I own a lot of yaoi stuff but just haven't had time to watch them yet. I watched the first part of the 1st season of FtNW and enjoyed it, then one episode just randomly turned into a boy-on-boy, girl-on-girl orgy. That would have been fine, if it were not for the fact that the characters are supposed to be 14. I felt a little uncomfortable. Is it normal for Japanese anime's to have underage characters in yaoi? If so, why do they do this :S. I'm still kinda new to it. I wouldn't mind if the characters were of legal age. And then Junio romantica was amazing! I must say however, I think I perfect reading yaoi manga and listening to the Drama CD with it (if its available). I wasn't embarrassed showing it like openly to my fuqing family (like not hiding the monitor screen lol) until it was the kissing scene... Nope, still not aware hahaha. I can still remember feeling sick after watching it. I stayed away from anything yaoi for a while then years later I discovered fanfiction. I got curious about yaoi fics and got hooked. After that I started reading and watching any type of yaoi and I never looked back. It's amazing how much a person can change. His hair was pink and he seemed male but why would he kiss Yuki who was also male?? -facepalm- I was one stupid kid. One born into a homophobic family. :') So I did not have much of a notion on same sex relationships. Years later I met a girl that introduced to to yaoi and the first thing I watched was Okane ga Nai. It was embarrassing as hell. Ayase was so cute tho.
