open. They know they need to find the Kashi, but they might not know where to look. They know they need to get back home, but they might not know how. They know they have to fight off the Iztal, but they may not know where the enemy is or what to expect. Along the way there could be other groups that seek to target them for personal gain or any other number of reasons.

I'd totally love to do this, it sounds awesome :3 So how many RP partners are you taking or will it be 2 RPer's that have multiple characters. I love playing multiple character's so that's fine but like shall it only be an RP between 2 people or is the max of RPer's like 3 or 4?

I would be looking to do this as a role play just between two people with each of us using multiple characters. It doesn't necessarily have to consist of 6-10 characters each, that's just the goal I was shooting for. xD
