Sathenus
Name: Cyrus James Age: 23 Height: 5'5" Eye Color: Hazel Hair Color: Auburn Sexual Orientation: Homosexual Biography: Cyrus is the youngest of two children, and the 'baby' of the family. His brother is three years older than him and the two had never gotten along. From the very start Cyrus was treated as if he was fragile and would break. Little bumps and scrapes made his parents act as if he had been in some huge accident. Panicking over him and wanting to make sure he was okay even if he wasn't crying or acting remotely hurt. The older Cyrus got, the more he rebelled against such treatment. This rebellion of course was blamed on his older brother. It was always his brother's fault whenever he acted out or whenever something was found in his room that his parents deemed couldn't possibly be his. Even if they were. This consistent behavior from the people around him made him feel as though the world owed him. As if everyone would give him what he wanted and do as he wanted all because he was fragile. Even as he got older people constantly told him he didn't look his age, he appeared younger which was certainly flattering at most times. Still, that did lead to a lot of people still underestimating what he was capable of. For the most part this was as planned, but there were still many instances that caused him annoyance. To his parents Cyrus seemed like the perfect kid. He didn't get into trouble in school, and when he was home he was polite and courteous. They had no idea what was really lying beneath the surface, or that their upbringing had been a huge factor that made him into the person he was behind closed doors. The shaped his mindset and made him aware that he could get away with anything, with the right attitude. It was getting late, the sun was hanging low over the horizon signalling that darkness will have fallen completely within the hour. Work had called him away from something far more interesting to him, but it had been necessary. It wasn't like he could just not go to work considering he now had someone other than himself to care for. Sure it was a bit unconventional as to what had lead to said person entering his life and the means he was keeping him there wasn't very conventional either. Cyrus didn't let that bother him though. When he had his eyes set on someone, for whatever reason, he would not let that go. It was perfect really. No one would ever suspect he was capable of abducting someone, much less keeping said person completely cut off from the world. To everyone else he was just a sweet guy who wouldn't harm a fly. He enjoyed going out and having fun and being the center of attention. To make matters even more in his favor he had delicate features which just drove home the persona he showed the world. Not to mention they all thought he was younger than he was, it was often the subject of many playful conversations he had with others. It was as if he had everyone he met eating out of the palm of his hand. There were few people who knew that there was a darker side hiding beneath the face that he showed everyone else. A darker attitude that could come into play like flicking a light switch. One minute he could be the nicest and sweetest person you ever met, the next and he was capable of some rather dark feats. The only person who truly knew that side was his brother, but Johnathan had little to do with Cyrus at this point. His brother had a family of his own already, a wife and daughter. Had moved on to bigger and better things, leaving the place of their birth, even moving to a different country. Not like that really made it so they lost contact with each other. Thanks to the train systems traveling from one country to the next only took a few minutes. Not long enough to truly discourage anyone from traveling from one country to another regularly. Not much had really changed, but the world had managed to make great strides in certain everyday aspects of their lives. The transportation system being one such improvement. Despite the transportation system and how easy it would be to really see each other neither Cyrus nor Johnathan had any interest in meeting up. His brother still repeatedly tried to convince people that Cyrus was not as innocent as he seemed. The younger man would always acted as if that was absurd, objecting by explaining that Johnathan just couldn't let go of petty childhood grudges. This was something common among siblings so not many people gave it a second thought. Once more leaving Cyrus out of any negative thoughts and his brother obviously frustrated. So it was definitely safe to say that the only time the older man came back into his life was to see if there was any proof to what he knew of his little brother. Of course, there never was any. What kind of person would he be if he allowed someone to figure out what he was really capable of? It would bring a lot of negative attention his way, and would make matters rather difficult for him in the future. Pulling out his keys Cyrus unlocked the front door closing it softly behind him and setting his keys down on the small table by the front door. He had a small bag in his hand, a little something for his 'guest' as he liked to think of him. Only if he had behaved while he was away of course. It hadn't been easy to abduct a man that was bigger and stronger than he was. It had taken months of planning and learning his every move throughout his daily life. Not to mention the use of a handy drug that he really felt shouldn't be as available as it was. He didn't have to try very hard to get his hands on it, though he did make sure that there was no way for the purchase to be traced back to him. He had seen reports of the man's disappearance on the news, his friends and family clearly worried. Cyrus wasn't, however. The basement was his current destination, it had been about a month since he had taken in his guest. Until he was sure the man could behave and be trusted in the rest of the house -as in he wouldn't try to escape or call the police- he kept him confined to the basement. Flicking on the light beside the basement door he pulled out a key he kept hanging around his neck. By design the key looked rather old, as if it was just for decoration with no true purpose. Slipping the chain from around his neck he unlocked the door and started downstairs. Not before closing and re-locking the door behind him. His steps were light as he moved down the wooden stairs and into the room below. He thought it was rather nice of him to have a cot down here for the man, instead of making him sleep on the cold cement floor after all. Granted, that was really the only thing he allowed him. Still he thought it was being rather generous. As his foot landed no the floor and he had taken a step off the stairs he spoke his eyes instantly landing on the man which caused a small pleased smile to spread across his face. To anyone else it would have appeared to be a kind expression. "Hungry?" Cyrus asked his voice was kind. Though there was a dangerous flash in his eyes that made it clear that such kindness was only temporary. So much as one wrong look could easily change that. He had brought him some food after all. Having been gone all day he was sure he was hungry by now. It wasn't like Cyrus made sure to come down and feed him before leaving. Why should he? It would just mean that the other appreciated it more when he did come down to give him something to eat. It also meant that he wouldn't be capable of overpowering him as well. He'd be lying to say he fed him as much as he probably should. Oh well, maybe when he was well behaved and trustworthy he'd make sure he ate regularly. After all, it really was only a matter of time before the other man would just give in to the fact that he was his now. Cyrus knew this wasn't a very easy transition, at first it had to be terrifying. He couldn't even really imagine what had to be going through the other's mind from the very first day he had woken up in his basement to today. With a shrug he pushed the thoughts aside, focusing once more on the man as he moved closer to him. There wasn't any fear or hesitation from Cyrus despite how small his own body seemed to the other. Even if he wasn't stronger than his guest he knew he was more than capable of keeping the upper hand here. Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. Shisu-Chan00
Name: William Anderson Age: 22 Height: 6’0” Eye Color: Brown Hair color: Black Sexual orientation: Homosexual Biography: Will grew up as an older brother, learning to take care of his younger siblings and helping them get through their younger years. His parents were kind to him and he gained their trust easily. From birth he was loved exceptionally and when his younger sister was born he was told he was going to have to look after her. He didn’t know what being an older brother really meant but he knew he would do anything to keep harm from befalling on his little sister, Carrie. However, it wasn’t until his youngest sibling Joseph was born did he realize what love was all about. He fell head over heels for his younger brother the moment the little boy opened his hazel eyes. They were like Will’s favorite stone and he could look into them for hours. His sister grew jealous of their bond as brothers and tried feverishly to ruin it, causing disputes between the boys. Of course, their bond was unmatched and they stayed close well into Will’s older years. When he graduated high school it became apparent that he was going to have to go to college and that Joseph was unable to go with him. This put strain on their relationship but thanks to the highly advanced transportation system they were able to see one another regularly. Will loved his family and he was sad to go to college and yet he was happy to start his own life. He was raised with love in his heart and kindness on his shoulders. He couldn’t hurt a fly even if it tried to hurt him. He was too nice, gave advice too freely and helped too many strangers. His mother always told him it would get him hurt one of these days but he never thought it could get him abducted. Little did he know that his kindness was his weakness and the opening his captor needed to take him away. ~~~ Feverishly he woke up with a start. Sweat pooling at his temples and running down his chest. The outfit he had been stuck wearing for weeks now stuck to his body, he wanted a shower, he wanted food. Pain exploded in his stomach and he hugged it softly, he thought dinner would be here soon but his captor seemed to have forgotten to feed him once again. He didn't know when the last time he had eaten something good was. When was the last time he had eaten with his family? Surrounded by people that loved him and who he loved in return? How long had it been that he had been with his captor? Locked under the ground in the basement without the sun, without the rain, without any sounds. How long did he plan to keep him here...? That’s right, captor. It all started on a rather beautiful day with a rather good attitude on Will. He had just gotten word he was accepted into his internship and that he was going to be getting paid no less. This was everything he wanted and more at the moment and he had a lot of happiness to spread around. William knew he was sometimes too nice, welcoming acquaintances to dinners and drinking parties they normally wouldn’t be invited to but he didn’t know that this night would change everything. William was known for his good looks, kind attitude, and optimistic nature. He was never hurting anyone even though he was a jock and most believed he was a bully. Soccer was his sport of choice and during high school he spent hours on the field practicing to make the team great. College didn’t want his soccer skills however and he didn’t mind that. His heart was moved by teaching and he found himself in the running for working with children. He was always so good with his brothers and sister that he didn’t see a reason not to work with kids. His internship was to teach physical education at a local high school but he never showed up for his first day. Instead at the end of that day he was abducted. Stabbed with a needle and a drug coursing through his veins. The night hiding his captor from view but he could tell he was much smaller than him. It had happened on his way home from classes, the night heavy and dark. He had no idea that someone would do something like this to him but as the drug started to work and his legs grew weak he realized he was being taken. No one knew where he was, no one knew he had any enemies because he was such a good guy. The ground found him faster than he thought but arms caught him, his eyes just barely caught a glimpse of a fuzzy outline before it was gone. Next time he woke up he was in a basement of sorts on a cot. His phone, wallet, and keys all gone. He was left with just his school bag and his clothing on his back. He remembered the first week of being down there…screaming and crying for someone to save him. To help him, his fists red from blood as he had tried to knock the door down and make his escape. It wasn’t till a week after that his captor even showed his face and when he did Will didn’t even remember him. Tears sprung to his eyes and he rushed to hit him but he couldn’t. He couldn’t hurt him. It didn’t matter he just couldn’t hit someone even if they had done something so horrible. He didn’t know the days apart, how many weeks had gone by. A month had eventually ticked by and he found himself still in the basement of somewhere. His stomach hungry, his body dirty, and his heart wanting. He wondered if his family was looking for him, if anyone had searched for him. He wondered…if he could ever go home again. Before too long he had accepted that he couldn’t get out…his captor coming down every so often to give him things but not too often. Today was one of those days. Will was just about to get up and stretch when he heard the clicking of the lock up those wooden steps. He let his ass fall back down onto the bed not even hearing it creak anymore because he was so skinny now. Food was scarce with this guy and he had to be good in order to get what he wanted. He heard footsteps finding their way down the stairs, his captors’ small body not making much of a sound. He leaned against the wall his eyes watching the stairs as his captor came into view. He watched as his eyes landed on him and a smile formed on his lips. It looked kind but it felt sinister to him. Will had never really made this guy made and he was sort of terrified to do so. Yet…as the weeks went by his want to be nice started to fail him and he was itching to get out. How long had it been since he saw the sunlight? Since he felt it on his cheeks? Since he felt the cold chill of the rain? The voice of his captor caused him to sit up some and he nodded, “Yes…” He was very soft spoken when it came to this guy. He hadn’t remembered if they had ever met before but he couldn’t be his happy self around this guy. His will to be…well…Will was falling short. His stomach growled to follow his remark of being hungry and he lightly put a hand over it, his eyes flicking away from his captor as if it was a sign of weakness. He inwardly told his stomach to stay quiet, to stop being so loud. As the man moved a little closer to him Will shifted on the cot as if to get away from him. Something about this guy just didn’t settle with him…he felt like he was capable of really unthinkable things and he had no want to really figure those out. Sathenus
It was quite cute really, the reaction the other's stomach had to his question of if he was hungry. It wasn't like Cyrus had expected him to say he wasn't hungry either though, having gone so long without food the poor guy was probably starving. At least, that was how he felt anyone. Cyrus himself enjoyed snacking throughout the day and couldn't imagine going one day without food. As he stepped a little closer he noticed that William had shifted on the cot as if he was trying to get away from him. This made his kind smile turn a little amused. Was the other afraid of him? Or was there another reason why he had wanted to put space between them. Of course he knew the name of his guest, having taken his phone wallet and keys from him upon abducting him. It was with a soft sigh though that he moved even closer ignoring the fact that his guest wasn't looking at him anymore either. Still a little hesitant he sat himself on the cot a little ways from William. Giving the man some space as he turned to him, crossing his legs and setting the bag he had in his lap. Reaching out with his right hand he ran his fingers along the other's jaw, feeling the dirty and sweaty skin beneath his fingers before he cupped the other's cheek and turned his face so they were looking at each other. "Come now, I'm not going to hurt you." His voice was kind, gentle even. It hadn't been to long ago he remembered that William had been so desperate to get away and have someone help him. Right now though he wanted him to feel as though he was okay. That despite being abducted and being locked in the basement that everything was going to be okay. For awhile now William had been good, he hadn't tried to escape again, and hadn't made noise, in fact there had been multiple times he had forgotten his guest was even down here. Unconsciously he ran his thumb over the other's dirty skin before pulling his hand away. 'I should let him shower and get him out of those nasty clothes.' Cyrus thought to himself as he watched the other for a moment. After what had only been a few momentes of silence he reached into the bag in his lap and pulled out a cheeseburger he had bought from a local restaurant on his way home. He figured something nice like this would be a good act of kindness towards William. "Here you go." He encouraged him holding the burger out to William. It wasn't like Cyrus was blind to the weight that William was losing in his care, even if he just knew it meant even if he had done so on purpose. He didn't want the other to get to weak to be able to function and do things for himself. "After you eat, if you promise to behave I'll let you come upstairs and shower. Get you into some new clothes." This was a move that he was unsure about making. He wasn't sure if enough time had passed for him to be able to trust William upstairs in the main house. That was of course why the man would not be remaining there. He'd let him shower and get into new clothes before he would bring him back into the basement where he would resume living until Cyrus was positive he could be trusted. He had no idea how long exactly that was going to take, it wasn't like he made abducting people a habit. He wasn't particularly fond of making it a habit either. As he sat there watching the other man for a moment he let his eyes rove around the basement. Sure it was dark down here, and it was certainly much cooler than upstairs he couldn't bring himself to feel guilty for locking a human being down here. There just wasn't any reason he felt he should be guilty. The world owed him. What he wanted was William, it seemed like a fair trade really. He remembered the first time his eyes had fallen on the other man, it had been an instant draw to him. Cyrus certainly didn't believe in love at first sight, and he wasn't really sure that the feelings he had for the man could be called love at all. Especially since he was keeping him locked up down here. But something had drawn him to William, had made him realize that he wanted the man in his life. Seeing how he had acted with others, even people that he surely didn't know that well was amazing. To think that anyone could go around and show such kindness all the time. It made him wonder if that was what had drawn him towards the other. Though even with such kindness aside, William was a handsome man, even now despite the weight he had lost he was still attractive. Considering the fact that Cyrus didn't really find himself attracted to most people this was clearly a compliment. Or so he felt it was. His whole life he had never truly been attracted to another, he had dated sure, and he had found others appealing but none truly attractive. William was the first to change that, which was another factor leading to why Cyrus had been so sure the world owed him this particular person. It hadn't been like he thought the world owed him somebody to begin with, but with the events of the past few years, and seeing William for the first time a few months earlier and he had been sure that this man was meant for him. Cyrus knew his brother would think he was crazy, the man would certainly turn him in if he knew. There was a part of him who knew that his brother was always looking for some way to prove to everyone what he had known about him all along. This made a scowl cross his face. Anytime he thought of his brother he was displeased. Whenever that man came into his life again it was to go snooping around. It was aggravating to say the least. But people would surely be suspicious if something happened to his brother. That was one of many reasons why he put up with it, even if every time he itched to end it completely. It was with a deep breath and eyes slipping shut for a moment that he let those thoughts leave his mind, letting the breath out in a soft sigh before his hazel eyes turned back to William. Maybe once the man started to be more accepting of his new role and life they could begin living an almost normal life together. Surely certain of tendencies of his would still need to be kept out of sight of everyone, including William. But it would be the first step into a happier life. At least for him. Cyrus wasn't sure if he could get it so that William didn't have memories of his friends and family, but as long as the man at least felt like he needed to stay with him then did it really matter? Not to Cyrus.
Shisu-Chan00
Being abducted was never on his bucket list, but then again neither was starving to death in a basement. Things sometimes never went the way people planned them to and if anyone knew that better than anyone it was William. He gave so much to the world and yet all it gave him was being abducted and slowly wasting away in some dark cellar with…a psycho. His captor was far from gentle even though that smile that formed on his face said otherwise. He had this mask on him, this look of him being so….gentle and yet he was far from it. The lines on his face shown more of a frown than a smile and William was sure that he didn’t smile often. Even now, as he moved closer to Will he found that this man was trying to be something he wasn’t. As the cot dipped under his weight and William’s weight he wanted to throw up. He couldn’t be rude to him or that food that had been absent in William’s life for awhile now would be snuffed away from him. He had to be good or that food, or any chance of getting out of here would be ruined. He felt the man beside him cross his legs and set the bag in his lap. What he hadn’t expected were for fingers to run along his skin. He jumped from the contact, the two of them having never touched aside from the original abduction. His brown eyes leveled on the man as his skin was gripped and moved to look at him. The promise of not getting hurt seemed like a fake, the fact this man had abducted him meant otherwise. Why else would he be here? His family didn’t have money but if it wasn’t to hurt him then why keep him alive? Why was he locked in here with no means to get out? It didn’t make any sense and as his thumb rubbed against his cheek once more sending an unseen shiver down his spine. William was a nice guy but he felt threatened by this younger male. He felt…threatened by the very touch from the other. That was, until he pulled out that cheeseburger. His stomach protested again and he hugged it tightly looking to his captor wondering if the sandwich was for him or if he was just going to eat it himself. Thankfully he said here you go and William reached out hesitantly taking the burger from him. His brown eyes looked over his face a moment before he looked down to the burger. After his captor was done telling him about possibly taking a shower and getting clothes he sighed softly, “Thank you…” He was just too nice not to thank such an action. Sure he should have been eating all this time but this didn’t bother him too much. He could thank this man for the food he was bringing him, if he didn’t he may never see food again. After a few moments of silence he opened the burger his stomach angrily filling the space between them with another growl. The smell, the sight, everything was just crying for more. His stomach protesting at his wait, his fingers shaking lightly as he pushed back the wrappings and took a bight. A soft and very happy moan left his lips as the first bit of burger hit his empty stomach. His eyes closed and he leaned his head back against the stone wall taking his time in chewing his bites. He knew that if he ate too quickly it would be all for nothing and he would throw it up. He would have to eat slow despite his body screaming for him to eat faster. Even though he told himself to eat slow the burger was gone before he knew it and he was wrapping up the wrapper to it rather slowly. He looked to his captor whose hazel eyes seemed glued to him. “So…can I ask you what your name is…?” He asked hoarsely, his voice very warn out from the lack of water he had been given as well. Throughout the month he had been there he had never asked his captors name and he never wanted to. He was hesitant to even ask now but it seemed that it was something he needed to know so he could stop referring to him as the captor in his thoughts. Plus, he seemed like he was in a good mood and wouldn’t mind a light conversation between the two of them. In all reality, William wanted to ask him why he was here, why he was abducted…why he chose him. He had so many questions he would have liked to have asked and yet…he couldn’t out of fear of what this man would do or say.
Sathenus
The way William reacted to his touch was expected, but it was still quite amusing all the same. This time when his lips turned up in a smile it was genuine and not forced. Cyrus truly couldn't help it, the reaction had been a little to pleasing to see. Especially since he realized that it was the first time he had touched his guest since the abduction. Personally, he didn't like to think about that though. Instead he liked to think that William was here because he wanted to be. Even if he was more than a little aware that he was lying to himself with such thoughts. That didn't matter though. Soon those thoughts would be true, and William would be staying here with him because he genuinely wanted to be here with him. He would start luring the other into a sense of security with little things like being able to shower and wear clean clothes. Then slowly give him more freedom as he continued to see more and more good behavior. The hesitance that he saw after offering the cheeseburger to William wasn't surprising. Cyrus would have been far more surprised if the man had instantly reached for it. Despite his hunger, it was clear to the younger man that William was still unsure about him. Maybe even truly suspicious. Was the nice guy he had taken captive able to see past the mask he showed the outer world? Cyrus hadn't thought William would be able to see through it, but maybe he had just misjudged the man's ability to see people for who they really were because of how nice he was to everyone. That thought alone made him give a soft laugh, but he didn't speak. Instead allowing himself to just rest there, waiting for William to finish eating but not rushing him. After all, Cyrus wasn't going to clean it up if William ended up throwing up from eating to fast. He would definitely be making the other clean it. Considering his guest's weakened state he was sure that the other didn't want that to happen. It wasn't long before the cheeseburger was gone despite that, and he noticed that William looked at him once more. What was said was not expected, and Cyrus was sure his surprise showed for a moment before it was wiped quickly from his face and replaced with a more understanding look. How could he have forgotten to properly introduce himself? It was quite silly of him to have not have done so already. "I'm sorry, I should have introduced myself sooner. My name is Cyrus." He replied with a smile. Once more this smile wasn't forced. Cyrus truly was up to having an actual civil and normal conversation with William. That was one of the reasons he wanted the man in his life after all. He wanted someone he could talk to, confide in. Share his feelings and deepest thoughts, even the not so nice thoughts he had quite often. Someone who would support him. After seeing how nice and friendly William was to others, even those he didn't know very well. It made Cyrus realize that he needed a man like that in his life. Sure he had definitely jumped the gun going so far as to abduct William, but it was the best way to ensure that William was his. Only his. Once he felt like someone or something belonged to him, there was absolutely no changing his mind. It meant that Cyrus was dead set on William accepting his fate, and coming to understand that his only place was by his side. Once that was established and accepted life for the other man would become much better. Of course, Cyrus wasn't the most well off person, he still had to work to pay bills and it wasn't always easy. But he knew he could still present William with a good life, even if it was a life without the man's family or the friends he had once known. Life for his guest would be completely different from now on. The only person he would need in his life anymore was Cyrus himself. It was perhaps a bit dark to think this way and to think that he could keep William literally to himself. But it wasn't impossible. It was actually, quite possible. Especially with how well he was doing so far. Drawing himself from this line of thinking, his smile probably having taken on a darker edge he turned hazel eyes back to William. His head cocked to the side slightly as he watched the man, mind working out what he was about to offer and still not being sure if it was a good idea. "How about you come up stairs. We'll get you cleaned up and in some fresh clothes. Of course... only if you behave. I have absolutely no problem leaving you down here instead if you don't think you can control yourself." He was positive his tone had made it clear that he wasn't going to put up with an escape attempt or any way of William misbehaving. He had just given him food after all, if William wanted to continue to receive food then the man had to listen and do as he was told.
Shisu-Chan00
He waited patiently for an answer from his captor and for a second he thought he wouldn’t get one. The wrapper lay in his lap in a ball now and he pushed back a little bit of the paper as if anxious about what his captor would say if anything at all. The man looked surprised to say the least and he watched him compose himself the best he could. When he finally spoke it was an apology and then an explanation which was far from what he had expected. He tilted his head a little and nodded softly. “Alright…” What else was he going to say to that? So his captors name was Cyrus…had he met him before? The name felt slightly familiar but knowing him he knew so many people that it could be anyone. He was one of those people that had a lot of “friends” but not really. The other smiled at the end of his sentence and yet William couldn’t have the heart to do it back. He looked back down into his lap a moment trying to figure out what the next approach would be. He had so many questions that needed answers but he had a feeling that if he stepped out of line with this guy he wasn’t going to be very happy. William was worried that if he was capable of this that maybe he was capable of something much worse. Maybe he would kill him if he tried to run away, even if he promised he wouldn’t tell anyone of who he was. Was there any changing that now? How long had he been here? He was about to ask when he found it better to not so he kept quiet. Cyrus seemed to be in his own mind too for as they sat in silence the two of them just thought. Thankfully after what felt like hours the man looked back over to him and cocked his head looking him over. William looked back over to him and then was more than surprised when the offer came out of his mouth. Of course, it came with restrictions. He felt the cold threatening voice waft against his skin pulling a shiver from him he nodded lightly. “Alright…I would appreciate that. I won’t do anything unsightly…” he was a little happy about the chance if that was to say the least. He wanted to jump up and run around but his stomach was uneasy as it was from the lack of food that he didn’t think he had the energy for it. He ran a hand through his hair and wanted to vomit at the feeling. It had been long enough in this basement that his hair was gross and unkempt. He was usually very clean and pristine. Not snobbish but you could tell that he came from a good family that valued their hygiene. He hated feeling so dirty but that didn’t change the fact he had no real room or anything to bathe. He hardly could make himself urinate in the appropriate bin he had been given. It was all just so filthy to him. Then again it could be worse where he was chained up and tortured every evening. Good thing his kidnapper didn’t have those sort of tendencies. Then again how would he know what he wanted to do with him? People were into all sorts of weird things from meat dolls to sex toys. He didn’t know what this guy wanted with him but he hoped it was neither of those two. His eyes roamed back over to Cyrus and he blinked a few times, “Can…can we go? I feel disgusting.” He looked down at his clothes that looked dirty and worn out from being worn every day for god knows how long he had been down there. He didn’t know and he felt like he wouldn’t like the answer if he was told it. It must have been a month at most but he sure hoped it was only for a few weeks. He hoped no one stopped looking for him. He hoped that…no one would forget about him. His family was rather big and his brother loved him dearly. They wouldn’t stop looking even if a year passed and he never called. He just hoped this Cyrus guy would get bored of him and let him go…or let him call his family. Whatever worked first. Sathenus
"You best not." Cyrus said with a small nod, his eyes had hardened and become colder. The only way William would ever get anything from him, was following his strict rules. Nothing was a right for the man anymore, everything was a privilege. Something that Cyrus would and could quite easily take away from him if the other did something he didn't like. Rising to his feet he brushed himself off and kept the bag in his left hand. What was left in it was his own dinner, since he hadn't eaten yet tonight himself. Having come straight down here to feed Will before he did anything else and forgot about him for the day. He tended to do that quite often, forget that he had someone locked away in the basement. That was probably another reason why his guest went quite so long without eating most of the time. Just Cyrus being forgetful until it suddenly hit him again that he had a living things waiting to be fed and cared for just downstairs. The thought made a soft laugh pass his lips before he was brought back out of his thoughts when Will asked if they could go, adding that he felt disgusting. A small amused smirk crossed his face, "Alright. Come on." He said motioning for the other to follow him as he made his way back up the stairs and to the door. He pulled the key out once more removing it from around his neck to unlock the door and lead the way into the main part of the house. He gave Will a hard look once more as he closed the door behind them and spoke, "Now remember, I am doing this out of kindness. Simple things like showering and being allowed out of the basement and into the rest of the house are things you have to earn. They aren't things I am just going to give you." Cyrus wanted to ensure that this was plain and clear, and that William truly understood the position he was in. If he wanted the simple things that others took for granted, he had to show that he would behave enough to earn them. If he had to worry that William would try to escape or would try to contact anyone outside of the house he would be unable to allow him out of the basement. After he made that clear he lead William upstairs and towards the bathroom. He had to admit for the first time he was kind of glad that the layout of the house made it so the bathroom didn't have windows. Growing up and even until recently he had hated that design, but it seemed to be a good thing after all. Pushing the bathroom door open he motioned for William to enter the decent sized room, "While you get in the shower and start cleaning up I'll grab some clean clothes for you, as well as towel for when you are finished." Cyrus waited for him to enter the bathroom before shutting the door behind him and wandering down the hall to another room, stepping inside this room was empty besides a bed pressed against the far wall right beneath the window. The bed was bare, no sheets, blankets or pillows. Moving towards the closet of the room he opened it, looking at the clothes that he had packed into it. Having actually planned this out he had clothes that would fit William. He would have been horribly unprepared if he had hadn't thought ahead like that and made sure he had things for the man to change into. Looking over the clothes he had stored for William he just decided on something simple, grabbing him a new clean T-shirt and a pair of pants. He knew it could get cold in the basement, so having the man stay down there in shorts wouldn't be a good idea. When he was ready to be released freely into the rest of the house it would be different, since the main part of the house was kept comfortable. Grabbing the clothes, including a clean pair of boxers he made his way out of the room, grabbing a clean towel from the hall closet as he made his way back towards the bathroom. Walking into the bathroom without a knock or really any warning he put the clothes on the closed seat of the toilet and hung the towel over a rack right beside the shower so that William wouldn't have to reach far to get it. This was all done without a single word being said, it wasn't until he was heading back towards the door that he finally spoke, loud enough for the other to be able to hear him despite the running water. "After you have finished showering come back downstairs for inspection. If you continue to behave like this, you will be allowed free roam of the house before you know it." Cyrus didn't of course say that with free roam of the house other steps would be taken to ensure he didn't go running off. He was almost positive such measures were implied. With that he left the bathroom once more shutting the bathroom door behind him and moved downstairs so he could eat while Will was showering. There was a part of him that had considered staying in the bathroom with the man to ensure he behaved, but it was the bathroom after all. Giving the other man some privacy while he showered would show that he could at the very least respect such matters. That and Cyrus didn't see him as being brave enough to try to climb out of a window on the second floor in an attempt to escape. At least, he hoped he was smart enough not to attempt such a stupid thing. It wouldn't end well for him of course, and it would be severely disappointing if he hadn't made even the slightest progress towards acceptance of his new life. Shisu-Chan00
Will was shocked when his captor agreed so easily to him going upstairs. Thankfully he motioned for Will to follow him up the stairs. Will stood and gently stretched out his back hearing it pop loudly before he took a step toward Cyrus who was heading out of the little cellar. He followed slowly his fingers lightly trailing along the wall for support just in case he fell over. It had been a long time since he had been out of this small little room and he didn’t know if he was mentally prepared to leave it just yet. He was lead into the main part of the house, his eyes peering around the room he was lead into as he heard the cellar door close. His captors hard, serious voice pulled his attention back to the door. He nodded at the others comment knowing full well that this wasn’t apart of the norm. He had never been allowed out of this room let alone to shower and bathe. After that was set in stone he was lead upstairs and towards the bathroom. The house was meticulously clean and everything seemed to have a place. William was scared to touch anything for the worry the master of the house would be furious with him. Then again as he saw the bathroom door open and the room come into view his hopes were cut dead really fast. There were no windows, no sunlight, no hope for being saved. He felt his stomach bottom out and his hopes crushed in one instant. He was never getting out of here. He entered the room turning back around and looking at Cyrus who stood at the door. He said his part before closing the door behind him and leaving will alone in the bathroom. As the other left him once more Will moved to the bathroom pulling the curtain aside and turning on the water. A much happy sigh left his lips as he ran a finger under the warming water. Those disgusting clothes were off in a moment and on the floor and his body was under the water with a grateful tone. It heated up quickly pelting his body with boiling droplets. The dirt washed away in waves coloring the white tub bottom a musky brown. There were items in the bathroom for him to clean himself with so he cleaned his hair first letting the soap soak into his hair. This was when he heard the door open and his body tensed instantly. Cyrus was completely quiet as he walked across the bathroom and through the steam setting the clothes down and the towel. When the other finally did talk he was surprised to hear what he had to say. As the door closed he sighed softly, “Inspection?” He shook his head and started on his body. When he was finished he got the towel from the rack and started to dry off. He quickly put on his clothes and wiped the condensation from the mirror peering at his reflection. He had lost a lot of weight, the indentions in his cheeks screamed it. His eyes looked sad, blanketed with a heavy grey patch under them. He looked like he was ten years older than he actually was and that alone made him feel gross. He ran a towel over his face one more time before opening the bathroom door and leaving the steaming room behind. His body found its way to downstairs like he was told peeking around the corner into the kitchen were the other was at. “I’m finished…thanks for letting me clean off.” He held the towel in his hands. “Where should I put this?” he asked looking across the way to where Cyrus had been eating his dinner at the table. Sathenus
Cyrus was only slightly paying attention to how long William spent in the shower, by that it meant his phone was resting on the table in front of him with a timer going. Depending on how long it took the other man it may mean that he'd have to pop up and see what was keeping him. Though that did not quite mean that he wasn't aware that with how filthy he was it may take him a little longer to shower than it would most. He had quite a bit of grime to wash off his skin, that was something that Cyrus had to take into account. It didn't necessarily mean he'd be happy about it, just a bit understanding at the very least. His attention was taken off what he had been eating, gaze shifting up from where his phone was resting on the table and landing on Will when he heard the older man speak. "Just set it over the chair. I'll take care of it later." Cyrus responded motioning to the table and indicating to lie the towel over the back of one of the chairs. Once he had done so the younger man just watched his guest for a moment, still insisting to himself that he referred to the man both in his mind and outloud as a guest to make sure he didn't slip up and call him something else when in public. It wasn't like he'd be able to hide William's presence completely, at least not once he started to let him have free roam of the house. His neighbors were bound to catch a glimpse of the man once in awhile, but that was a completely different battle one he would face when the time came. Clearing his head he stood up and moved over to where the other man stood. His eyes raked over the other man's body and he moved to stand behind him. Inspecting how well he had cleaned himself up, not being shy about it as he lifted his shirt to make sure he was completely clean and that he wouldn't have to send him back upstairs to shower again. "You smell a lot better now." He commented absently. The comment had slipped past his lips before he even realized he was speaking, but it was a good thing. It made him want to be closer to the other, but he had to stay firm and not quite show affection until he was sure that Will had accepted his role and new life here, with him. There was a deep aching part of Cyrus that truly hoped the older man would be able to find joy out of living here with him and not want to leave. As he was inspecting his guest his mind wandered off slightly towards the basement where he was keeping him. The cot definitely needed to be cleaned, and the basement itself probably really need a deep cleaning as well, this made him bite his lip. Could Will be trusted to behave long enough for him to clean the basement up a bit? Or was it to risky and he should just send the man back down there to continue his life in the damp and cold basement that most people didn't even realize his home had? After he finished his inspection and stood before Will again Cyrus decided to address this new found concern as the man would be allowed to make certain choices for himself. Depending on how William responded and what he did with the chances those choices would provide would dictate to Cyrus how much control he would still have to impose over him. "You have a choice to make. An important one, I can either send you back down into the basement as it is, and forget about you for a few days or more. Or you can help me clean up the mess you have made so that it no longer smells down there and then I'll come visit you more and bring you stuff. Which one do you like best?" It really wasn't much of a choice in his own opinion, if William wanted to be sent back down into the dark basement and be forgotten about again for who knew how long Cyrus wouldn't argue. But he was sure that the man would take the chance for the filth to be cleaned out and in doing so earning Cyrus' favor and having him visit more bringing food more often and maybe even a little gift here and there. It really did seem so obvious. At the same time, he didn't know how much of a fight was still left in his guest either, for all he knew William would refuse to help him clean the basement just because he didn't want to give in to him. Having been quite nice to William today, he was hoping that'd work in his favor towards the man agreeing to helping him clean the basement. Cyrus had after all fed him, allowed him to take a shower and given him clean clothes to wear. William owed him this.
