StainedCrimson Posted October 30, 2017 Share Posted October 30, 2017 Rin can hear some kind of activity going on, but it doesn't register as he pulls out all of his notes and books to pour through them to compare with where he's at in his story line. Muttering under his breath he scowls slightly while looking at his manuscript and through the books. Eventually he finds what he is looking for and is typing like a madman where all the sound that can be heard is a nearly continuous clicking sound from his fingers hitting the keys on the keyboard. This goes on for a few hours until he finally stops to use the restroom and get some coffee. Stopping first at the hallway bathroom, no sense in going into his bedroom just to use the toilet, he then panders into the kitchen. He stops seeing all the dishes taken care of and even the sink appears cleaner. Rin blinks for a few moments then shrugs and gets a cup so he can pour himself coffee and heat it up. "If he wants to clean then who am I to stop him..." He mutters to himself before yawning. Once the coffee finishes heating up, he eagerly sucks down about half the cup before topping it off with what's left in the pot. Letting that heat up, he decides to look and see what his unexpected house guest is up to. Stepping out of the kitchen he peers into the living room to see if the neko is there. Looking over the dvd's that the man had spoken about earlier. But instead of looking further into them, his gaze moved to the window. It was still snowing rather hard outside and the sight alone made a shiver run down his back with a soft groan. Instead of worrying to much about what was going on outside. He moved over to the couch and laid down. Letting his ears relax against his head, having only meant to take a quick nap since Rin seemed to busy to do anything but work on whatever it was the man was working on. His eyes slowly closed, wrapping his tail lightly around himself. Thankfully he had stopped sneezing. It would of been a terrible nap otherwise. Then the thought struck him, why was he so tired all of a sudden? Maybe it was the snowfall that made him feel that way. Possibly it was the cold itself that had drained his energy. Then agian, to Rin's words... He did almost die out there in the storm. Thinking back to shelter from last night. He knew it had been a foolish spot to take up. But could he really ask some random household to let him stay the night? Not when this city wasn't so welcoming to strangers or homeless... let alone what he was. His ears lowered even more. Not many people wanted one of his kind around. Maybe that is why the catchers were trying to exterminate them from the city.
