Â ok, here's my review of ep. 1 (may contain spoliers): Â one of the things i love about this anime are the songs used, whether it's the bgm or their skating routine, i love all the music used. Â you know, as i re-watched this first episode again, i realised how crucial the triplets are in the story plot. if it's not for their effort of filming Yuuri doing Viktor's routine and posting it online, Viktor would have never discover it and they would have never met. so, these 3 are actually the real cupid of this story >/// Â Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

'Deflowered' done XD Â Sad & emotional intro, funny coach & especially those 3 kids. Love the funny parents, so understanding & caring. Yuuri got a realistic sister & also caring. KatieMH25! Posted April 26, 2018 Share Posted April 26, 2018 Well I've watched the first two episodes of YOI this evening I like the opening song History Maker. I like the art too, the animation and colours but I love the Japanese voice actors! It was a bit sad to see yuri fail and then get threatened in the toilets by the aggressive younger yuri. I liked how you found out that yuri was a big fan of Victor's which he went and bought himself the same breed dog as him. He did so well skating Victor's performance and then having him show up at the was amazing lol Those three triplets were cute haha lol When the younger yuri showed up, I thought it was funny how he went screaming Victor's name around the town coz he didn't know how to contact him can't wait to see the next episode! There's a lot that I like watching the anime and when I get interested in watching something, it's hard not to go on a binge!! Lol hmmm, I'm not sure either if yurio was trying to motivate the older yuri. I think he saw yuri being weak and got angry with him coz he instinctively felt like yuri could beat him and so he wanted him gone, that's what I reckon lol yes go and watch it right now!!! Yuuri was losing already, so there was little point in intimidating him further, no? He was already crying xD But with all the tsunderies it's hard to understand if he really DOES hate Yuuri or it's just how he hides his affection.. I actually don't remember quite well that part, but by the end: Â Â Â Â did they start getting along any better? Because Yurio definitely became much more likeable, but did Yurio & Yuri ever hit it off as friends? Personally I cannot wait to watch No.6 anime again!! Â Â well I remember yurio trying to teach yuri how to land a few of the jumps but when he loses a competition against yuri, he hates it and leaves. I think he sees yuri as an arched rival, especially because he took Victor away from him lol I'm not sure if that makes them friends. I would have to watch more to find out. I was just curious:D)  but seriously, the first minutes of the dub made me cringe so hard I cried a little.. teamsub it is then!  so a few thoughts I had while watching: (spoiler alert for all the virgins!)   ok the intro was different this time, no? am I going crazy, yes?  Yurio is portrayed like a typical villain here.. I love it:D:D  Casual fat-shaming & even less casual food porn.. I'm still loving it;)  Viktor's dog might be the biggest poodle i have ever seen xD  I have forgotten that Yurio & the cat was actually canon.. too cute for words:D  Yuri's excercize montage is my summer goals:D  and so, the name Yurio was born  oh my god, I forgot how ridiculous this anime was ahaha the porc cutlet bowl answer was just too much ahah  Overall thoughts: there was much more Yurio in this one, so it's perfect for me:D but I'm worried about the next one, because competions were always my least favorite parts of the show xD but still - 4.5/5   p.s. Im not sure if i liked that other guy yurio (was that his name) to be involved so early. I thought he would be in the serie later. I Think i would have liked to see some more "gettingg to know Victor and yuri". And boy he sure screams a lot that new guy. But all in all it was ok. Very sneaky of Victor to help them both i must say. But i do like the setting, the area where this takes Place, looks like a nice Place so i like the atmosfear .
