Go to Settings -> Subscriptions ( Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. ) and Right click on each listed thread you wanna keep being subscribed to, and select Copy Link Location, then paste it in a Word or Notepad document. Save the document and on the 26th May, you'll just copy each link in turn and paste it in the browser bar and you'll be able to subscribe to the thread anew.
