What is the scariest dream you have ever had?

I had a nightmare last night so it gave me the idea for this thread

 

Most people don't know this about me, but I actually have a very dark mind (yes, I know it's hard to believe lol). So, as a result I end up having a lot of nightmares. Even though they are really scary and graphic, I always wake up thinking that it was kind of cool lol. But anyways, I was just wondering what's the scariest dream that you can remember?

 

I will always remember this one because it was so very terrifying at the time. I'll warn you ahead of time that this very graphic and intense and most of you might think I'm extremely weird but I don't care lol.

 

I had it about 5 or 6 years ago and can still remember it to this day. I apologize for it being a little long lol

 

 

Okay, so I was with a group of friends and we were out at night investigating an old abandoned mansion. The building was very creepy and the wood of the house was rotten and full of spider webs and dust. We went into the kitchen and I noticed a piece of wallpaper kind of torn off the wall. I grabbed it and tore it off the wall.

 

To my surprise, creepy words were written in blood underneath the wallpaper. It read that the people who were to step into the house would become cursed and devoured by a demon. Below the curse, was written instructions on how to avoid being eaten by the demon. Everyone in my group believed it all to be a joke.

 

But a few minutes later the kitchen turned into a demonic realm surrounded by a lake of human blood. We were all petrified with fear. We turned to try and read the instructions to undo the curse but it was too late... Some of my friends died and had bugs pouring out of their mouth and nose. I suspected that the bugs killed them by eating them from the inside.

 

After most of my friends had gruesomely died, the lake of blood began to quiver as if something below was stirring. Then, an ugly, demonic skull figure arose from the blood and started to walk towards me. My heart raced as I grabbed a butcher knife from the kitchen counter and hid behind the table.

 

As soon as the demon came within a distance where I knew I could hit it, I stood up and threw the knife causing it to become buried in it's chest. But the glimmer of self accomplishment only lasted a few seconds as the demon pulled the knife from his chest and prepared to throw it back at me.

 

I quickly ran to avoid being stabbed and luckily the blade missed me. But what happened next was much worse. In my attempts to dodge the knife, I ended up tripping and stumbling into the blood lake. Since this was all taking place inside the kitchen, there were still walls so the lake only extended as far as to the wall so that was where I went to.

 

This, unfortunately, did not deter the demon as he plunged into the lake after me. As he came closer and closer to me I eventually backed myself into a wall. My heart was pounding as this decaying demon became no more than 3 inches from my face. I knew at that moment I was dead. I had accepted that fact.

 

I closed my eyes in defeat and tensed my body in hopes that the death would be quick and painless. But death never came... instead, a cold, bloody kiss landed on my lips. I opened my eyes and screamed in horror as the demon tried to mute my cries by covering my mouth with his hand.

 

And then, right there in the bloody lake, the demon started to undress me. After I was completely naked he began to rape me and there was nothing I could do about it. He clawed at my skin with his razor sharp nails and opened deep flesh wounds causing my own blood to mix with the blood of the lake. We were in a demonic world and my screams would not be heard by anyone in the real world. So as I stood there taking the pain, my consciousness slowly started to leave me as I eventually blacked out from either the pain or the blood loss...

 

 

...and that's when I woke up lol.

i was dreamin about goin in to a public toilet in a shoppin mall,

i went in the toilet cubicle, sat down and i saw someone sittin down huggin his/her knees beside me...

i hope it can disappear soon but it just stay there, and i don dare to move for a long time, i just stared at the door and try to control myself not to look at the 'thing'

and i try not to go to public toilet for a long time -_-"

i dreamed that i slaughtered my sister , i remember the knife and the sound of the blood leaking and the head fall off , >_

 

i assure you that me and my sister are more than 100% good,

maybe i dreamed of that because few days ago i was watching my uncle slaughtering the lamb and the blood was splashing on my sister feet with strange sound

Omg that's intense. I actually had a dream where I slaughtered my dog like that before. I shoved a knife down my dogs throat.. I don't really know why because I love my dog! lol

I dreamed once about my baby brother being killed ... when I woke up that morning I was crying and quickly ran to my brother's room. He's sleeping soundly in his crib while I silently cried ...

I don't really have scary dreams, for me, its either a premonition dream or weird dream that didn't mean anything.

One of the more vivid dreams that scared me was this dream I had about my boyfriend, who was living in California.

He was far away and on the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean, then he pushed me off saying goodbye, woke up and almost fell off of my bed....

3 hours after I woke up from that dream, he really did break up with me

...

yea, it was really ironic in a bad way, oh well

my friend, Luka, was a wolf, and he was chasing my friend and me. We were hiden and we decided to light a candle (don't know why -.- ). After a while Luka founded us and my friend disappeared. After that, i was wearing some shorts and i had a knife. I started to slice my thigh in squares but there was no blood. it was a 'clean cut' . I gave my flesh to Luka who was now a wolf with, basically, Luka's head. And thats when i woke up

Hmm... I had a dream that I thought was really scary when I was little... Now it mostly sounds absurd XD

 

I dreamt I got a job at a zoo or something and the first thing I was told to do was to "feed the spiders".

Of course I was like "sure, I'll do it" and went with my boss to a small wooden house.

My boss opened the door to the wooden house and made a gesture like "you first"... As soon as I had stepped inside the door it was slammed shut behind me and the lock turned. What did I see? It was a room filled with HUGE poisonous spiders, and with huge I mean like unnaturally big - like with a body like a meter long... It wasn't that I would feed them - I was the food.

 

...Then I woke up xD

I always dream 3 different dreams (they're kind of repeating always... and they're scary ._.)

 

The first is:

A man is chasing after me and he posseses a gun. I run away but he's super fast. (he actually just follows me and ignores all the people around me...)

At the end I end up jumping from the 2nd floor. I hit on the asphalt and yeah... I kind of die. With blood everywhere and stuff like that (lol, it's not logical uû)

 

The secound one is:

I'm in the cellar. And out of nowhere there's a huge snake. And it is as big as the one in a Harry Potter movie (it was like the only movie I saw of the whole HP series and after that I dreamed of that snake about 10x times :|)

Yeah... that snake eats me up.

 

And the last one is:

The whole world is attacted by spiders and little poisonous ants.... And they teamed up and destroy everything and everyone.

I'm like the last person who survives... and then I'm in a dark place and in the end... they catch me uû

And I die.

 

 

Yeah... I always die. .__.

I don't know why...

well i have a lot of nightmares. Like the first one.

1. I was in a room with an old friend. We moved together and i was getting dressed. When i took the clothes from the armchair i found a foot and a head below them. I woke up screaming, like i have blood phobia it's to scary.

2. I dreamt that my godmother died and i could see her spirit. She leaded me to the sea, and drowned me and my cousins. It was really scary. In that night, after i woke up, and fell asleep again i dreamt that my godfather died it was freakyy

have so many dreams like this, but i had 2 yaoi dreams so doesn't matter anymore

i don't dream often .. i usually sleep without any dream or i don't remember what i dreamed

i was sleeping on my bed and i felt that so entered my room ... i could hear footsteps .. it repeated in a long time ( i think) then i opened my eyes and i saw ............ black color, nothing more .. but when i closed eyes ... the footsteps started again . i was so so so frightened >

but this dream makes my hair stand on end whenever i think about it , it was like real 100% yoyo6

i just had it recently

it was the first day at school :hamtaro-005 (44):

one of the school rules is that phones are forbidden and i had my phone with me dont ask why o_o

cuz i dont know why xD anyways i entered class a littel bit late

then i sat and searched for my phone i dont know why either but when i wanted to open it with the secret pass it didnt work so i put it back after a moment it started playing the music and shuffled and shuffled after 3-5 sec from every song i ws like ( OMG O.O , >.> , <.>

everyone is looking and i had a smiley face , half of the students are laughing

and the teacher didnt know where it comes from and i was trying to put it off all the time i was like ( god damitwhy do u play NAW:leaf16: ? )

and so the teacher brought a machine to find out where it is and at first she passed me but when she started to come back i was thinking ( there is no way out )

so i got it out myself :hamtaro-005 (5): and i was half scared half not

and so the teacher took me to the principal office and i woke up on the way to it so thank god but my heart was racing from the frightening that i had

then i sighed ( it was a dream no a nightmare NO a Nightmare'S o_X )

yesterday, i dreamed that my mother was at my school as a teacher, she started the lesson

and always asked me difficult questions with scary voice ,,, haaa thank GOD it's just a dream

i dont really dream or have dreams that i remember but one that scared me and it happened a few years ago

when i woke up in my dream and i was alone...completely alone in the world... for some reason i was really scared

Nightmares, huh? I had a nightmare but the dream was from years ago.

 

At that time, I was home alone and I was in my room. Strangely enough, I had this weird feeling inside me so I went out from my room. (Across my room, you could see our living room) So, after I stepped out of my room, I saw a girl with a short hair sitting on the floor in front of our main door. She was looking down at that time.

 

Yeah, upon seeing that girl, I felt strange. Who is this girl and how did she entered my house. And suddenly she vanished into the thin air. Surely at that moment I froze. Then I saw a window was open and now I realised, it was already night. Tried to ignore what happened before, I approached the window to close it.

 

As my hand reaching out for the window, out of nowhere, a hand of a small kid grabbed my hand! And..that when I woke up. Hehe.. after that I always closed my windows before the dusk falls.

I have many scary dreams XD (can't stop watching horror movies/ reading scary urban legends)

The scariest:

I dreamed I was standing near an old house with my friend. One of a sudden she said: "Let's go in!"

As said we went in that house. I could somehow feel the cold. Everything was black in front of my eyes. We went upstairs and entered into an empty room with an opened window and a small crack of light coming through it. We were staying in the middle of the room. My friend began to scream. I was looking back and she stopped. When I turned she desapeared I was calling my friend's name but all I heard was silence. I made two steps forward and saw a trace of blood and my friend's blouse near it. I ran out quickly from that room but I tripped and fell on the stairs.

Then I woke up because I realized I fell on the floor...

I was relieved it was just a dream

For me who never dreams only have nightmares ;-;, the creepiest and scariest one of all was when I dreamt: that my dead aunt appeared next to my bed (though I could not see her face) and then she reach her right hand to me and says "it's time".. *shudder*

I am facinated with dreams ^^ As for my self, I tend not to remember details, just feelings...

 

But when I was very young, (about 8ish?) I dreamt I was walking to school by myself, and there were no people around. Suddenly a car pulled up beside me and a man got out, holding a knife. He walked slowly towards me, and I try to run, but my movments were so slow and I couldn't take my eyes of him... I woke up before I got stabbed/kidnapped tho ^^

 

That was the only dream I've had that was recurring as well XD

When I was little I dreamed that I was a sick rabbit, and went out into the woods behind my house to die. It sounds silly now, but it haunted me for years.

I have had a lot of scarry dreams but the one that scarried me most was in reality not so horrible. Despite this I've woken up trambling and screaming and my father had to hold me for a long time in his arms to calm me down;) I was just a child that time so that's no wonder I guess. And at that time I've dreamt that I was running from the vampire who was stalking me through my house in the darkness...

 

And when I've breaked up with my girl-friend before I used to wake up everynight from the dream in which she came to me and look in my eyes in silence. I just wasn't able to look in her eyes and her face that I loved so much...
