Just a lot of chaping have to be done... --;;;

It's not totally Vietnam dish... it's kind of Vietnam dish meet Japanese dish... ^^;;;

Well... there are more I do cook... but, somehow I just don't take picture of what I make... --;;;

 

When, after I post that... I remember... the time you are at... sorry... --;;;

Well, tofu is good for you and there are many way to eat tofu...

You could grill or flying the tofu and put some sauce on top even make taste better... ^^

Or like what Dai-chan did some sauce looking dish on top of tofu can also make taste better too...

 

The second one is same using tofu for dessert dish...

I think that is reason why he made own tofu...

That tofu must taste little sweeter then normal tofu...
