They were walking for quite some time and Sakura was getting tired again. He needed something to drink feeling a little dehydrated. Reaching for the bottle he had in his backpack he saw that Jonah was way back from the group walking with his head down. He didn't quite understood at first but then he remembered how the other was acting in the mansion before the hell was lose.

"Is Jonah alright?" he asked after drinking some water.

 

Maybe it as something he said or did. He never stopped to ask the other anything and that wasn't him at all. He always interested himself in the people around him but now he kind of thought only about himself and ignored the rest around him.That included Jonah.

Medive hesitated in his steps when Sakura spoke asking him if Jonah was alright, instantly he waved a dismissive hand not even glancing towards the vampire. "I'm sure he's fine." Came his instantly reply as he continued to lead the way through the woods. As they were walking though he glanced towards Sakura and gave him a small smile. "What's wrong, cutie? Why are you worried about Jonah? He's a vampire after all." It had just made him curious, as far as he knew the two weren't close and even if they were he was sure that Sakura knew better than to think that vampires were weak.

 

Curiosity peaked though, his eyes moving back over his shoulder to see where the vampire was. Noticing that he was farther back even after Akita and his human didn't raise suspicions to him. He just figured it meant he was bringing up the rear so they didn't lose anyone. No big deal. Turning to look back in front of him he shrugged, "I'm sure he's just bringing up the rear." It was quite clear that he wasn't remotely worried about the vampire and wasn't giving it much thought.

"I'm sure he's fine."

The answer made Sakura a little worried. Even if he didn't know the other very well or their relationship and all but he should at least check on him from time to time even if he was just a servant or whatever Jonah was. The indiference Medive was showing made his stomach clutch. Could it be that in the future Medive will start to act like that with him? A small pain struck his heart making him take a deep breath.

 

"I'm sure he's just bringing up the rear."

He looked back at the vampire that was walking too slowly for a vampire. Even if he was just bored or anything else, he should have keep up with them. Frowning as he walked he tried to understand the others actions. They all were close to one another, Jonah was the only one out of the picture. Till now he was on the same pace with them. Why did he remained suddenly so far behind?

 

"I don't know .... It's just strange" he said to Medive without the others to hear him.

"Is it?" Medive replied with a curious look on his face. Not seeing what the big deal is or why Sakura was worried about him, he followed the other's gaze back to Jonah as they were walking. "Maybe he's grieving. He never did have a chance to grieve the loss of the other's at the main house. Every vampire grieves differently, like ever human grieves differently." He commented feeling that this was probably what it was. Jonah had built a bond with the other vampires he had made and that had lived with him, their death especially in such a manner had probably been quite traumatic for the vampire who had those people around his whole vampire life.

 

Convinced this was the problem he slipped his hand into Sakura's, "I'm telling you, don't worry about it. Jonah's fine." He was so sure of it. Even though he also wasn't going to ask the vampire or really showed any interest in doing so. If the vampire had too much going on, was upset or something he was sure he would have come to him to say something. At least that was how he felt about it. Jonah had always been open with him, always come to him whenever something was bothering him and doubted now would be any different.

He intertwint his fingers with the other and tried to understand what he was saying. Looking back at the vampire from time to time maybe the other was right about him. Maybe it was nothing to worry about.

They continued their journey and in short time they managed to reach the cabin which was quite hidden in the forest. Not like the other where they hide it, behind the fountain but this one would do just fine till the spirits were cool down.

 

"Is this the place?" asked Akita reaching right beside Medive looking at the place. It seemed that no one ever lived there in years but then again, an abandon place was better than a popular one.

"Yes." Medive said when he heard Akita ask if this was the place. They had stopped a little ways from the cabin and he was looking it over before he lead them forward pulling out the keys and unlocking it. Despite the place looking abandoned the door didn't squeak when it was opened or make any sound. Once everyone was inside he shut the door behind them before he looked to Akita, "You and your human should get settled in, Jonah will stock the kitchen with some supplies until I come back with some actual groceries. Food will be delivered every week to make sure you always have food in the house." Medive commented before he motioned Jonah to the kitchen.

 

Jonah had until that point been looking at Sakura, kind of hoping he'd be left here too but knowing better. Medive just ditching the human in a cabin in the woods would be too easy and not realistic. Being motioned to the kitchen he finally tore his gaze from the human and moved towards it to stock it with the supplies he had for the house until Medive would return later in the week with some actual groceries for the house. It should be just enough to get them through until then.

 

Medive had gone outside to start setting up the protection and wards. When he returned to bring them their groceries he'd bring an experiment or two to patrol the woods and keep anyone and everything else out that the wards couldn't. When he was done he returned to the house and told Sakura to rest for a little while, that they'd be leaving shortly.

 

Alex was looking around the small cabin, not entirely happy that they were going to be confined here. But with a sigh he took the bag he was carrying down the tiny hallway and into the bedroom to unpack their clothes leaving everyone else to do... whatever. It was a cute cabin, quite simple, not much to it but that was probably the point after all. No one would expect them to be here which meant Akita was safe. For awhile he busied himself with unpacking before he made his way back to where everyone else was, and it was quite some time after that when Medive seemed to decide they had rested long enough. Wanting to start heading back before dark.

Akita moved to the dorms and check to see if all was still in one piece. If they were to stay there at least it should be comfortable for Alex.

Since Alex and Akita moved to inspect the dorm and Medive to set up protection around the grounds, Sakura kind of remained in the lobby alone with Jonah. It was starting to feel a little uncomfortable but he just didn't know why. The silence was awkward but he didn't know what to say either.

 

Looking around in the room he could feel the others eyes on him, on every move he was making. It felt strange but he tried to think what Medive had said before arriving at the cabin. Maybe the guy was upset because of the losses he had. But why piercing me like that? Does he really blame me for everything?

 

Sakura was staying now in front of one of the windows, keeping his back to Jonah.

Alex glanced up when Akita entered the room he was just finishing hanging up their clothes, "Hey handsome." His voice was soft as he finished what he was doing and put the backpack on the top of the closet to keep it out of the way. The room didn't seem to be that bad, it was quite bare and there was a layer of dust on the furniture but it wasn't a complete nightmare. Walking over to the window he glanced out of it, the woods around them seem erie, and he had to admit he wasn't a big fan. "Looks creepy out there." He mumbled not even sure if it was loud enough for Akita to hear him.

 

Jonah continued to watch Sakura like a hawk even after he had finished unpacking the food for the human staying here until Medive could make a trip to get them some actual groceries. He could tell that Sakura was aware of his gaze and he felt that it served him right. He deserved the look, even as Medive returned and leaned down to kiss the human only causing Jonah to let out a low growl. Medive was soon heading off to speak with Akita though, as though he hadn't noticed it. Which he probably hadn't, he didn't seem to notice anything from him anymore.

 

Medive had returned after setting up the protection charms and leaned forward to give Sakura a quick kiss before going to speak with Akita. Stepping into the bedroom he saw that the human was looking out the window but he turned his gaze to the vampire in the room. "The charms are set, some experiments will be released into the woods in the next 48 hours so no wondering outside of the perimeter if you value your limbs and he his life." Medive said thinking for a moment. "I'll return with groceries for the house in about... three days. The provisions Jonah's unpacked should last until then." Walking over to Akita he reached out, setting his hand on the other's shoulder. "I'll do my best to take care of the problem and get you out of here so you can find a more comfortable place to live." He promised before saying they were going to head out and leaving the room.

"Hey handsome."

"Looks creepy out there."

Akita turned to Alex and hug him from behind kissing him on the neck. "I know, but for the moment is a safe place for both of us". Kissing him one last time he returned to his cleaning and uncovering the furniture which wasn't that bad. The place was rather nice, far more than what he expected. And the fact that Medive had found this place for him and Alex it really made him happy. Having Medive on his side and helping him, protecting him was making him very happy.

 

Sakura smiled when Medive was back and kissed him only to see him out of the room again, leaving him with Jonah. He kind of started to hate the gazes that the other was giving him. He really didn't do anything to him, anything wrong. Or did he? Either way, it was more polite to talk with a person and not just throwing hateful gazes. A person can understand it already that he is not liked. Sighing he sat on the couch, continuing to ignore the vampire. He really didn't want to have a fight with the guy in that place and at that moment. It wasn't the right time. There were other things important.

 

"The charms are set, some experiments will be released into the woods in the next 48 hours so no wondering outside of the perimeter if you value your limbs and he his life."

Hearing the others voice he turned and looked at him listening careful. Having crazy experiments wondering around the house wasn't that calming but he trusted Medive and he did hope he kind of did instructions to those things not to get near the house. Otherwise he was going to have some trouble with him this time.

 

"I'll return with groceries for the house in about... three days. The provisions Jonah's unpacked should last until then."

"I'll do my best to take care of the problem and get you out of here so you can find a more comfortable place to live."

Nodding he smiled, thanking him for everything he was doing and was about to do for him. On an emotional moment he hugged Medive hard, sighing loudly. "Thank you" he said stepping away realizing that too much wasn't comfortable for Medive. "I'll see you then" he said taking a deep breath like he was preparing for an exam or a battle.

Alex sighed when Akita told him that this was a safe place for the both of them right now, he knew the other was right and even though it looked creepy outside and they were quite literally in the middle of nowhere it meant that his handsome vampire would be okay. That was worth it to him, and so he turned to watch as Akita finished uncovering the furniture and now that it was uncovered it looked a lot better and he smiled walking over and giving him a kiss. "I love you, Akita." He said softly. Alex had just finished saying that when Medive had come into the room and telling them about everything. "Experiments?" Alex asked confused about that and why it would pose a threat to Akita but also to him, or to either of them for that matter. He was looking between the two of them looking for someone to answer that and tell him about them.

 

Medive was surprised when Akita hugged him, but he returned it giving him a tight hug and smiling at the other vampire when he thanked him. "Just be careful, Akita. Stay here where it's safe." He said patting the other's back before he left the room and gathered Sakura and Jonah together to head back. This time he picked Sakura up to carry so they could cover more distance quicker as he wanted to get a good distance covered before night fell and they didn't have much time to do that. He knew essentially they could have stayed here for the night, but he didn't want to encroach on the pair and wanted to let them settle in alone.

"Experiments?"

He paused looking at Alex knowing that he wouldn't like to hear about those experiments. But they were great guards around houses. They were the perfect weapon. Not indestructible but resistant. "I'll explain afterwards" he said turning his attention back to Medive.

"Just be careful, Akita. Stay here where it's safe."

He smiled at the others words. He had to admit that he didn't heard Medive talk like that to him. He never saw him worried for him before. It was strange but he was happy. As Medive leaved the house he remained with Alex. Now that they were alone it felt better. It was like they were back in Alex's apartment when they first meat

 

Sakura wanted to protest when Medive took him in his arms. He was perfectly fine and rested and he could had walked back the road they came. But he remained silent not wanting to upset Medive. Also, he didn't want to look like he had something on his mind cause then Medive would see right through him. So he just caught the other by the shoulders, making sure he wasn't dropped and stayed silent.

After the other's left Alex ended up plopping himself down on the couch with a sigh, enjoying the fact that now he could sit down on something soft and not the ground. His eyes moving to the window again and looking outside. It still seemed creepy to him, this whole place wasn't the most comfortable and he was still curious about those experiments that Medive had mentioned. After he got comfortable on the couch he gave Akita a small smile before asking if he was going to join him and relax for a little while.

 

Medive had been able to tell that Sakura had been about to argue with him or complain to being carried, but they were able to travel even further this time before he was setting Sakura down and setting up camp again while Jonah was starting the campfire. When everything was done he made sure that Sakura had eaten before heading for the tent to get some rest himself, inviting both of the boys to join him since the tent was big enough for the three of them.

Akita sat next to Ale, wrapping his arm around the others shoulder, pulling him closer. Place was still a little creepy, but with a little bit of work on the interior and lights and everything would look much better. He kissed the other on the forehead before starting to talk.

 

"Right ..... You will not like the idea of experiments" he started taking a deep breath. "But here goes. Those experiments are actually humans with different DNA's. Back in is mansion Medive kind of ... experiments on humans turning them in different creatures which he's using it as soldiers or as guards" He looked at the boy. "That's why he said to not roam around outside the house and stay only inside" he continued keeping the other to his chest.

 

Sakura ate and after he fallowed the boys back in the tent, managing to find a good place to sleep on one side from Medive. Even if he did rest at the cabin and all the road he was carried he was still feeling tired. The camping was perfect timing. Apparently they set Medive in the middle but he didn't mind it.

Alex smiled and leaned into Akita's side when he joined him, happy with the kiss to his forehead, eyes drifting shut. When Akita started to tell him about the experiments and what he heard was actually quite alarming. "You mean... the things that Medive is going to put outside the house... in those woods... they were once like me?" The thought that those things were once human was a little sickening, especially knowing that they weren't anymore because of a vampire. What was to say that Medive wouldn't do that to him some day? Or Sakura? It was terrifying if he was being completely honest, he wasn't sure how he felt about them being around the house. "Why do we have to stay inside though? I mean... if he made these things then shouldn't they do exactly as he wants? Wouldn't he be able to make it so we can come and go?"

 

Alex came to realize that this probably was something he was overthinking, something he may never actually understand. That didn't mean he wasn't going to try to understand it though. Glancing back out the window to the woods outside he came to realize such creatures being out there would only make this place even more creepy. "So... we'll be trapped here, in this house because of those things?" It sucked, to think they'd be trapped again this time by something that Akita had no control over. But... if it kept Akita safe then he would deal with it, even if it would suck.

 

Medive smiled when Sakura laid down next to him, wrapping an arm around his cute human and holding him close. Jonah was lying on the other side of him and had his head resting on his shoulder. Though he didn't necessarily mind the contact he was definitely more interested in Sakura still, He stayed up until Sakura was sleep then ended up falling asleep himself. It took Jonah even longer to fall asleep, even if Medive was letting him be close and cuddle he couldn't get over the feeling he had. Being replaced by a human was hard, especially when it was the jewel, someone he stood no chance against.

"Well ... they are kind of the low life humans that deserves to die. Now that i think about it, Medive took only the least humans possible. narrowing his eyes he tried to think how to explain it better. "Let me put it this way. Those humans were convicts, pedophiles and criminals in which i believe death sentence would had be to kind. That way Medive kind of found a way to punish them" he said shrugging.

 

"Its not like were trapped here. They are set around the house but we can stay out on the porch or stuff like that. We souldn't wonder around in the woods. That's all. Here you don't need to worry" he added smiling taking his hand into his. "With the protection spell and the guards we will be safe" he said trying to convince himself. Medive will figure something out

Alex frowned slightly when Akita tried explaining it as low life humans who deserved to die. He didn't like that explanation either, and who was to say that Medive kept to that and really only used those people? "I guess..." He said when Akita said in that way Medive had found a way to punish them. Figuring that in some way he was probably right, that didn't mean he liked it though since he wasn't really sure what these creatures looked like or anything of that type. Finding that this place was already plenty creepy and unnerving without such things being released into the woods around the cabin. He could only imagine how things would be at that point, he definitely wouldn't be looking out that window.

 

Medive telling him it wasn't like they were trapped here made Alex want to argue, they were definitely trapped here. If you couldn't go wander around and explore you were trapped. Especially when there would be things out there that could or would kill you if you went to far. It was a startling and unsettling thought, one that honestly made him feel a little sick. But Akita was taking his hand, and trying to convince him that with the charms and those creatures they would be safe. Sighing he shifted to curl up into the vampire's lap resting his head on the other's chest. "If you believe that... then I'll believe you." Alex said with a soft sigh. If Akita believed they were safe here, and everything would be okay then he would accept that and believe him and that they really were safe and he was worried over nothing. Even if he was still determined to say they were trapped here. "You sure this isn't just his way of trying to get rid of me? I don't think he liked having me around even though I tried staying out of his way." The one time he had wandered the mansion after helping Sakura he had gotten lost and was found by Akita. but he couldn't help but think another reason why Medive had brought them so far away was because he didn't like having him anywhere near him.

"You sure this isn't just his way of trying to get rid of me? I don't think he liked having me around even though I tried staying out of his way."

Akita burst laughing hearing the others comment. He had to admit that sometimes Alex could make such crazy scenarios that he was supper curious what was roaming in his head all day. Maybe something entertaining.

"Babe, you worry to much" he said hugging him tighter. "If he wanted to get rid of you he would had done it long ago. So you don't have to worry. He just doesn't like humans very much" he added kissing him on his head.

Alex wasn't amused when Akita burst out laughing, giving his boyfriend a look like that stated as much. He was told not to worry too much and given a tighter hug. Sighing softly he rested his head on the other's chest letting Akita convince him that if Medive had wanted to get rid of him, he would have done so already. "He likes Sakura..." Alex grumbled though he knew he was being childish as this point, there was a very clear reason behind why he liked Sakura and Alex knew it had nothing to do with the fact that he was this jewel anymore.

 

Letting his eyes drift shut Alex just enjoyed the close contact for a moment, "Well... I guess I should go check out the provisions that Jonah left behind. I'm kind of hungry." With that Alex tilted his head back and gave Akita a kiss before he was slipping out of the vampire's arms and moving towards the kitchen. It didn't take him long to find something to eat, and since there wasn't much to choose from it made things even easier. Sighing he leaned against the counter, the plate beside him as he looked over the kitchen. It would take him awhile to get used to this.

 

Finishing eating he returned to the living room and was leaning against the doorway watching his handsome vampire. "What are we supposed to do with ourselves while we wait for him to figure things out? If we aren't allowed to leave?" Alex suddenly asked. They had to do something, and he was worried about Akita being without food during that time. "Not to mention you'll get hungry..." He added worried about the vampire.

"Well... I guess I should go check out the provisions that Jonah left behind. I'm kind of hungry."

He smiled enjoying the small kiss that he received. It was nice how things turned out to be. They were all alone in a house with nobody to bother them. It was like they were married and they were on their honeymoon. He shacked his head a few times to forget that idea of them being in their honeymoon.

"What are we supposed to do with ourselves while we wait for him to figure things out? If we aren't allowed to leave?"

His thoughts were interrupted by the others voice that came from the doorway. Turning his gaze he smiled and amused he reached the boy, placing his hands to each side of the others head. "I can think of a few things that we can do to entertain us" he whispered brushing his lips over his. He liked to tease.

"Not to mention you'll get hungry..."

"That's why i've eaten before our departure" he whispered fixing the other with his gaze. "I am not hungry, by i am kind of hungry of you at the moment" he said pushing his body to Alex, pinning him to the wall, catching the others lips in a violent kiss.

A small smile of amusement appeared on Alex's face when Akita brushed his lips over his in a teasing manner. "Even after a long trip and everything that has happened you insist on being a tease." Alex said with a soft laugh not remotely surprised that his handsome vampire was being a tease again so soon. At the same time, he couldn't bring himself to mind either, the playful and teasing side of Akita was one of the many reasons why he loved him so much.

 

What was surprising was being pushed up against the wall and the violent kiss he was caught in. A gasp parting his lips, hands landing on the other's shoulders, his initial surprise making it so he didn't return the kiss right away. When he did start to return it he was eager to kiss his boyfriend back, hands clutching the fabric of the other's shirt. Alex had to break the kiss after a little while, needing the air his breathing was unsteady but he had to admit it was a nice distraction from everything that had been happening to them. "This... is definitely a good way to entertain us." Alex laughed breathlessly.

Hearing that from the other only made him even more happier. He kissed the other again, this time invading his mouth, tasting the sweetness of it. He just couldn't get enough of the other and he had to admit that he missed him already too much. The others body was like a pillow, soft, warm and sweet. His blood was like a siren that was calling and calling to him wanting to be consumed.

 

His hands moved on Alex's waist and further down to his tights. In a quick movement he lifted the other in his arms, placing his legs around his waist, stilled pinned on the wall. He was turning in an animal at that moment. They could ravage every piece of furniture and try every spot out.

His legs being pulled up and wrapped around Akita's waist made Alex groan, feeling his vampire boyfriend being pressed against him. Keeping him pinned between the wall and Akita, who he always enjoyed feeling pressed against him in such a manner. He had been taken into another kiss, his lover's tongue invading his mouth and making him moan into it. Gripping onto the other tighter as he wrapped his legs around his waist tighter. His heart was pounding furiously in his chest just from them kissing and he could feel himself getting hard as well.

 

It was hard for Alex's body not to react when Akita was behaving like this, making him feel this way. He felt incredibly loved and he was very much enjoying it. "Akita..." Alex moaned when he broke the kiss, breathing heavily as their eyes met. He couldn't recall a time that his boyfriend behaved like this, being so rough and eager, so animalistic in kissing him. He was eager for more though, so Alex did his best to try to get Akita out of his shirt despite how tightly they were pressed together.

His hand moved underneath the shirt Alex had and he did the same with it, throwing it on the floor for later. Now he could touch and feel the warm flesh under his hands. Letting out his fangs he licked a few more times the others neck than he sink in feeling the sweet blood rushing in his mouth. Supporting the others wait with one hand at the back, he moved the other up front, finding quickly the little erected nipples just waiting for him.

 

He started to move his fingers around the small pink bulb, pinching him from time to time between his two fingers only to hear him gasp in pleasure. And this was only the beginning. If they were so excited only from touching and kissing, he didn't want to imagine how they will feel when they were linked together.

Things between them seemed rather intense and heightened despite the only change really just being shut away in a cabin in the middle of nowhere.
