Kai smiled and kiss back. He helped that he put all of Xenos worries behind him. Over the past few months he had learn how to read him he could tell when he was overthinking something. Kai knew he was definitely overthinking this he just hope that he hit the nail on the head with what he said. After he pulled back he smiled some more. "Let's face it I don't think you will last a few more months." He said smiling teasing him.

 

 

"I will remain by your side no matter what. We chose each other for a reason. I think we both like each other better." He said smiling and looked at him. After the comment about them at getting dressed. Kai opened his eyes and got up as a bathtub he didn't want to he still wanted to cuddle but they had work to do. "All right let's go get dressed." Kai said as he got out of the bathtub and started to dry off.

 

 

 

[Sathenus]

His blush only seemed to get more apparent when Kai teased him again saying that he didn't think he'd last a few more months. At this point Xeno wasn't even sure he'd last a few more weeks much less anything else. Even making it through this situation seemed impossible right now. "You're such a tease." Xeno managed to get out hoping his voice didn't convey how embarrassed and yet impatient he was. Every day that passed was becoming more and more impatient and eager to just jump into it not caring about his oath anymore. Which was an odd feeling in itself since he had never been this tempted or eager to break it. If he was being completely honest he had never been tempted to break it at all before Kai. This was whole knew unchartered territory for him but with Kai there his eagerness to experience it and just jump into it was growing with every minute that passed.

 

Xeno chuckled with Kai saying that he thought they both liked each other better. "I'd hope so." He mused with a smile. It was a bit unwillingly that he joined Kai out of the water even if he had been the one to suggest it. Drying himself as well though his eyes were stuck on Kai as the human was drying himself. He'd never get tired of seeing and being able to admire the other's body. Shaking his head he turned his gaze back to himself slipping into his clothes once more and stretching since he had been sitting in Kai's lap their whole time in the water. "Alright, let's eat and then we can get ready to do the spell." Xeno said turning his attention to Kai once more.

"I mean do you really think you would last a few more months with me?" He said smiling and kissed his cheek. "I told you I would wait and I will wait until everything's done. I don't care how long it takes as long as we're with each other." Kai explained he really didn't care. He knew that xeno did tho that was why he was never forcing himself on him cared for him too much to even think about it. So as the days went by he could feel Xeno getting more and more frustrated because of his oath. He never expressed, but Kai could tell in his voice and actions.

 

 

"I can make food tonight volume or stressed out I promise that you can relax right now. I am here and I will take care of everything." Kai said as he escorted the person he left to the kitchen. Once in there he started cooking an amazing meal and he was leaving using magic to do so as well. "I hope you like it I've been practicing a lot." He said making the meal and soon so that both of them can eat.

No. That thought was clear too Xeno who definitely didn't think he could make it another few months like this with Kai. "But I do." Xeno groaned feeling frustrated art the idea of this taking more than a couple weeks after tonight. Even a couple weeks was going to be rough. Sure it meant a lot that Kai was so considerate and would wait but it was killing him to wait like this. He hadn't wanted anything else like he wanted this.

 

Xeno didn't argue to Kai cooking, the human seemed determined and he wasn't going to stop him. Letting Kai cook while he relaxed at the table. Watching the human cook and actually being impressed just by that. When the food was served he took a bite without any hesitation and hummed happy at the taste. "I'll say that practice paid off." Xeno told Kai with a smile.

Kai smiled and kissed his cheek as he hugged him in a tight hug as he set down and let the food come over to them. "I am just happy I can use magic here its more convent then in my time we have to do everything by hand and it kind of sucks I am not going to lie. After doing it this way its going to be hard to go back to normal." He said laughing and looked at him and looked at the food.


"Good I am glad you like the food I made it just how you liked it." he said as he took a bite of his food as well. Kai smiled This was the best he ever did with magic and he was proud of him self. "Damn I  out did myself this time." He said smiling as he ate the food looking at Xeno wanting to show his body more love than had ever been shown to him before and he knew he had to wait. He was going to cuddle him and kiss him after this was over.

[Sathenus]

A soft hum escaped Xeno when Kai gave him a tight hug and kissed his cheek. Enjoying the attention and having Kai close to him he looked over the food and loved how good Kai was getting with his magic. "I know. But you'll get used to it again and I'll... learn it. We'll do it together." Xeno replied with a loving smile. As they were eating Xeno was glad to talk with Kai and just spend some time together again. "It really is." He agreed nodding his head. The food really was just how he liked it, it was fantastic and sweet to think that someone cared for him like this.

 

It was still hard for Xeno to get used to how close they were but he had to admit that he liked it too. "You really did." Xeno replied with a smile. Kai really had outdone himself and he really appreciated everything that Kai had been doing for him lately. As they were eating he noticed that he had the other's attention a little more than normal but he didn't mind at all. When he finished eating he leaned over to give Kai a kiss his smile growing again when their lips parted. "If you keep looking at me like that these next couple weeks are going to be murder." He mused.

"I will teach you everything that I know I promise that I will do it as well I will help you out with the cooking and cleaning. I am going to miss magic if we don't have it in my world. I never tried using it over there." He said looking at him then sighed not sure what to do next. "After we do this spell how soon after before you want to leave?" He asked wondering how much time he had left since he was getting more powerful by the day.

"I'm sorry I can't help it I love everything about you." he said as he finished eating and the sent his dishes to the sink so they could wash themselves. "When you are done we can start and I will get ready. Should I wear anything special or is what I am wearing fine." He said looking at him. Kai then started to hum thinking about all of this inside his mind wondering how painful this was going to be.

[Sathenus]

"As soon as possible." Xeno admitted when he was asked when he wanted to leave after the spell tonight. He didn't want to beat around the bush or hold it off any longer once this spell was completed. Xeno really wanted to go to the human's world, see how different it was and be free. Or as free as he could be which would at the very least let him act on the feelings he felt for Kai. Feelings that only seemed to get even stronger the longer he was stuck only being able to want Kai not being able to really act on those feelings.

"What you're wearing now is fine." He expressed. It didn't matter what Kai wore he just wanted him to be relaxed and sure that this was something that he wanted to do. Xeno had already told him it would require blood to finish and while Kai seemed sure this was what he wanted to do Xeno was worried that once it came time for that part that he'd get cold feet. "I'll meet you in there." He added watching Kai so the other could go get comfortable and relax. He took his time before he was done and making his way to the room ready to do the spell.

"if it's at all possible I think I might be tired after this. I would really enjoy some time to rest after I know that you do want to head out as soon as possible, but I also want relax I know that this spell might take its toll on me and I will be ready for that as well." Kai said as he got into the position waiting for them to start the ritual. Kai took a deep breath knowing that this was going to happen. He was kind of excited as well.

 

 

"Alright then I am ready whenever you are let me know when you need my blood" he said looking as him as he read over the ritual that they were doing and started it. He started saying something in an ancient language to start the ritual. He didn't really know what he was saying, but it did say that the person who wanted the bond had to read it and after all Kai was the one who wanted this.

[Sathenus]

"I don't see why you couldn't. You'll probably need it." Xeno admitted when Kai expressed that he'd enjoy some rest after this it if was possible. While Xeno was excited and eager to head out as soon as possible once it was completed he wasn't about to rush Kai and make him do something he wasn't ready to do yet. Even if it did appeal slightly to his more demonic nature. He tried to ignore a lot of those thoughts and feelings where Kai was involved. Once they left this world he could decide just how many of those thoughts and feelings he'd act on in regards to the human or if he'd continue to ignore them.

 

Nodding Xeno agreed to let Kai know when his blood was needed, while the human was reading the part of the spell he needed to recite and speaking it allowed he was adding his own blood to the mixture his own blood flowed black. His eyes just watched it for a moment making sure he added enough before he gestured for Kai to give him his hand while continuing to recite the words. He gave him a slight warning look that it may hurt while softly saying that he needed to keep speaking the incantation without pause or it wouldn't work. Xeno waited for a moment before he made a small cut in the palm of the other's hand not wanting to make it very big but hoping it was big enough to supply the amount of blood he needed.

 

After getting it he mixed it all together until everything was thoroughly combined then he started to speak his part of the incantation while drawing markings on the other man with the mixture. Sure it probably wasn't the most pleasant experience but it was necessary for it to be successful. These symbols and the ingredients that had been used to make them is what would make the tie between their lifelines allow Kai to live a significantly longer life. There was no way of saying if it'd actually make him immortal or live as long as he did but it'd definitely give him a much longer life than the average human. Only time would tell for sure how long that would be. When he finished his part and had lead Kai to spot in the room where the light of the eclipse was coming through an opening in the ceiling he said the final words to make the connection. The markings and symbols glowed a deep red color before they seemingly vanished and a small smile appeared on Xeno's face. "There, all done." He told Kai happily. "Now, go get some rest. I'll clean up here and join you in a little bit. We'll see how you feel in the morning."

Kai smiled and looked at Xeno with love in his eyes. When Xeno gave him the look that this would hurt Kai understood and kept going on without pausing yes this did hurt, but he didn't want to loose Xeno and wanted to be with him forever. Kai was bleeding into the circle that he needed to bleed it as they combined. Kai felt a powerful pull on his soul and spirt once the symbol was drawn on his body. It was a little painful, but Kai never looked back he knew that he needed this and wanted it as well. He was taken to the  light of the eclipse he felt even stronger pull to be with Xeno and he really loved it. The marking went away and the pull on his soul and spirit was now gone and he was able to breathe again.

After the incantation was done he looked at Xeno. "I'm so tired." He said looking at him. "It hurt a little, but its nothing because I get to stay with you now." he said smiling. "I need to rest now and Then we can do something and maybe go back to my world after we get all of out stuff we need." He said as he went back to Xeno's room and laid on the bed. "Can I cuddle you the rest of the night? I just want to cuddle and kiss you as we watch the fire in the fire place burn." Kai said as they walked into There bed room and he got on the bed waving his hand to start the blue flames on the fire.

A small smile crossed Xeno's face as Kai expressed that the pain he had felt was worth it because he could stay with him. His smile only seemed to grow a little more when he was asked if they could cuddle. "You're such a cuddle bug when you're tired." Xeno laughed. Watching Kai start the fire with a wave of his hand made Xeno happier than it should. He loved watching Kai's magic at work showing him how quickly the human grasped the concept and mastered spells. For a moment Xeno just stood there admiring the other man and how inviting that sight was. Ever since they had first slept in the same bed Xeno had taken every opportunity to admire the sight. Feeling as though one day he'd wake up and this would all have been a dream. Once more making his way out of his tomb. That was such a gloomy prospect so he was eager to get into bed with Kai rather than dwell on such thoughts. Getting cozy before he was happily cuddling up to the cute human.

 

"Get some rest. We have all the time in the world." Xeno told the other tilting his head to give Kai a loving kiss. Man did he love being close to the other, hang him in his bed, both cuddled up together. As much as Xeno would love to lay there and talk all night he was excited for more in their relationship knowing he was so much closer to getting what he had been craving for awhile. A good rest for Kai would mean the human was ready for them to keep moving forward in leaving this time and returning to Kai's. The kiss he had been giving the other seemed to get more intense with this kind of thinking. Really wishing that it'd happen sooner than later.

"hey I think I get that from you because when you are tired you want to do nothing more than kiss me over and over. I don't mind that though. You know I know it's getting closer for us to go back to my time, but you know what I'm going to miss one thing about this era and that is the magic I have gotten so used to it that has become a second nature to me." He said looking at Xeno and kissed his cheek. "I am happy that we will be together though. And that and we can do some more things together things that you really really want to do." He said smiling and just held xeno and relaxed.

 

"Tomorrow we start packing to get everything ready to go to my world." Kai said closing his eyes and rubbing up and down Xenos arms. "Tho we might want to take a day to relax after all of this. I know how stressed you were." He said looking at him and kissed his cheek as he wiggled down into the bed to getting more comfortable to go to sleep.

[Sathenus]

"True." Xeno purred peppering Kai's face with a few kisses as the other spoke as though confirming his words. All he wanted to do when he was tired is cuddle and kiss, so it really was safe to assume that was why Kai wanted to do the same. "I wouldn't count magic out upon your return. You've become more in time to your magic, become much stronger. You may be able to still use magic in your world. Just not as easily or often." He told the human. Not wanting Kai to believe it think that returning to his time would mean no magic at all. Especially since he knew how much Kai enjoyed using magic. Still, Xeno was happy to know that Kai knew and accepted their quickly approaching departure from this time. His face flushed a bright red when the human brought attention to doing more things that he really wanted tho do knowing exactly what Kai was hinting at. "Can you blame me though? When I have such a sexy human at my side all the time?" Xeno questioned.

 

Hearing Kai finally voice when they'd pack and finding out that it'd be the very next day made Xeno quite eager and excited. So much so that even being told that they should probably take a day after this to relax didn't discourage him. Even though Xeno wanted to argue that they'd have plenty of time to relax after they made it to Kai's time. He decided not to and instead nodded his agreement as Kai was getting comfortable to get some sleep. "How about we relax in the morning and start packing in the evening?" Xeno suggested thinking that would be enough of a rest. He was so close to being free of his oath and the curse of his tomb that he didn't want to stick around longer than necessary anymore.

"I hope not it would be such a shame to lose all this hardwork. I hope I really could use magic In My Time. It kind of makes me smile just thinking about it." Kai said smiling then blushed when Xeno told him he was a sexy human. "It's not my fault I'm sexy I can't help it" he said smiling

 

 

"Relaxing in the morning and packing in the evening does sound like a good plan to me. I can't wait to start relaxing with you. Our new lives in my time will be amazing there is so much stuff I need to show you." He said smiling and looked at him thinking about all the things that were different from this time to his time. "I cannot wait to be with you. I'm not sure how we're going to relax tomorrow but I know we are going to"

"True." Xeno purred as Kai said it wasn't his fault that he was sexy and how he couldn't help it. While Xeno agreed he couldn't help but admire just how sexy the human was. Especially since before the other's arrival he hadn't even had such thoughts about another, human or otherwise. To think that all it took was Kai falling into his lap to awaken a side of him that had been dormant and to release him from the curse of being shut away again and again was mind boggling to Xeno. Leaning forward he pressed their lips together in a loving kiss, finding an odd sense of tenderness when showing affection to the other man. That and with all his admiring and thoughts he needed this kiss to stabilize himself again.

 

"I can't wait to be with you either." He replied with a smile. They definitely would relax in the morning, it'd be nice something they hadn't been able to really do since they had started the preparation for bonding them. Now that it was over and their lifelines were entwined and he didn't have to worry about losing Kai for a long time and could just relax and enjoy them. Especially with them leaving his time and returning to Kai's while Xeno knew it was going to be a big difference he was looking forward to the change. This time, this world, it hadn't been kind to him and he was eager to leave it behind him. While Xeno couldn't promise he'd behave himself in a whole new time and world he could promise that he'd keep Kai's best interest in mind and not do anything he thought would negatively affect the other man.

Kai smiled as his lips was on the others the tenderness, but a hit of aggressive. Kai knew that xeno I knew what he wanted and that made him all the more attractive to Kai. Kai wished that they could go to his time sooner he really didn't look forward to it, but he was happythat when he went back he was not going to be alone and that someone else is going to be with him. Someone who cared and I wanted the same things as him.

 

 

"I am excited for what tomorrow will bring." Kai stated. Kai was really excited about the day of relaxation tomorrow it was going to be the best and there last day in this magic filled world that he had grown to love. Kai was happy he didn't have to worry about Him dying before Xeno. Kai shut his eyes to go to sleep he was really tired and just held xeno close kissing his cheek once more before slipping I to a deep sleep.

Lying there in bed with Kai was perfect, just able to be with the human and relax with him. Moments like this made him look forward to spending even more time with him in the other's time. Sure there was a chance that they'd be losing magic but he felt like they were gaining so much more. Their relationship could actually exist and be so much more than what it was right now. It was something that Xeno was really looking forward to, he wanted to explore this relationship of theirs and see and experience everything he had been missing until now. For awhile he was sitting there thinking about Kai and the life that was awaiting them in the human's time. During which time the other man had fallen asleep which only made him all the cuter to Xeno.

It was awhile after that when he finally fell asleep himself. Happily snuggled against the other's body. When he woke in the morning he was the first one up, normally Xeno would lay there for as long as possible and enjoy being snuggled up to Kai but this morning was a bit different. Instead he got up to make breakfast for the two of them so they could eat in bed and relax and snuggle. Of course they'd do more in their relaxing morning together than just hang out in bed but it would be a nice start. Then they could decide what else to do after breakfast and more cuddling.

After making breakfast and getting them something nice to drink he returned to the bed setting the tray down and crawling back into his spot beside Kai. Leaning down he caught the other's lips in a loving kiss, hoping to wake him up like that and get a good start to their final day in this time.

Kai slept all night long he was so happy and so tired as he felt himself not wanting to wake up. The next morning he felt xeno get out from the bed. Kai kept sleeping not wanting to get up he was still so tired. After a while he ended up going back to sleep.

 

Kai woke up with soft lips touching his lips. "I really like that wake-up call. Sorry I didn't get up when you got up the first time. I was still so tired and I just didn't want to move." He said kissing him back and smelling the food. "Sweetheart did you really go make food for us." He said hugging him.

 

 

 

[Sathenus]

"Yes." Xeno purred with a loving smile. He felt like Kai deserved it after actually going through with the spell last night. He knew it has taken a lot out of him to tie their lifelines together. So the human deserved Xeno making breakfast and serving it to him in bed. "You deserve it." He voiced after waiting for Kai to sit up and get comfortable before moving the tray to rest on the human's lap. "Besides I like spoiling you over in awhile." Xeno added.

 

"I thought it'd be a great way ty start if the day too." He admitted. Xeno made himself comfortable beside Kai, taking a bite if the food before offering a bite to the other man. Sure he knew Kai was capable of feeding himself but for some reason he really wanted to do this. "What would you like to do after breakfast?" He questioned. Figuring that they could make the beginning of the day about Kai and then start pushing in the evening. Most likely after dinner since the demon didn't feel like they'd be taking much.

Kai smiled as he opened his mouth and took the bite of food that he was giving the food. "Thanks you so much. Sorry I guess I was more tired than I thought because of what happened last night. Didn't this it would take this much out of me." He said looking at him

 

"Let's see I am not really sure what to do next. Maybe taking a bath? I really never thought of what we should do I also love watching the fire burn from the bed and it's getting cold outside." He said trying to think what he would do.

"You don't have to apologize to me, Kai. I knew it would take a lot out of you." Xeno told the human with a smile. He didn't mind pampering Kai right now, especially since it showed the other how much he cared for him. "It wasn't just our lifelines that were connected after all. Our magic intertwined as well. We make each other stronger that way." He purred leaning over and pressing a kiss to the other's neck a small smile crossing his face. While it hadn't necessarily been something he had told Kai before they had done the binding spell it was something he thought the human deserved to know. It'd allow them to essentially feed off the other's magic if necessary. Say for a spell that they wouldn't normally be able to do on their own. While that wasn't a bad thing in this world Xeno wasn't really sure how it'd affect things for them in Kai's. At the same time he decided not to worry about it not finding it all that important in the end.

Humming thoughtfully when Kai suggested them taking a bath before expressing that he loved watching the fire burn from the bed and how it was getting colder outside. While he wanted to pamper his cute little human Xeno wasn't exactly interested in lounging around in bed all day. It wasn't anything that ever interested him. Just finding that he wasn't really able to remain still for that long without getting anxious. "I'll get the bath ready then. You finish breakfast. I promise to make it nice and toasty so you won't miss the fire." Xeno offered giving the human another kiss before slipping out of bed to get the bath ready while Kai was eating.

Kai smiled and looked at Xeno. "It really is so good I love everything. It feels weird I feel really weird I feel stronger and I guessthat is why our powers combined and now we are stronger together. I feel like I can do anything right now." Kai said looking at him and then smiled as he blew a kiss to him.

 

"A bath sounds really nice why don't you come get me when the bath is ready and I will join you in there. a day of relaxation sounds like the best thing that could ever happen right now." He said smiling and looked at him kissing his cheek as he got up. "I love you and I can't wait till I can be with you" he said blushing

Xeno have Kai a small smile before leaving the room and heading for the bathroom to get the bath ready. He made sure it was nice and warm to ensure Kai wouldn't miss the warmth of their bed and the burning fire too much. After getting it ready he returned to get his little human out of bed. "Alright, the baths ready." He informed holding a hand out. His smile slowly turning to a smirk.

"We can cuddle and relax together in the water." Xeno added. Which was definitely something he enjoyed doing. Mainly because he got to be close to and admire the human's gorgeous body while allowing it to seem more like an interest in wanting to wash the cute human. Sure Xeno knew that Kai knew better and knew why he was really doing it but it was easier to hide it under the guise of exciting to wash his boyfriend than admit just how much he wanted to explore that body instead. They were so close to being able to be more honest with themselves and enjoy each other and it only made Xeno more eager.

"That was fast  I didn't anticipate this happening that was way too fast getting ready but I'm totally cool with that all well" he said as he got up out of the bed and started to walk over to the person he loved the most somehow he has fallen Head Over Heels for this amazing person.

 

" cuddling in the water sounds amazing I cannot wait hope we are together with each other in more than one way" kai soon got up and started to walk towards the bath once he got to the bathroom he started stripping down all of his clothes and smiled at Xeno. Kai smiled as he got into the warm bath and smiled " this fast is amazing and I love everything about it. Thank you for being with me and just caring I care about you a lot as well now maybe you should get in here so we can cuddle and enjoy this warm water"
