Cadius glanced over by the end of class. He barely made it through the class and dreaded what came next. It was odd to see a familiar react to another demon in such a way. Sure he was the demon king but once it became a familiar, it only had eyes for it's master until the contract was nullified. It seemed the familiars were still too knew to have the full bond between master and familiar.

He saw the confusion on Cadius face and he smiled. "Just so you know the demon king and null and void and contract if want to well at least contracts that were forced on others against there will. Most of these demons didn't want to be here." he said. "I know what you were thinking by the look and I read the book that you summoned me with." he said. "Most of the demons here were forced others are happy." he said

Cadius bit his lower lip. He wanted to agree with Amon but at the same time, he was scared of making another scene. Why was this happening... Why.. of all the demons did he have to summon this one. "L-let's go to the next class," he said sheepishly as he got up and headed out the door towards his next class. He had no idea what was real anymore.

Amon sighed looking at the demon's and hearing there plead. "Cadius, I know your going to hate me and most of everyone is going to hate me, but I am going to have to send some of the demon's back. They are crying out in pain and I take care of my demon's." he said sighing. "Your the only person to know. Everyone else is gonna think something else happened." he said as he watched a human kick on of the demon's that was asking him for help he reached up and scratched his head and with the next kick the demon returned home. From then on out if someone hurt there demon and the demon wanted to go home they would go back. He followed Cadius to the next class where half of the familiars were gone at this point. The contract null and void.

"NO! You can't do that!!!" He said in a whisper yell as he reached and grabbed at Amon only to see more than half the demons suddenly disappear. The small mage looked back and forth nervously seeing how strongly everyone was starting to react and Cadius just wanted to hide forever. "Why..." Cadius's eyes filled with tears again and he turned and rushed off into the hall where everyone was wandering about in confusion. A teacher came out trying to calm everyone down. They announced the rest of classes would be postponed until the next day as they set up and figured out what happened and get ready for those that lost their familiars to try another summoning.

 

Oddly enough, when the older students came by, they didn't seem to be missing any of their familiars. They all had a year or more to create a bond and the familiars were completely loyal.

"I'm sorry I couldn't help it. I casted a spell that they will go home the owner is treating them badly. Wouldn't you do the same thing if you saw someone hurting that you loved. I wouldn't be a good demon king if I let them get hurt like that. There are a few first years that will keep them. The ones who don't beat them." he said

 

Amon walked up to the teacher and smiled. "Just so you know I would teach your students about respecting there Familiars before they even try to summon it again. Next time might not be just this. Lower level demons needed to be treated with love, That's all they want," He said as he walked past the teacher he could care less if they knew it was him or not he could just kill all of them.

 

Amon sighed and walked out of the school soon they would realize that only a high level demon could pull off something like this and he would get blamed. "I guess I could cast a spell that if they hurt there familiars they get hurt more."

Cadius was gong into another panic attack. He started breathing heavily and hurried over to the teacher after Amon walked away and explained what happened between heavy breathing. The teacher pulled Cadius to his office and proceeded to yell at him for a crazy long time. He explained how dangerous it was to have a powerful demon that wasn't under control and then continued on and on. It was dark by the time he got out of there.

 

After it all, Cadius wandered out of the room and everything was twisting and spinning. He'd tuned out some time ago and began to stumble around looking for Amon. He had to get his demon back... He had to pay his price for having such a powerful demon... Why him? It was inevitable... Cadius was meant to have the greatest downfall.

Amon appeared behind him. "I'm going to make the teacher pay for this." He whispered and disappeared into the teacher office. Then yelled at the teacher telling him if he has an issue take it up with him and if he takes it out on his master again he will kill him and destroy the school. Amon threw the teacher against the wall and casted a spell on him. "Now if you yell at him again your throat will explode you got it. I will not have anyone talk to my master that way! You got it you worthless piece of shit!" he said. "You should of taught your kids respect for demons. Oh and also I casted another spell if you don't teach your kids besides mine respect for demons you will feel every blow that my kind will feel you got that. Cadius is in full control over me as he can be. You do know I am the demon king right? I'm sure you knew that when I showed up to class. Goodbye and leave him alone from now on, be good and I might take them off of you. The same curse is going to be on anyone you tell about this as well do you really want it to be your fault." He said leaving the teachers office and going back to cadius.

 

"You won't have to deal with him any more lets go back to your room and you need to breath in and out. Take deep breaths alright. I did the same thing that you would for a fellow human if you had power."

Cadius was wheezing heavily and turned slowly, reaching out towards Amon who was gone before he could grab him. Cadius, who couldn't see straight, reached outward and fell flat on his chest, hitting his chin and began coughing horribly as he couldn't take the moment to breathe. He couldn't inhale enough and grabbed at the ground trying to find Amon... wherever he'd gone.

 

The teacher was scared of Amon but soon cast a quick spell that put some distance between him and the demon king. "Look, this was what I was talking about. Demon king or not, that Downfall needs to have far better control over his familiar. Curse me all you want but then that kid is going to find himself kicked out of this school! You behave or your master suffers the consequences. That is how this school works. I'm one of many teachers and do you really plan on cursing everyone in the school? Then that kid is going to be the most hated kid around," The teacher stood his ground and kicked Amon out. This teacher also had powerful magic and could go toe to toe with the demon king.

Amon smiled and whispered. "Kick him out of school and I will make sure none of your mages will ever get familiars again. That and all your powers will be stripped away how do you think human's got magic in the first place." He said then whispered. "All I have to do is nullify the contract with the demon that you made it with in the first place. And it was my dad." He whispered. Then went to find his owner as he was walking he made a book appear it was the first magic book ever the one where mages just got the contracts from. He added a curse in the book anyone who tried to kick Cadius out of school would loose all of there powers and have there souls taken to hell when they die. Making the book disappear, He found his owner.

 

 

Amon looked down at his owner who was on the floor. "Am I going to need to give you mouth to mouth?" He asked looking down at his 'owner' "Ah yeah so I might of made things worse, So from now on if anyone tries to kick you out of school they will be striped of all of there magic." He said. "Also, no one will get a familiar any more and all one's here will be drug back." he said "You need to stop freaking and breath."

"We can return to the old magic, before humans learned how to summon demons. Human and demonic magic can be very different so I will find a way to break your curses, and after I do, Downfall will be lucky if he gets away with just being kicked out of school," The teacher added before sealing his room so No demon, not even the king could easily enter.

 

Cadius managed to look up but his eyes were glassy, distant and it was unclear if he could even see. He reached a hand up before everything went dark and he passed out. Cadius had a weak constitution and now his body was shutting down to hopefully get him to recover. Thankfully, he seemed to breathe a bit better after passing out and his body just kind of came to a relaxed state.

"Thats just it the curses I placed can not be undone by anyone but me." he whispered and looked at Cadius, Picking him up he disappeared and reappeared in Cadius room. "Damn I am using up too much magic." he said as his hand went to his head. "I'm just trying to help him. I wonder if he does brake the spell. "Yeah I'll just kill everyone." he said as he kissed his lovers head. "I just want him to be happy is that so wrong?" he said as he got into bed with him and soon fell asleep

Cadius woke up a couple hours later, sitting up and looking around. What happened?! As he thought about it, it seemed to be really fuzzy. His brain was shutting out things he hated. He looked over and saw Amon and laid back down, giving up. As he started to doze off, his memories slowly poured back, he got really nervous and soon he found himself unable to fall asleep. Cadius stayed up all night thinking about it and wondering how to fix things.

Amon woke up and looked at him and smiled. "We really need to learn to, by the way next time that teacher tries to yell at you his throat will explode. Also anyone who tries to kick you out of this school there powers will be stripped from them and they will be pulled into hell." He said kissing Cadius. "I want you to feel safe here. If by chance you do get kicked out I will teach you magic and you will be more powerful than anyone in his school. Unless you want to make the deal and do it now." he said

"A-Amon... Please you need to stop... I know you are trying to.... h-help... but just stop.... My heart is going to stop at this rate... I just wanted to fit in a little better but this... I can't do this... Everyone is cursed, I'm going to get kicked out of school or something worse... It's just all a mess please stop it," Cadius had tears rushing down his face as he couldn't hold his emotions in and while he was breathing heavily, he had a control on it and seemed to at least be breathing.

 

"It's such a mess that I can't stay here anymore!!! Everyone is going to hate me... or worse be afraid...." Cadius was done and didn't even want to get out of bed. His eyes seemed distant and glazed over. He wanted nothing more than to disappear.

"I just wanted to help you out." He said sighing. "I'll remove all of the curses alright the only one is I can't stand by and let my demons get hurt, by humans they begged me to save them and I did." He said. "Should I erase everyone's memories of today? would that make it better? If no one remembers then it will be fine right. It will be the last spell I use. Its powerful so I will be weak tomorrow, but I can also reset today its time travel that only I can do." he said.

"No... it is taboo to use time magic. Just remove the curses... That will be enough. Don't bother messing with memories.. I'll take what I started. It's ok to keep the limitation on the familiars... They're your demons after all," he said just sitting there staring at his lap. Cadius was ready to curl up and sleep again for another few days... or weeks... "I should get ready for class," though as he said this, Cadius curled back up in bed unmoving.

"Let your teacher know that I removed the curses from them." He said as he got into bed and pulled Cadius close to his body. "Tell them that you have me under control now and that I won't do anything like that any more. I'll even put up a fake show and say sorry to him." Amon said pulling the boy even closer into a loving embrace.

Cadius didn't move and didn't seem to react to being grabbed or held. He just laid there on his side without much care or feeling left in him. "I really should do that..." He stated but he just couldn't seem to bring himself to get out of bed to go even face his teachers. "I should just quit this school," he said.

"Its up to you on what you want to do. If I take you back home with me you will treated like a princess and I will give you magic lessons, When I am done with you. You will be stronger than any of the mages here." He said holding him in a loving embrace. "What ever you do I am with you all the way." he said closing his eyes and kissing his cheek. "If you do choose to stay I will obay you." He said sighing. "I want my lover to be happy I thought what I did would make you happy."

"Ok... I give... I'd rather not stay here... I'll go with you to hell... I don't deserve to stay in this place anymore anyway..." Finally, Cadius got out of bed, pulling from Amon as he went to get some paper and a pencil. He couldn't face that teacher again... Not without dying... So, he instead was just going to write a letter and leave it for the school to read. Hopefully he was gone by that time.

"You do know you have just as much right as everyone else." He said looking at the boy. "Damn I can't stand you like this. I am trying to make things right." he whispered and got up walking to the mage. Amon sighed. "Let them know I removed everything, but they do need to learn to treat summons with respect. Tell them the demon king is sorry and was wrong in his actions." he said. "After that if you still want to go we will pack up and leave we can and I will teach you my ways. Its not 100%, but it will make you a lot stronger." he said looking at him

"Thank you... Amon, I'm happy you're here," he said. Cadius looked over with a half smile before he bent over and began working on his letter. He took a long time writing but finally made sure it was perfect and placed it on his desk before moving his things out of the way. "I don't really need anything..." he said and stepped back looking at it all.

"Your welcome and when we come back if we come back you will be a different person they won't even know who you were." he said kissing Cadius cheek. "Just so you know when I take you down there passage of time is different. Years there could only be a few minuets here or a few days." He said kissing Cadius. "So you will come back different you will learn so much more. Then you can come back here and learn everything that they have in store and you Cadius will be the most powerful mage ever. Amon walked over to the bed and set down. "When you are ready come and sit on me alright." he said

"Hm... does that mean I'm going to age faster?" he asked still just looking at the room. He had plenty of things he could bring but was just feeling really detached from those things and sighed before looking at Amon. Did he really expect Cadius to sit on him? Was next to him enough? The mage walked over and sat on the bed next to the demon king, leaning against his arm a little and waiting for something to happen.
