StoryLine: Yukari is a typical high-school student who listens to her parents and attends school everyday. As she starts to question her way of life, she encounters a group of fashion design students who has a clothing label known as "Paradise Kiss". The group needs to find a model to showcase their designs in an up-coming fashion show and decides to pick Yukari instead. Initially, Yukari was reluctant to be associated with this seemingly eccentric group, but eventually, she realises that they are really nice people. Furthermore, their passion and enthusiasm to follow their ideals and dreams make Yukari realise that she has not been enjoying her life and this motivated her to pursue her own dreams. They never explan why... So some time they just tell thy will make it and no reason at all decide not too... Andro Posted March 23, 2012 Share Posted March 23, 2012 I think, the live-movie is much better than the anime, or the manga. I didn't really like the anime, but I really like the movie. Kitagawa Keiko is a perfect Yukari, and Osamu is a great George. They are acting so well together. Niya Posted December 26, 2012 Share Posted December 26, 2012 I think I like the manga/anime more because the sad ending was that made me not to forget the story and I think it's more realistic. Real life not always has a happy ending. However, I am a sucker to see happy endings too. So that's why I liked the movie. I don't know.
