GPelka
post here if you have lost something and was trying hard to find it (recently or in the past) i lost my cat:msn_red_fox 18 well more specifically he always goes outside and returns after a while because he doesnt like to stay at home , he wants to explore outside for a while but he hasnt come back in three days!!! and im trying to find him (his name is poofy) Ohhh !! It's sad.... Hummmm.... Is he young ?! Is he in heat period ?! Cats always go everywhere, they're so independents. A male cat has a big territory like 100 at 600 hectares (1 ha=10 000 m²) Maybe, he wanted to explore more than before... Usually a male goes 5 at 7 days and returns at home. Hope you'll find him !
Belita
@ grimsmile i lost my cat well more specifically he always goes outside and returns after a while because he doesnt like to stay at home , he wants to explore outside for a while but he hasnt come back in three days!!! and im trying to find him (his name is poofy) It happend something similar a long time ago i was young then, still living at my parents and we had this beatifull cat, that didn't considered our home as his home, something kinda like a hotel He was missing for a very long time, we though he ran away and probably something really bad happend... We looked for him a lot even posted a few flyers around the neighbourhood, and one day(if my memory doesnt fail me like a month after he disapear)he came back home... Well we where really happy but then we found out that the damn cat was the entire time at our neighbour house, all happy and fed.... And we were heart broken for a month... Beside that i only lost my wallet once and some sneakers at a gim, i forgot to put them in my bag

sniegas
I've lost my silver brooch recently... Usually when I lost something and all my efforts to find this object are in vain I pray to st. Antony and it always helps because he is responsible for retrieving lost things:) I'm always so distracted that I could lost all my things in one day:D Once, when I was still in high school, I've lost the book I was given just a moment ago. And then I had to run all over the school searching.. How embarassing...
Saga
@Grimsmile, I will tell you a fantasy-like story with my cat that I can't still get. Last year around September I lived for a few months in a place on sixth floor. My cat usually loves to spend his time on a window or on my bed. But the balcony there was with no glass cover,as in....uncovered balcony. The sight-view was amazing and my cat(Yuki) loved to lie on the periphery of this balcony. Sleeping,or simply staring at the sea in front. Anyhow. His cat-toilet was on the balcony, obviously couldn't have him do his work in the apartment since it was a small place. One night he wanted to go out the balcony. I was so sleepy, got up from the bed and opened the door to there and went back to bed - leaving the door open. In the morning,my family woke me up,asking where is Yuki. I always have him sleeping on my bed,or simply on my stomach. =_= But then I got up and saw no trace of him. We searched for him as mad. Considering the height and the extreme building....if he was to jump down,it was impossible to be all healthy. At least something broken or injured. So I got so frustrated and mad at my cat. Don't misunderstand,I love him but at the same time I was mad for not coming back. xD I went in the rain that day,to search all over the neighborhood for him. No trace. One week passed,I started hearing his mewls in my head. As if I was going crazy >_ Another week passed... and I gave up...I seriously gave up on any hope to find,or to have my cat back. One night I went to the store to buy something sweet. On my way back I had this feeling someone was following me. I just stopped and turned around - no one was there. I continued ahead, but seriously the frigging feeling was getting stronger and guess what... Humans are odd creatures - never actually giving up on hope. I called his name, just because. Like the known "One last time". And suddenly from under one car...my white and fluffy, and fat cat....showed. He was so,so,so,so dirty. Almost gray, not white. He wasn't fat >__ I can't mistake his eyes,no way. But the fact he was in front of me - all scared... he was missing for almost three weeks. I just couldn't believe it was him. I started walking towards him,but he pulled back? It was odd,but now I think about it - humans are mean to animals. I don't,seriously don't wanna know if some person has done something to him. But my own lovely cat who loves me was scared of me. Anyhow,I got him in my arms and went back home. Got him water and a little food. Because obviously his body was so thin and his stomach was in no state to eat a lot. I still had doubts it's him. But I have never met a cat that brings the small ball for playing back to their master. Yes,my cat resembles a dog. He will bring you back whatever you throw him to chase after. I got a small ball and threw it. He was so happy to be back and so under his hyper state that he couldn't decide either to drink more water,to nuzzle into me,or to play with me. Anyhow,I decided to leave him stay even if he wasn't my cat. In a few days I confirmed it was him because he did bring the ball back to me when playing and my cat eats with paws. xD Oddly enough,he learned by watching me eating with chopsticks ,how to eat with paws. And now he doesn't shove his muzzle in the food, but eats with paws. xD Anyway, when brought him to the vet, telling him the story. He checked his teeth, saying that even if he was okay with nothing broken in his body, his teeth would be broken if he jumped from such a height. But his teeth were completely fine. And the vet was surprised and couldn't tell the cat has jumped. xD So,if someone has any ideas how Yuki managed to "escape" - tell me. It's a complete mystery. >_>
sniegas
maybe he really jumped without loosing his teeth;) Cats are lively creatures, you know;) And I think that maybe he could climb down somehow too (maybe through the balcons). Don't worry, he came back to you and that's the most important thing.
