Can't upload to gallery

Hi

 

I tried uploading some pictures to the gallery but it won't accept them.

The message I'm getting is:

/var/www/vhosts/yaoiotaku.com/httpdocs/forums/photopost/uploads/433491: Error creating directory (check permissions).

 

Please notify the System Administrator.

 

Did I do something wrong? I know I'm new but it didn't look that hard xD

No, you didn't do anything wrong. We recently moved to a new server, so it was a permission issue. Please do check again and let me know if it works. (:

The uploading now sort of works but it keeps complaining about the size being wrong.

The picture I'm trying to upload is 2000x1294 pixels and around 1MB in size.

On my screen, it looks fine. So I don't think the new server likes me haha

Yeah, there are limits when it comes to picture sizes. Try to crop it with the Windows Snipping Tool and see if it works then. (:
