After his father left Raven fell to his knees and tears flowed freely from them. "Its not fair I wanted more time with him. I felt loved for once when he was here." Raven said and shook his head not sure what else to do. "Its not fair you got to grow up with him and I can't be with him the way you had." Raven held out his hand and the cloak came flying over to him as he put it on and closed his eyes. "I am sorry for what I said to him I was just wondering was all." Raven got up and started to walk to his room he was a little depressed after that and he just needed a hug. Raven wiped his tears away as he came on his door to his room.

“I never got to grow up with him..I wasn’t a baby when I was found..Grabted I had more time all the Same with Master..” He spoke quietly, following the other to his room and gave him a hesitant hug. “If you..needed to switch rooms..You can stay in Masters..If it would make you happier...?” Mahou spoke quietly, really trying his best to put himself out there and try to make this poor kid feel better

Raven hugged Mahou back. "I don't know what to do. I know neither one of us knew him for very long, but at lease you can remember him. I have nothing, but a ghost." Raven said as he was braking down. At this point Raven didn't know what he wanted. "I always wanted to meet my parents and now that I met my dad I wish I just had a little more time with him. Although it is nice to know he did love me. I thought I was an unwanted unloved child growing up." he whispered. "Thank you Mahou this is the first hug I have even got." he whispered

“This is the first hug I ever gave on my own..” Mahou said quietly before letting him go. “Goodnight Raven..” He spoke quietly as he started walking toward his door. He stopped, turning back towards him. “It’s only right you inherited Masters cloak..So both of them are yours...” He spoke quietly before opening the door to his room, closing it silently behind him.

"Thank you." Raven said as he started to go to his room, but went into his dad's room instead and looked around the room feeling great sadness. "Thank you dad, Thank you for loving me." Raven said as he started to look though some of his dad's things trying to learn more about him. RAven was up most of the night reading all of his dad's stuff trying to get to know him better. When he was tired he started to walk to his room, but fell to the floor in his dad's room and went to sleep.

Mahou was up most of the night, trying to process the events of the last few days. Of all the kids he could rescue..He rescued Masters son? And on top of that, they were destined to be lovers above all this, some powerful force to stop evil? He sighed in frustration at all these thoughts, awhile later hearing a thud. Mahou went to check on Raven in Masters room and found him asleep on the floor. “Honestly..” He said with a sigh, knowing full well he could just use magic and send him off to bed. He leaned down and picked the other up in his arms, walking into his room and carefully setting him down in his bed. He pulled the covers up over him and hesitated for a moment, lightly kissing his head. “Goodnight Raven..” He said quietly, smiling warmly for a brief moment, his first smile in awhile, before returning to his stoic face, going to his room for the evening.

When Raven was being carried with out knowing it he cuddled into the warmth of the person who was carring him. It felt like he was flying after everything that happened today Raven was still trying to wrap his head around it. When placed into the bed he whimpered a little when he left the warmth, but smiled when someone kissed his head. Cuddling back down into the soft sheets he went into an even deeper sleep for the first time feeling happy about being alive.

 

 

Raven woke up in the late morning and looked around the room. It took him a bit, but he remembered everything that happened to him. Letting out a deep sigh he got up off of bed and started to head for the door of the room wondering what today would bring. "Come on Raven pull it together. You have never been weak because of the pain of everyone being scared of you. Now after seeing your dad and him talking to you. Its almost like you have turned into a little kid again." Raven told himself as he walked out of the room shaking his head.

Mahou had woken up by himself for a change, rubbing his eyes tiredly. He felt like he got hit in the head, all this information and all of yesterday simply one confusing mess. He sleepily got up from his desk and past Ravens room, who still seemed to be asleep at the time. He walked into the kitchen, trying to think of something to prepare. What would Raven like..? Why should he even care...? He started to make french toast and eggs, reading from a book on how to prepare it. What even made this bread french, it simply made no sense!

Raven rubbed his eyes as he walked into the kitchen smelling the food. "Smells nice." Raven said still having his dad's cloak on. "I forgot to take it off last night." Raven said the cloak had become comfortable and he really liked it as well. It felt so good and he didn't really care about anything right now. Some how after meeting his father it seemed like everything changed in the house. There was more caring and love in it and Raven didn't know how it was possible. Maybe it was already here and he just didn't see it because he didn't know what love was. Raven walked over to mahou and smiled. "Anything I can help you with?" he asked

Mahou was holding aloft an egg in the air to crack it into a pan over the fire when he heard Raven approach next to him. It made him jump, the egg almost dropping but he was able to quickly catch it in his hand. "Still not used to that.." He said quietly, trying to think of something for him to do. He didn't want Raven to think he was useless, even if he was almost done. "Crack this in the pan...We will be trying using your magic after breakfast" Mahou said, giving his attention to the french toast.

Raven nodded and took the egg and cracked in where he needed to crack it. "I'm sorry if I scared you, I am guessing you slept in as well?" he asked then remembered something. "If you took me to my room and covered me up last night thank you." Raven said as he looked at Mahou. "Hey Mahou? Do you think I am a worthless person?" Raven asked. "And that there is nothing good about me? Also that I am leaching on you to live?" Raven asked he needed to make sure that he wasn't a bother to Mahou the weird thing about it it came out without him hesitating like he knew he was or something like that. After what his father sad about them going to get closer he had to make sure that Mahou wouldn't try to hurt him.

"....No problem" Mahou spoke quietly when he was thanked for covering up the other and bringing him to his bed. He still didn't know why he just did not simply magic him there but that was in the past. Mahou let the magic take over for a moment before lightly bringing a curled first onto the top of the others head when he said all those things about being worthless, being no good and a leech. "I better not hear any of those lies ever again you hear me?" Mahou said in a serious tone, leaning down to look him in the eyes. "You are not worthless...okay?" Mahou coughed as he let up on the other, removing his hand from him as he set the breakfast on a plate and sent it to the table.

"So they are all lies?" He asked and smiled a little he was happy that they were lies for some reason he believed Mahou and his every word. When mahou was sending stuff to the table Raven hugged him with tears in his eyes. "Thank you I have been wanting to hear those words for so long. In the past few day I have head and felt everything I ever wanted in my entire life." Raven said closing his eyes and taking a deep breath,

“I..uh..Your welcome..” Mahou stood there a bit awkwardly, giving him an awkward hug back. “I..don’t know..How to deal with crying people..” He said quietly , patting his head with one hand. “Go eat okay..? Lots of training today” He said with another pat on his head as he sent some orange juice to the table as well.

Raven looked at him a smiled. "Alright! I can't wait to learn and control my powers." He said as he went over to the table and set down. "Thanks for the meal." he said before clapping his hands together and started to eat the food to get energy for the day. "I need all the strength I can get." he said smiling as he drank some of the orange juice.

“Just basic practice for today, seeing if you can get it to come out. Best not wear either cloak, just in case..” Mahou said with a small nod as he ate quickly. With it being his first time, he wanted to be able to see everything on him and the other to see everything. While it would not obstruct his sight, more of a precautionary measure.

“Follow me..” Mahou said when he was done, leaving his dish to magically float into the sink. He stepped out of the cottage and stepped into the front of the house. “Follow my lead..” He said as he waited for the other to walk up him. “We will just work on focusing your power into a blast..” Mahou said as he pointed to a spot a few feet away.

“Now you will want to brace your knees, keep one hand at your side and one arm extended out in front of you..” Mahou said as he was pressed up behind him, moving him into the positions and holding the others hand in front of him.

After he finished eating he took his dad's cloak off and knew he would need a bath or shower when he was done. He also had been wearing the same clothes for a few days. Raven walked beside Mahou and nodded. "I'm ready." he said. Raven braced himself and kept one arm at his side and extended the other one in front of him. Raven blushed when Mahou helped him get into the position. "Alright is this right?" he asked and looked away from him. oh god what is happening to me

“Perfect..” Mahou nodded as he kept an arm ready around the others waist in case the blast causes him to fall backwards. “Now just imagine you are pretty much shooting a bow and hitting something right in front of you..” He spoke in a whisper in the others ear. “Ready....? Go....” He whispered, waiting for the blast. “Oh thats a big one brace yourself~!” Mahou watched as one bigger than he expected came out, flipping the other around to face him and brace him from the blast.

As he expected, the blast knocked them both off their feet, Mahou holding on tight as they both fell back. It took him a moment to relax but it was only then he realized the others lips were on his in a kiss. His eyes widened a great deal as a small spout of fire came next to his head, quickly putting it out.

"A bow got it." Raven thought about it and was about to released it all at once when he heard Mahou whisper into his ear and it let the blast out his emotions making it bigger than he thought as he felt himself getting flipped around it was weird. When the black lash hit he fell to the ground feeling Mahou holding him tightly. Raven felt safe in his arms and kind of zoned out for a moment. When he came back to his senses he found himself kissing Mahou. Raven pulled his lips away his face becoming really red. "um..." was All raven could say as he felt his body come alive from that one accidental kiss.

Mahou’s face has turned a bright red, quickly letting go of Raven and stumbling back a few inches. “Um...yeah..” was all he could muster as his heart was hammering in his chest. His whole body felt like he tossed a match into a pile of dry leaves. He didn’t even know what to do or say now, just sitting there sort of dumb founded.

Raven got up and looked away. "Um soo...Training I did good." he said as he felt his body on fire and he took a deep breath. "Um....I think I need to take a shower." Raven needed to calm himself down his chest was pounding way to hard and he felt like he was getting light headed. he didn't know what to do. Raven took another deep breath trying to calm himself down. "Ok come on Raven." He said then looked at mahou and bit his lip. "I'm feeling dizzy." he whispered

“Um...yeah...second door...on right” Mahou said as his face still felt like it was on fire. Get a grip on yourself..You’re body feels like it is on fire and it was just an accidental kiss. Mahou quickly stood up and pulled the other up, keeping a distant Hand around his waist in case he fell, ready with magic. “There..” He said quietly as he pointed to the door now in front of them, looking away from raven.

"Um.......thank you." Raven said as he was being helped up and looked away his knees wanted to give out on him, but he wouldn't let it. Raven started to walk inside the house his body still on fire. Some how Raven got to his room, grab some clothes and headed to the bathroom. Once in the bathroom his knees gave out and he hit the floor. Raven looked around and saw that there was a bath and a shower he didn't think he could stand up so we looked at the bath and tried to focus. Soon the water turned on and started filling up the tub. Raven sighed with relief as he managed to get himself up back once again take off his clothes and jump in the bath.

Mahou needed to calm down..He kept thinking to himself as he dropped off Raven near his bathroom. He quickly got into his own and hopped quickly into a really cold shower. He needed to cool down..He kept thinking as he made sure to wash himself carefully. He wrapped a towel around his waist and went into the kitchen to get some tea to help him relax.

Raven relaxed and calmed down int the bath after getting his footing back he got over what had just happened. Tho he could still feel Mahou's lips on his. "Dad what are you thinking? Why are we meant to be together?" he whispered to him self and stayed in the bath for a while before getting out drying off and getting dressed. After he was dressed he walked out thinking about getting some tea with honey to calm his nerves that didn't calm down when he saw Mahou in nothing but a towel. "OH MY GOD!" Raven yelled and blushed. "You should really put some clothes on mahou." he said
