[Ms.Flair]

Shiro smiled a little, hearing that Cody wanted to help him out. "I would like your company," Shiro said. Shiro waved to the man, watching the man leave from the area.

 

Shiro let out a sigh, with a shake of his head. "I don't know for sure actually. It is very hard for me to hold it in," Shiro said.

Cody smiles and nods his head, "well I will give you some company after my class that way we can spend more time together." He looks at Cory and nods his head, "alright, see you later," he watches Cory leave.

 

"Well... whatever it is, I will help you feel better by giving you plenty of company i..if your okay with that," he rubs the back of his head. He looks at his watch and sighs, "well.. I will go to my class and then I will come back as soon as I can, sound good," he stands up from the ground.

Shiro was feeling better, feeling better because Cody was acting like that around him. "I would like that," Shiro said before he brought up something out. "One of these days, I want to be able to live out more of the temple.." Shiro said.

 

"Yeah go ahead, I don't want you late and remember to signal me if you need my help. If its get destroy, I will come to its location."

Nodding his head, "I like... hanging out with you Shiro. I don't really have a lot of people to hang out with besides Cory." He rubs the back of his head, "but.. how would you be able to do that," he looks at Shiro tilting his head.

 

Cody looks at the lantern and looks at Shiro, "yes I will contact you if I need help." He walks to the entrance of the temple, "well.. see you later," he smiled and hurries off to the campus.

Shiro had moved from getting up, standing up now while he stood there. "You do? Well thank you," Shiro said hearing how he was only other person who he hanged out with. "There is a way but It can get dangerous. I rather not get into that subject right now," Shiro said.

 

"Thank you Cody. I want to protect the people, but closely toward to you," Shiro said to him. Watching him, he waved to the man before he headed back inside now. Leaning his body against a nearby wall, he let out a long sigh.

Cody walks inside the campus, couldn't help to think about the way that Shiro was talking about that was dangerous to do. As he was thinking, he was walking down the hallway to his class and opens the door. Taking a seat, he takes out his notebook and starts taking notes. He felt a little uneasy in the classroom suddenly so he decides to look around and blinks, seeing the transfer and quickly turns his head, ~no.. why does he have to be here..? Just don't notice him,~ he thought as he takes a deep breath.

 

After the class, Cody found himself rushing out of the room and pants a bit. He hurried outside to get some fresh air and looks up at the window, seeing the transfer staring towards him. ~No.. he noticed me,~ he thought as he rushes to the shrine and hides next to the cherry blossom tree, ~I hope he didn't... see come here,~ he sighs a bit.

Shiro was back to being the lazy creature, even though he had visiters and had a good chat with one of other guardians. One spirit noticed that Cody came onto the property, as it made sure to get attention of Shiro. Shiro got up, as she started to walk to where the Cody was. Reaching the guy there, "Hey bud. You seemed..stressed."

Cody holds onto the tree and lowers his head, shivering a bit. He slowly looks up as he heard a voice, "d..do I?" He looks towards the entrances of the shrine and sighs with relief when he didn't see the male. Cody slowly stands up and looks at Shiro with a smile, "well.. I came back Shiro like I said I would."

"Yeah you do, your body is shaking too," Shiro answered him but looked toward the entrance of the shrine. Something was up with Cody, as he tried to figure out what was up. Shiro sighed, as he offered his hand to other for him to take it. "You did come back, but I don't like how you came back," Shiro said to him. Shiro's tail flicked around, as he felt something coming as he growled out with his eyes changing.

 

"Something is coming, like it followed you here.." Shiro said in low voice. "I don't know for sure though."

"I'm ..fine, really," Cody lowers his head as looks at Shiro as he looked at the entrance. He looks at Shiro's hand and takes hold of it and tilts his head, "oh.. you mean like this with the shaking?" He blinks as Shiro growled and eyes changed.

 

Biting his bottom lip, "something.. is coming after me? So.. he is following me," he mumbled and lowers his head.

"I don't know for sure Cody, but I just sensed something. It may have been something else, sometimes I can't particularly tell what it is," Shiro said as he held his hand rather tightly. "We just need to wait and see," Shiro said right after, waiting for something.

 

What came through the entrance was someone from a restaurant, carrying some food in their hands. Dropping the food there, the person left while singing out. "Shrine guardian we pay you in food to protect us from the dangers~"

Cody holds onto Shiro's hand and slowly presses against him, resting his head Shiro's chest to hide his face, really hoping it wasn't the transfer student that made him into this type of person.

 

Slowly perking his head up and tilts his head as he saw a worker from the restaurant offering food for Shiro. He looks at Shiro, seriously doubting Shiro would change his eye color and let out a growl over the people that worked at the restaurant. But in a way, he kind of wish it was so he didn't have to be nervous.

Shiro moved to wrap his arms around the other in a protective manner, holding the manner there. "It will be fine," Shiro whispered.

 

Shiro waited though, not moving Cody yet since he could still sense something. Though it stopped, as his body started to calm down. "It's gone, but stay close with me for now," Shiro said starting to walk toward the offering table. Looking over the food, he had a smile coming on his face.

 

"Look! There is some bread here, fruit, and some other stuff in here. I know it might be leftovers, but it still is good food," Shiro said. "I have told them before, in a way to make sure to give any food they can to the people who need it more.."

Cody looks at Shiro while resting his head on Shiro's chest, closing his eyes and slowly nods his head, "I.. trust you," he sinks his head down a little.

 

He continue holding Shiro, feeling better just having someone to hold. Perking his head up as he felt Shiro slowly calm down, making him calm down. Cody looks up at Shiro and nods his head as he holds onto Shiro's arm as he walked to the offering table.

 

Cody smiles as he looks at the food on the offering table, "oh so it really just was the worker from the restaurant? But.. why did you change like that," he tilts his head. "Well they probably want to keep you happy. I am sure they good people that need food when they need it, even the least.. unfortunate."

"Yeah it seems like that, but a darker spirit may have just gone by and that may be the reason why my senses were perked up," Shiro said while looking down at him. "I don't want all of this, could you do me a favor? Could you come with me, and deliver some of this to somewhere they need it more? I don't really need to eat, but I like food so I eat it..."

Cody bit his bottom lip as he looks at Shiro, "you.. don't think that person had a evil spirit in them do you?" He tilts his head, "is that... too much food for you? I thought you liked to eat. Or are you saying you like my food more?" Nodding his head, "sure I will come with you and give the food to people that need it."

[Ms.Flair]

"I don't know for sure, I have never faced the man before," Shiro answered him. "Yes and no. I do like to eat, but I do like your food more," Shiro said. "Let's go into the shrine, and see if we can separate what is here to give to those people," Shiro said leading him through the place. Finding something like a basket or two, as he started to separate that was there.

 

"I worry that I don't do much.."

"He seems... well nature. I mean, I am sure he wouldn't give food as a offering since they know how much you like food." Cody nods his head, "yeah, ever since I started cooking for you, you seem to enjoy that food a lot more." Cody looks at Shiro, "alright, that sounds good," he follows Shiro into the shrine.

 

"Well.. your only one spirit. The little spirits that are here might be too small to help with some of the work here." He was helping Shiro separate the food between the baskets, "what would it take... to become a helper of the shrine?"

Shiro was continuing to separate items, as he had them all separated from each other. "They are small, and it does take a lot of work here," Shiro said to him. Shiro was curious on that train of thought, before he heard the question from him. "You want to become a helper? I don't completely know, you have to contact someone. I don't even have many staff members here."

"Yeah that is why it is hard to do everything yourself. People don't understand how much you do to protect them. I clearly saw that side of you. The way you reacted yesterday when I saw my rapist and the way you acted just a few moments ago. I can tell how good you are at protecting." Nodding his head, "well.. I was just thinking, since it is almost the holiday, I will be off of school. I don't want to just laze around, I..want to help you and be close to you as much as I can," he blushes a bit. "I am almost done with college in about a few months so that is when I will become a permanent helper of your shrine."

Shiro was enjoying all of the attention, and it was nice to hear that from someone other the normal regulars who visited his temple. "I guess I do a good job protecting," Shiro said to the man. Shiro was still in shock that Cody wanted to be apart of the shrine and become something more solid. "Well if you want to do this. You can go into town, and maybe ask the restaurant people. They are only people who are closest to knowing anything outside of the shrine. I never get to meet anyone outside," Shiro said, explaining to the male.

Helping organize the food and nods his head, "you do, more than you give yourself credit for," Cody looks up at Shiro. He rubs the back of his head and then slowly nods his head, "well.. maybe as we are giving this food to the people that need it more, I will have a little talk to the people that work at the restaurant. So you never were able to give all this extra food to the people that need it more? Is it because I have the lantern you gave me that gives you access to go outside the shrine," he tilts his head.

Shiro nodded his head, with a little smile on his face. Shiro got ready to leave, as he started to carry both baskets. "Not really," Shiro said. "No, I never travelled outside so I don't know if that's true," Shiro said after before giving one to him. "Let me put this away, so we can go on our travels," Shiro said going off to drop off. While he was, the angel was back with a wave to Cody.

 

"Hello Cody. Going somewhere with that food?" the angel asked.

Cody follows Shiro out of the shrine, watching the other carry the baskets, "well first time for everything right," he smiles a little. "Well.. I will find out what I can from them." Cody holds the basket and nods his head, watching Shiro and perks his head as he saw the angel.

 

"Oh, hello," he looks down at the food and looks up at the angel, "Shiro wanted to give food to the less unfortunate people that don't have food. He said he likes my cooking more than the food the restaurant makes."

[Ms.Flair]

The angel looked at Cody with curiosity, looking at the male. "Well that is pretty good. i am glad he wants to give his things to the less unfortunate," The angel said. "He must really like your food then," the angel said before he disappeared before Shiro came back.

 

"You are gonna have to carry it though. I will be in my animal spirit form that you have seen before."
