Jun couldn't he wasn't the tiniest bit sadistically giddy about the fact he was a ticking Beu off. He also found just how uncomfortable Yukie seemed to be in his small apartment somewhat amusing. "A date? I though we were just having lunch to discuss your business offer. Isn't your old man the one I'm supposed to entertain?" Jun teased, finding the fact the other seemed to be so inexperienced in actual dating endearing.

 

"Well, whatever. I'm starving so take me eat, hm?" he said as he pulled Yukie off the bed and continued to wrap his arms around his', grabbing on to it. There was a reason he was as good at his job as he was, and it might had something to to with the fact the Jun was a natural. "So are you always taking your dates to work?" he asked as he lead Yukie out of the apartment, kicking the door close behind them and pulling him down the stairs to where he assumed his car was "no wonder you're single young master" he teased, although if he was being completely honest, he was just a little curious as to what it was Yukie was doing for work.

"Well, the conditions have changed my father will no longer know your in the house since he has worsened. But I would like to keep my word and find someone who will live in the house with me and be able to call for medical help if I get sick" Yukie explained slowly standing up off of the bed with Jun's insistent pulling. He looked at Jun curiously finding the slight personality change interesting. "I need to put a healthy dose of stranger danger fear into you" Yukie mumbled concerned with how easily Jun had let a complete stranger into his home.

 

With a small frown Yukie followed Jun out of his house and down to the car. He stood in front of the car before removing Jun's hands from his body not being comfortable with so casually being touched. "Usually I Do show them my work they tend to enjoy the trips" Yukie added easily lying his way through the fact that this was his first date. With a simple eye roll he ignored the man's comment on being single and opened the door for him before going over to his side and getting in Beu glaring from the backseat.

"You're so strange" Jun found himself unable to do anything but laugh "you persistently pestered me to let you take me out and then you say I need to fear you?" at this point he wasn't sure if Yukie was trying to achieve whichever strange goal he set himself or actually help Jun. "Besides you're not a stranger. I saw you in the club a few times before". When Yukie all but pushed him off, Jun found himself even more confused. Wasn't he the one that just asked him to move in with him just a moment ago? Nevertheless, he smirked as he got into the car mumbling a skeptic "sure they did" under his breath.

 

"Good morning Beu" he smiled widely at the bodyguard through the rearview mirror, more than happy to be able to piss him off first thing in the morning. Well, his version of morning anyway. After that, however, he was quiet for a few minutes, his eyes glued to the window. He was trying to figure out the logic behind Yukie's actions, but he just didn't seem to be able to do so. Why on earth was he so intent on Jun coming to live with him, especially now that it wasn't even for his father? "Listen" he finally opened his mouth after a few good minutes of silence "I really don't understand you. I mean, clearly you have enough people to keep an eye on you. It's not like you're ever truly alone," his eyes wondered to Beu in the driver's seat for a moment as if to make a point "so it's not what you need me for. Why the hell are you insisting so badly on me? I mean, you can just go and find someone. Anyone, really. You don't even like me touching you" he added casually, although there was a part of him that still wondered just why shook him off earlier.

"Yukies not big on anyone touching him. Hence why he always wears such long clothes" Beu explained coldly glaring at Jun from the back seat.

 

"....I was raised in a different environment then most children. It made me what Beu calls anti social" Yukie added with a small smile. "I'm sorry if I offended you by pushing you away" Yukie added before taking them onto a highway and out of the city. "I'll be honest I wanted someone who wouldn't need me to watch over them. I don't exactly have a lot of time to baby my partners and coddle them, they need to be able to cook for themselves and be able to care for a household." Yukie explained with a small sigh. "And despite the mess your home was in you've proven to still be the best candidate for watching my home" Yukie finished before speeding up and heading out on a road toward the ocean

"I wasn't offended" Jun lied, pouting as he did. He listened quietly to the other's explanation, letting out a small sigh when he was finished. "Yukie, I'm sorry if you got the wrong impression, but I told you before I don't want to be bought as anybody's pet" he explained again, although this time without any of the hostility from the night before "if you want someone to take care of the house I'm sure you can hire someone to do this. And if you're looking for a partner shouldn't you go in to a relationship with someone you like? And not like, buy him as well" he thought for a moment before adding "although if that's what you want I know some guys at the club that do those things. I can connect you to one of them". It was strange, but something about handing Yukie off to one of the other guys at the club was annoying. Probably because they weren't good as him, he decided. The guys who sold themselves off usually were the less successful ones.

 

"I guess what I'm trying to say is that I was open to hear your offer when it was an actual job. And clearly you don't need me to take care of you. I'm also clearly not the domestic type" he rolled his eyed, thinking back to his mess of a home "so just..." he couldn't really finish this sentence. Just what? What now? Should he tell Yukie to drop him off in the middle of the highway? That didn't seem like a good idea. Besides, he promised he would go out with him, and he liked to think he was a man of his word. He was also still just a little bit curious about the young boss. "Let's just go out and enjoy today okay?" he smiled at him while squeezing his hand, letting go shortly after when remembering he wasn't the touchy type "you can tell me what's your taste and I'll help you find the perfect boyfriend" he smiled widely and kindly at him, something he didn't do very often.He still wanted to help Yukie- damn, it seemed like the young master was starting to grow on him.

“...if your so eager to hand the job off to someone else why did you agree to come out with me on a date?” Yukie asked with a frown. The male continuing to drive in silence the only noise being what Jun was explaining making the demon sigh. “My body is frail and weak, I need someone to be around the house to make sure I get the proper medication and help if needed.” Yukie mumbled before turning into a fancy restaurant and parking. “The last four people who I hired messed up my medication...all of them had gone to nursing school.”

 

“So, father suggested I find a life partner one who would actually care about keeping me alive. Since then I’ve beentrying to date but have been turned down by many others. Beu was the one who suggested I try to...aim a little lower” yukie added being very straightforward with Jun making Beu poke yukies cheek to get him to stop talking.

 

“...you weren’t easily pushed around by yukie the other night, that’s why I told him to try with you. Despite the young lords carung nature he can be a stubborn ass when it comes to listening to others” Beu explained to Jun not wanting the lad to get the wrong idea about yukie.

That was a shocker, to learn just how different Yukie was from the image he presented. Jun would have never thought there would be something wrong with him physically, nor that it would be so hard for him to find someone qualified enough to take care of him. Actually, it made Jun feel just a little sorry for him. The more he talked, it was also clearer just how clueless Yukie was about interpersonal relationship. "You really are something you know that?" Jun laughed "you never properly asked me on a date. You told me you want to have lunch to talk about a contract. That's a business meeting if I've ever seen one" he laughed again. "Honestly young master, I'm a little shocked you can keep the family business afloat".

 

"Tell you what" he said when they were finally parked "this is something serious, we can't just talk about it like that. Plus, I'm starving. You know, a certain young master made me drink a lot last night..." he gave Yukie a mischievous smile. "Let's talk this over lunch. Explain everything properly to me and then we can have a serious talk, 'kay?". In all fairness, somehow the sneaky young master found his way into the softer parts in Jun's heart, and when he noticed he was already emotionaly involved it was too late. He really did want to find a way to help Yukie.

"I've never really left the house until this last year and a half" Yukie admitted feeling slightly bad that he didn't ask Jun out properly. "My father told me it's best to make a contract with someone first then you can work out what kind of person they are." Yukie explained feeling a little helpless against someone who was so adjusted to society.

 

"I help Yukie run the place." Beu added trying to help Yukie relax a little as the man watched the demon worrying he might get to stressed and go into a panic attack. "Yukie spent a good four hours last night picking out a nice restaurant" Beu added as Yukie blushed and looked away getting out of the parked car. The demon stood outside taking a mental health break for the sake of his poor heart. "Go easy on him it's his first business deal and his first time dealing with people outside of your work" Beu asked his voice almost begging as he watched Yukie closely.

 

With a small sigh Yukie calmed down and went over to Jun's door opening it carefully before offering his hand to the man.

Did the same person that told him he needed to be taught about stranger danger just said it's better to get to know someone after they signed a contract with them? Yukie sure was much more sweet and innocent than Jun had thought. Actually, now he felt like he was being a bad influence on him. Although what kind of sweet and innocent man dealt with the people Yukie dealt with and hung out in their club?

 

Although he heard everything Beu told him (his hearing was perfectly fine thank you very much), he chose not to response. Partly because he was still a little pissed at him, and partly because he wasn't sure how to respond. He thought Yukie was already running at least some part of the family's business, and by the way he was acting in the club the other night he was sure he was so much more sociable. He was so confident as he talked Jun- heck he even initiated touching. Instead he just smiled at Yukie as he opened the car door for him, taking the offered hand. "Come on handsome, let's go eat and you can tell me what exactly you're looking for. Then we'll see what we're going to do about that" he said as he confidently marched alongside Yukie to the restaurant's entrance. He did wonder for a moment whether he was dressed properly, but than reminded he modeled his clothes after Yukie's. He was pretty sure someone with his upbringing would at least know what to wear and to where.

"My, well this is much more fancier then I had predicted" Yukie admitted with a small chuckle as they entered the high end restaurant. "Maybe I should listen to Beu every now and then" he added with a small smile feeling quite embarrassed with having dragged Jun to somewhere he didn't really know. "Well then, let's go sit down" Yukie added leading the man to the desk as he handed him a card and they where escorted to a private area that was rather well furnished. With a small blush Yukie sat down across from Jun's seat and watched as Jun followed. Though within a few seconds Beu had made his way inside after getting himself out of the car the man sitting in a chair a table away.

 

"I do hope having Beu with us doesn't bother you" Yukie mumbled the man waving to the waiter to come over. Once the waiter arrived he ordered a nice wine and a sample platter for the table his eyes never leaving Jun's. "Feel free to ask any questions or tell me any concerns about the job" Yukie added once the waiter had left to process the wine and appetizer order.

Jun couldn't say that being waited upon for a change wasn't nice. He followed Yukie and the hostess, letting himself be seated and then watching quietly as his order was taken. Usually he was the one talking the order, and although often invited to drinks by his clients, he was never really the client himself.

 

"Doesn't really matter if it bothers me or not, does it?" Jun laughed "it's not like he's going to go away even if it did". He was more than certain that Bue would never leave his boss' side, no matter what he would say. He looked down at the table at Yukie's next words, listening and then thinking quietly for a moment before he answered. "First of all I want to make it clear that I'm not accepting anything yet" he finally said as he lifted two blue eyes to look at Yukie "honestly I'm so confused from what you said yesterday and today that I'm not even sure what is this job". He stopped for a moment, his fingers fidgeting with the napkin on his lap before he opened his mouth to speak again. "I guess the first thing I want to know is what exactly are you looking for. Yesterday you said it was someone to be of company for your father, nothing else. Now your talking about someone that would look after your health. Or take care of you household. Or be you romantic partner" it seemed that trying to figure out just what Yukie wanted made Jun's headache from the hangover worse. "Which one is it then? I already told you that I'm not the boyfriend for sale type. Nor do I do any house chores or cooking... I mean, you saw my house" he said with a half smile.

"I had originally wanted someone to watch over my father so I could get more sleep at night. But, due to how quickly he's worsened I've decided it would be best to find a caretaker for myself. You see my father has always taken care of me and now that he's unable to I find that it would be best to find someone who can watch over my medical issues and at least make sure I remember to eat" Yukie explained as he sipped his glass of water. "I don't expect you to cook nor clean for me. But when it comes to my health I would like you to be present and keep me company if I'm bedridden." The demon added with a small smile.

 

"Believe it or not but Beu isn't exactly the best entertainment when I get sick." Yukie added after a moment watching Jun. "The job is fairly easy and if you do it right you have free reign of my bank account and of the house. And if you happen to fall for me, well...we can make a new contract from there" Yukie whispered their appetizer coming to the table as Yukie finished his sentence.

Jun listened quietly as Yukie finally explained everything, answering the mountain of questions he had just dropped on him. It was quite sweet really, how close his seemed to be to his father. Maybe it was the age. But well, he was never this close to his parents. Maybe it wasn't that strange at all. Jun didn't really know how normal families functioned after all.

 

He let Yukie finish his explenation without interrupting, except for the quiet "when Beu is ever the best entertainment?" he snickered quietly under his breath. "Why are you so sure it wouldn't be the other way around?" he teased the other at his last comment, but after that his features changed, and it was quite obvious he was thinking. The fact he didn't bother touching the food was more than enough evidence for that. So, in the end it really was a job offer. And a pretty good one at that. But Jun still wasn't sure about that... there were a few things he didn't feel exactly comfortable with. Besides he wasn't in a rush to throw caution into the wind and follow some rich guy's whims. He knew from experience that those guys changed their mind as frequently as people changed clothes.

 

"I think..." he finally opened after a few good minutes of silence "we can talk about it. But there are a few things that bother me" he was chewing on his lips, his brows pushed together in an expression that somehow made him look much more his real, young age. "I don't mind making sure you're eating properly if I'm not the one doing the cooking. And I also don't mind keeping an eye on you in case you get sick" actually, this is something he had a fair amount of experience in. "But I don't want free access to your bank account. Honestly, you should be taught a lesson about frauds young master" he clicked his tongue disapprovingly "a normal salary is enough for me. And also..." his fingers now ran across the rim of the still full wine glass in front of him "I want to keep my job. At least for now. The hours shouldn't interfere with any of your meals and if you'll get sick I'll stay home. I just..." well, he didn't want to give up his safety net and then be thrown out by Yukie a week into his new job. But he couldn't really say it, could he?

"Mmh I'll pay you what I paid the last five, and if you desire to take a second job I won't stop you" Yukie added agreeing to Jun's conditions. "I can understand not wanting to put everything down and just trust blindly in someone" Yukie added understanding where Jun was coming from as he smiled softly. With a poke at the appetizer Yukie sighed and took a bite finding the food quite delicious. As if Beu was summoned he came over and sat beside Yukie the man taking his master's arm to check his blood and vitals quickly before he continued to let him indulge in his date.

 

"You seem healthy but I don't trust these damn machines" Beu mumbled the guard slightly on edge with Yukie health. "You so much as cough, sneeze, or look drowzie and im taking you home" he warned his master who sighed and rolled his eyes wishing Beu wouldn't be so strict.

Jun visibly relaxed seeing just how well Yukie took the limitations and conditions he placed. Maybe he could actually consider this job seriously, he thought as he finally began eating the food in front of him, indulging in the meal he would never buy for himself under regular circumstances. Of course he would still have to look at the contract to reach his final decision, but that seemed like a pretty good way to make some extra money that he could seriously use. Besides, now that he got to spend some more time alone with Yukie, he also had the strange urge to help him. Maybe because he was younger, or maybe because he suddenly seemed so clueless, despite having such an air of confidence and control to him back in the club.

 

That relaxation however was quickly gone as soon as Beu appeared to check on Yukie. Just how bad was his condition that his bodyguard had to monitor him when he was eating, and was so overcautious about him? Jun's eyebrows pushed together, casting a shadow over his blue eyes as he looked at Yukie. "Just how serious is your condition?" he asked, partly worried about Yukie and partly about himself "if it's something as sensitive I honestly think you should reconsider hiring a medical professional. I don't think I have the right skills to make sure you're really okay" he said, feeling the first pangs of real worry in regards to that offer.

"Beu is a mother hen, he's always worrying over my health but I can't blame him." Yukie admitted as Beu checked his phone and the machines before setting out the correct medication. "He found me once after a weekend alone he though I was dead but I had slipped into a coma. At one point I had gotten my medication mixed up and instead of correcting it teenager me decided that it wasn't important. I woke up six months later. After that I hospitalized for six months and had to be closely monitored." Yukie explained gently patting Beu's hand.

 

"You wouldn't had ended up so sick if I would have done my job better" Beu added gently nudging the medicine toward Yukie who took them with some water.

 

"My lungs have always been frail, it's a part of my past and future luckily we've learned how to live around it so my condition is not as serious" Yukie added trying to reassure Jun he wasn't going to die so easily.

Jun stared at Yukie Wide-eyed when he told him his story, an expression not many people saw because it took a lot to shock Jun. However, how could anybody be so fucking cool and casual about being in a freaking coma for six months?! How could this possibly not be a big deal? How could he possibly say his condition wasn't so serious?

 

Granted, Jun didn't really know what was his condition, nor did he had any medical qualifications to help him understand it better. Right now he just realized it was... a lot. "That's... I need some time to think. To wrap my head around it" he said as he moved the food on his plate from one side to the other, keeping his eyes on it. Once again, he fell into silence for a few moments, his mind drifting towards much darker places. Ah, but that was not what he was there for, he finally remembered as he shook his head, trying to discard the bothered expression he was wearing. He assumed Yukie had him there to be his usual self, the self he was in the club, not some depressing worry wart. "So where exactly are we going after this?" he smiled at Yukie "you had my hopes set up really high with this whole day" he ran his finger back and froth across Yukie's hand "what else can you show me?".

"Take your time to decide it's a hard choice that only you can make" Yukie replied a small smile on his lips as he ate his food and let the other reflect on what he said Beu just watching from the sidelines. After Yukie had finished his food he was surprised by Jun's sudden asking of what else they where going to do. "Honestly I thought I had scared you off" Yukie admitted with a small chuckle.

 

"It's time to go if we are to late the closing employee will be annoyed" Beu explained to Yukie as Yukie nodded and smirked offering Jun his hand so he could lead him out to the car leaving Beu to settle the bill for him. Once they where alone in the car Yukie sighed and looked at Jun.

 

"Medical professionals aren't allowed to come around me I don't react well to doctors, and well nurses hence why I'm looking for someone normal" Yukie explained looking slightly worried. "I'm not exactly what you would consider human"

Maybe he was underestimating Yukie. It seemed like he was much more matured than he had given him credit before. He let out a small chuckle in response to Yukie's. "Honestly, young master. I'm not that easily scared". He then watched quietly at the exchange between the other two, smiling at Yukie and taking the offered hand. He seemed to be getting a little better with the whole touching thing.

 

When Yukie explained his aversion of medical personnel, Jun found himself biting his lip. Taking in the other's worried face, Jun couldn't help but reach out and smooth his hair. "What are you talking about?" Jun gave him a half smirk "you look perfectly human to me". He thought about Yukie, not being able to receive the help he needed when he was feeling unwell. Clearly, his medical condition was a complicated one. That thought made his heart ache just a little. "What... what about your family? Is there anyone other than your father that you can rely on?" of course his own personal experience had taught him that family didn't necessarily mean caring for one another, and sometimes even the opposite. Still, he hoped that for Yukie things were different.

"My mother passed when I was quite young so it's just been my father me, and my older brother" Yukie admitted with a small smile. "Normally one would just push it off on their nearest family member but, I don't want Ayme to feel like he needs to care for us" Yukie explained with a small smile his twin at home resting with their father the two identical twins taking shifts.

 

"Ayme wants us to bring home something sweet for dinner. Despite me telling him dessert isn't dinner he's being quite persistent" Beu mumbled the male getting into the car as he sighed. "Hes quite cross about not joining you on the date"

"Well aren't you considerate young master" Jun smiled "actually that's very sweet". It was actually interesting to learn more about Yukie. Jun wondered if he ever met his big brother in the club before, why was Yukie taking care of the family business if he had an older brother, and what was he personality like.

 

While most of these questions would probably have to wait, Beu's next words did give some kind of an answer regarding that last one. Well, the sweets for dinner thing he couldn't really say anything about. Not like he never switched a meal for cake. But the rest was definitely interesting.

 

Letting out a small chuckle he inched closer to Yukie, leaning against him just a tad "he sounds even worse than you. You two really didn't socialize much, huh?" he asked. After thinking for a moment, he gave Yukie a mischievous smile "well, I'm glad he didn't come. I'm not good with sharing and I was promised you're undivided attention. I'm very high-maintenance you know" he purred.

"We tend to never leave each other's side but due to father being ill we've had to do a few new things." Yukie replied not shying away from the sudden touching the male finding it rather nice. "I'm amused you wouldn't like to share. Though with Ayme it would be a bit of a battle for attention." Yukie admitted with a happy laugh the younger twin finding the small jealousy cute on Jun. "Since Ayme couldn't come I'll save my original plans for our next date and instead why don't I show you my home? You could meet my koi fish" Yukie added quite happy with their date.

"I would like to see the person that can put up a fight to me" Jun laughed. If Yukie's twin was anything like Yukie, Jun would have no problem whatsoever to win whomever attention he would chose. After all, he was a professional. But then again, that was not the job he was there to do. "I only won't share you today because you promised me a date. If I'll come to work for you as your caretaker your brother can have all of your time as long as he doesn't interfere with my work. But today is my day" he leaned in further against Yukie, allowing himself to be spoiled, just for now. This would all be out of the question if he would sign a professional contract with the other.

 

"That's sly young master" Jun smirked up at him "are you trying to take me home on the first date? I'm not that easy you know" he winked at Yukie, enjoying throwing the younger, much less experienced man into a bit of a loop. Jun was an expert on winning men over, but he wasn't really putting in any effort. He was simply enjoying himself. "Unless of course you really did mean you actually wanted to show me your Koi fish?" he laughed at the thought. Yukie seemed innocent enough to make the offer without any ulterior motive behind it.

"If I do take you home it's only to win your heart even more" Yukie whispered gently removing a hair out of Jun's eyes with a smirk. "Even with that in mind I still want to show you my garden and Ayme is going to continue throwing a fit that his younger brother is out on a date" Yukie added knowing full to well the much older black haired man was quite stubborn with who Yukie was around.

 

"Dont worry I sent him pictures of you two on your date. He said we can continue to the water park if you want" Beu added revealing the surprise trip on accident getting ato glare from Yukie

"Aren't we a little ahead of ourselves?" Jun replied with a snicker, yet didn't shy away from the other's touch. Although he said he was there only for work, maybe this whole date thing was starting to get to him. He was about to make a comment about the continuation of this sentence when Beu suddenly interfered.

 

"Don't just go around taking pictures of me" he frowned at the man, upset his picture was taken unknowingly and more than that, that he didn't notice. Still pouting a little, he weighed his options before turning back to Yukie. "Let's go to your house. If you want me to consider this job I want to know as much as possible... besides, I'm not exactly dressed properly for a water park. Unless we're going skinny dipping, that is" he raised an eyebrow at Yukie, returning to his usual teasing self.
