"Shes smart just like you" yukie whispered before kissing suginos cheek and handing him his phone back trusting his mate as he went back to his bed. Laying on the cool sheets Yukie snuggled up to his many pillows and slept his body desperatly needing rest leaving raven standing outside of the room and looking at sugino.

 

"Am i to assume your the mate in questuon?" Raven asked.

Sugino blushed a bit as he was kissed. He placed his cell back in his pocket before looking at the male who spoke to him. "Oh yes that would be me. I am sorry for the late introduction. "My name is Sugino and this here is our daughter Yuma." he said as Yuma had gotten the fox to come up to her as she smiled heading into Yukie's room with her fox. "Where are you going sweetie?" he asked her. "To lay with papa. Its nap time." she says happily as she looked at Yukie.

"Ah, are you sure thats okay?" Raven asked worried Yukies brathing machine and monitors would be a little to scary for yuma. "Your papa is recovering from being sick he needs to sleep peacefully" raven added knowing yukiea body was trying very hard to fight off a simple lung infection.

Yuma glanced back as she shakes her head no. "Papa will feel better with Yuma's smile." she said as Sugino walked over and picked her up. "Maybe tomorrow but for now lets allow Yukie to sleep."he said as she nods pouting. The fox relaxing on her shoulders. He looked at Raven before heading downstairs to speak with Ayme. He would stay the night even if that meant sleeping on the floor.

Ayme was of course sulking in the greenhouse taking his wsweet time watering the flowers and many diffrent plants yukie adored.

Sugino walked around before finding Ayme. "Hey I am really sorry about before. It seems that Yukie wouldn't mind if the two of us spent the night here. I hate to impose but I get the feeling I might witness his cute smile if I stay the night. So curious if there is any place for Yuma to sleep. I don't mind finding a spot in the corner somewhere." he asked as Yuma was in the living room with her fox.

"Yukie had two rooms remodled for you and had brand new furniture brought in last night. Its down the hall from his room next to the nursery" ayme explained with a huff before turning off the hose. "Honestly? I wish he had passed with them....hes a burden to care for and doesn't deserve to run father's company." Ayme added before going off to his room clearly pissed as he passed yukie who had woken up unable to sleep and had heard it all.

Sugino was a bit pissed off to hear Ayme speak like that about Yukie. It was as if the male had turned into a completely different person from before he decided to come meet them. He heads back inside as he was going to ask Ayme what that was about but he noticed Yukie clearly just heard him. He was shocked but worried how Yukie was probably going to handle this. Yuma fell asleep on the sofa and Sugino was glad she didn't heard Ayme.

"Your free to leave any time" yukie replied with a shrug knowing just how much his brother hated him. Looking over at sugino yukie smiled softly "want a tour of the sunroom?".

Sugino looked at Yukie before he smiled back. "Sure thing but let me put Yuma to sleep in the room. I wouldn't want her to catch a cold." he said as he walked over to the sofa and picked her up. He also got her fox so they could rest together. He walked up the stairs before he looked at Yukie. "She really fell for this gift of yours. Reminds me of the hamster we once had back then."he said softly

"Never really cared for hamsters" yukie admitted with abshy chuckle before going to the kitchen to make himself some warm tea to drink and relax. Waiting patiently Yukie looked over his work papers frowning at the numbers.

Sugino placed Yuma upon the bed in the nursery and placed the fox beside her. He tucked her in before going to find Yukie. "Hey there handsome." he said trying to not smile but it was hard. He use to always call Yukie like that back in the day. Though he wonders if Yukie remembers that.

"Mmh hey" Yukie mumbled looking up at the greeting in a mix of confusion and slight annoyance. "You must have said that often...it made me want to smile" yukie grumbled like annoyed toddler. " somehow...I think my numbers are wrong...the account balances arent matching my records to the business records".

Sugino shook his head a little. "I said it but you always use to roll your eyes telling me to stop my lame jokes. Though there were some times it made you laugh." he said as he walked a bit closer. "Oh if you want I could take a look. I'm not so bad with accounting. I studied it and I helped a lot of my family get their financials in order." he said as he offers to assist.

"Yeah look it over. Though im sure I'm right on this....it wpuldnt be the first time something like this has happened." Yukie admitted with a frown not liking the choice of throwing out his brother for stealing again.

Sugino nods as he took the papers and looked them over. There was no denying the facts. Money was being withdrawn from somewhere. Hearing Yukie say this wasn't thefirst incident of this made him suspect if Yukie knew what was the cause. Thinking about it now he worried this could be a brotherly issue. "Yukie, is there no way the two of you can work this out? You both are brothers after all." he asked.

"...according to Raven afew weeks after I came home from the hospital my medicine was mixed up alot. It stopped after he came to the house as our family doctor after the emergency room noticed a change in medication doses and organ problems. Once he started coming around i suddenly stopped being so sick from my medicine and since then despite me fighting and forgetting hes made sure i never confuse them or mistake the pills. I stopped getting sick so often." Yukie explained deeply thinking as he looked at the wall clock. "I never remembered take medicine and mixing it up or taking it without food and with alcohol...after Raven was sure i could care for myself he did monthly checkups. Two months into it i was taken to the emergency room and sent into a psych ward for six months. Found out afew months ago that my medication had be changed without me knowing....In the end i had Raven move in for my safety all the medical issues and surgeries i couldnt remember or tell the doctors no since Im marked as needing assistance Ayme used that to his advantage. And now that im getting better im seeing alot of things that I've missed, Im not sure you two could live safely here either hence why i had Raven stop by early and switch out the food and wander the house." Yukie explained clearly more conflicted and confused then ever.

Sugino grits his teeth a little. "You make it sound as if Ayme is out to end you. Wait that doesn't make much sense. Why contact me and inform me of your conditions and everything? He reached out to me not the other way around. Though I guess I never really questioned how he found me. Bringing your mate and child so close to you is a bit insane if he is out to get you. Just what does he plan to do to you? I don't like this at all. Yuma is here so I don't like thinking or believing she is in danger around the ones who is suppose to be her family. Just tell me if you need help and I will help you. I don't plan on leaving you ever again Yukie. I hope you can rely on me." he said.

"If your here he cant be accused of murder there are two witnesses outside of myself" Raven added standing in the doorway as he frowned and looked at yukie. "While i admite your commitment to your mate this is common between blood sons and adopted. In order to inherit or have any say yukie must be mentally incapable in the eyes of a doctor. Or he would have to pass of natural causes....if the first happens his accounts shift to his mate and child." Raven explained with a sigh not liking the other twins plan.

 

"If I happen to pass...yuma gains full inheritance over everything but if we both passed ayme could argue as being closest of kin and become a guardian" yukie explained before pulling out some papers. "I want you to sign these...it makes ayme have no power and signs over my care to you you would have co say with raven but due to leagal issues i cant just have him controlling things. You signing would remove ayme permanently"

Sugino couldn't believe what he was hearing. Could Ayme really have thought of such a heinous plot just for money and power. It was enough to make him sick on the spot. He listened between Yukie and Raven with worries as well as concerns. He glanced over the papers that Yukie suddenly asked him to sign. He didn't want to get between quarrels with brothers but this was past being something simple. He nods his head as he held his hand out. "If you have a pen I'll sign. I do hope this will deter Ayme from doing anymore harm towards you." he said as he signs the papers once he was given a pen.

"Ayme will be out of the house by tomorrow morning ill make sure of it" Raven added with a small sigh thr male looking at Yukie for a moment before leaving to kick raven out.

 

"....Just because you signed this doesnt mean your obligated to stay by my side or be with me" Yukie whispered resting against the counter more as he tried to breathe softly and evenly.

Sugino qasstill very worried about all of this. He had no idea Yukie had been living so close to such dangers this entire time. The way Ayme spoke about it had him thinking he was just a mental mess. His gaze shifts towards Yukie when he spoke. "I'm going to pretend you didn't just say that. I said I wanted to reconcile and make up for all that I've done. Unless you truly hate me and throw me out I'm not going anywhere.''

"It won't come to that" Yukie whispered before gently kissing his mates cheek. "Ill never get rid of you or hate you" Yukie added his eyes mixed with confusion but deep in the pools of red one could see he was meaning those words. "Now then....why don't we go relax. I do have a nice hot spring if you want to go" Yukie admitted a little embarassed.

Sugino stares at the male feeling like this could truly work out well for them. He nods his head with a faint smile. "Thanks for saying that Yukie. Also a hot spring here? Now you got me very curious to see it." he said softly as he wonders why Yukie suddenly looked embarrassed. It was making him feel shy suddenly.

"Well come with me then" Yukie replied with another light blush leading his mate down the longer hallway for what seemed like ten minutes before stopping at some beautiful french doors. Opening the doors yukie sighed at the warm air greeting them. The room was rather grand covered in crystal and many natural looking crystals and gemstones. "The house was built ontop of it...father asked they keep this untouched and build around the cave" Yukie explained.
