Help i can't remember the title or the author!

I've been wrecking my brain for past few days now trying to remember the name or the author of this particular mm novel I'm looking for.

 

What I can remember how the story goes is - there is a guy (lets name him A) who like another guy (guy B), but B was in a relationship with guy A's cousin or someone who related. But then B broke up with this other guy so A start making his move. A invited B to go to a wedding with him. I distinctly remember A was driving a yellow lamborghini and everyone was jealous of B arriving with A. I also remember a joke about B making fun of A's father of having a carpet for moustache (if this helps).

 

Then fast forward one scene was that A brought B to his mansion and they had a picnic. Then I also recalled A proposing to B on a balcony in Paris or somewhere.

 

Pleaseeeeee help if anyone knows what this novel from. I know its an English novel.
