auser
Hello everybody and Happy 2018!! I hope it's treating you well so far? A few days ago I was reading one awesome book (ok, it was The Monet Murders, recommended by always amazing voide) and there was a bit of a hint to a love triangle, but it was so painfully obvious who the main character would choose, there was really no suspense. (And it also broke my heart, because dammit, it was the wrong decision!) So I was wondering if any of you know of a book with a legit good love triangle? The one that left you guessing, the one that surprised you or even (do they exist) where in the second or third book of the series, the characters broke up & started dating someone else? I would really like to find something like this. I actually don't usually enjoy love triangles that much, but somehow now I'm really in the mood:D Thank you so much for reading this long post & I will be very happy if any of you have any suggestions.. And would it be ok if I tag some of my heavily reading friends? xD Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. I think she can recommend you some good triangle stories

Chance assassin is next, once I satisfy my urge for a love triangle:D And I will keep you in mind if I ever come across a good dragon story.. you never know^^ I will check about "Nothing ever happens".. You don't sound very enthusiastic, but you're right - maybe I will like it:D

Suida
I can say that I haven't read too many M/M/M themed novels. Three dicks are better than two tho. But four is def too much. I am not a fan of moresomes. Threesomes are just f'cking hot and on my bucket list. I am blunt and honest like that. I mean come on who doesn't want one. XD But being in a relationship... I don't know, I think it may work but you need to have a f'cking big heart, lots of love to give and a lot of trust in each other. I can only give my love to one person and damn having two lovers and satisfy them every day in every way (no you pervs, I am not talking about sex here, ok just a bit...) is just too much work. Coming to recommendations. I remember reading two novels which were uploaded by amara. The one I can't remember the title but it was about two brothers loving the same dude who was a teacher. I did read it tho but damn it was such a waste of time. Like Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. one. XD Remember: everything where your own bro is involved is just a turn off. Not sure how you think about it. XD The second one was Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. . This one was good. Maybe I liked it because it has a Russian main character. -sigh- And Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. one. Enjoy them. XP Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. auser
Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. thank you for your help!! "Broken Pieces" is added to the list:D and I've read "Something like Summer"T_T You're right - there was a part of the book where I wasn't sure who the main character would end up with, but it turned out to be the worst love triange I've ever read.. I mean: HUGE SPOILER: they had to kill off the second guy, only not to make the mc choose.. Oh come ON! really?! that's just a sign of talentless author in my opinion.. Am I too harsh? Nope. thank you so much!!!:D:D Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. hey, only an understanding here, threesomes should be on everyone's bucket list as far as I'm concerned:D and hey - are Russians the new sexy? That's always good to know:D The book is added to the list:D thank you for sharing! (not just talking about books here, I truly appreciate talks like this xD) As for the bro love..(the link is not working, T_T, I can't access it.. maybe a sign from God? xD) I was really into manga with this theme (come on, if drawn right, it can be really hot xD), but a few weeks ago I saw a video with two real brothers talking about their experience with.. hmm.. stuff, and I kind of got turned off from the whole incest thing:D A reality check, I guess:D But I think I will still read this one, just because I have never read an incest book before.. there should be angst..^^ But wait, if you're saying it's not good, I might skip it:D I'm confused! xD Oh, you & Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. have the same recommendation with Broken Pieces! That's the one then:D Thank you, Suida!!! P.S. "Three dicks are better than two" might become my new life's motto.
voide
Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. are you guys talking bad about me behind my back? but that's okay bc i'm fond of the two of you. so go ahead trash talk me re: love triangle what kind of nonsense is this? mochi, stop reading weird stuff lol in my head, i'm living in a perfect world. so there must be only two person in a r/ship. but that's me yo. i don't judge people who have polygamy kinda r/ship. but that looks tough & complex? as long as no cheating, everything's fine i guess. re: love triangle MM books recc so that means i usually try to avoid this trope. but there's this one series i've read which has all love triangle (i think so) & cheating in it; Dave Branstetter series by Joseph Hansen. it's a mystery/crime book. Dave wasn't a detective tho he was an insurance investigator. i don't think we have the series here? i'll go & check. and i'll uploaded it if it wasn't here. auser
this isn't trash talk:D voide, you should see what we say about you in some other threads.. we never tag you, it's more fun this way xD just because we like you, ahah;) re: love triangle what kind of nonsense is this? mochi, stop reading weird stuff lol don't you dare judge me! xD a girl likes what she likes, and she doesn't like anything more than two hot gay men fighting for another guy's heart. hopefully, my tastes in literature don't translate into real life, so monogamy won't be challenged by me:) and I always knew that you yourself were a loyal pancake:D Dave Branstetter series by Joseph Hansen? I'll be sure to check this one out!.. thank you^^
Racheal
I just like you so much that I cannot stop mention you voide and I think Dave Branstetter series by Joseph Hansen should be able to keep Mochi busy for a while since there are 12 books in this series ^ ^ Suida I do remember Boris ...because you said you like this book...so many members including me read it lol
lilclover
uh... I'm late to respond XD sorry can't help you Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. Usually I avoid complicated love triangle (the one you're looking for), as for why? coz I don't want to 'squeeze/slice/bleed' my heart when I'm reading them, I'm prone to tears easily. yeah call me emotional, but I'll be fine after a couple hour of sleeping and I've read that crying make you healthy (you can google the benefit of it) Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. yess I read a lot of shifter's, vampire, dragon, alien, you name it, as long as in romance & 'hot' category. Mixed in some super power human hero, fantasy adventure, mystery/police case but no horror/tragedy/gore please. I have a strong imagination so you get what I mean right. I read a lot of genre, including M/F romance + super power hero/heroine. Here's some healthy aspect of crying (copas from Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. ) Crying is a natural way to reduce emotional stress that, left unchecked, has negative physical affects on the body, including increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease and other stress-related disorders. How Crying is Good for You 1. It Relieves Stress Because unalleviated stress can increase our risk for heart attack and damage certain areas of our brain, humans' ability to cry has survival value, Frey says. 2. Crying Lowers Blood Pressure Crying has been found to lower blood pressure and pulse rate immediately following therapy sessions during which patients cried and raged. 3. Tears Remove Toxins In addition, Frey says tears actually remove toxins from the body. Tears help humans remove chemicals that build up during emotional stress. 4. It Reduces Manganese The simple act of crying also reduces the body's manganese level, a mineral which affects mood and is found in up to 30 times greater concentration in tears than in blood serum. 5. Emotional Crying Means You're Human While the eyes of all mammals are moistened and soothed by tears, only human beings shed tears in response to emotional stress. Emotional expression acknowledges the feelings you're having. Emotions motivate us to empathize, coordinate and work as a unit to best survive So, next time you feel those tears welling up or that lump in your throat, go ahead, have a good cry.
