So cute..that blush is going to prove to be his undoing. “Well, I suppose to right into the training and meditate afterwards to relax..” He nodded, waving his hand and everything went away. “Are you good to walk out front unassisted?” He asked as he stood up, ready to train with the other again.

"Yeah I can walk out front. Its weird I feel like yesterday never happened and for the first time ever I don't feel tired. I am not sure with either." he said smiling as he drank the rest of his drink ans got ready to head out to train. "I can't wait to find out how much stronger I will get today."

“I am sure you are plenty strong. Even if just being able to stand without falling over..So we will keep doing the blasts, maybe not as many as yesterday but practice is practice” Mahou nodded as he made his wya to the front fields of the cottage. “Same thing as yesterday but we are going to try and move our hand around as we are doing it, not just in a straight line. Like a pattern I suppose. An infinity symbol should be fine..” Mahou said as he held the other against him and held the others hand again to help focus on the blast. But being this close..made his heart race. It didn’t before..why now?

Raven walked outside more or less where they were the day before and smiled. "Alright not to many I don't know if I can do to many." Raven said as he he felt Mahou help him get ready. His warm body against his own made his face heat up. "Before I send my energy out what would the symbol do? Does it channel energy to a different point or something?" he asked

“We will do just two..” Mahou said quietly, feeling even more uncomfortable with how close the other was now. His warm face was really getting to him and he needed a moment to think. “The symbol is more like you are tracing something on a piece of paper, not blasting like we did before. It’s more getting used to the motion of moving your hands. So just point your finger and pretend like you are shooting a laser..” He said quietly, whiserping against the others ear. “Nice and easy..” He held the others hand he would use and was guiding him through he motion.

Raven nodded and followed Mahou's direction he tried to shook a laser in the pattern he told him, but nothing happen....That was until he connected the symbol a blast that could kick both of them back took off and it blasted through two trees all had the same symbol. "Um.......Should it of happened like that?" he asked looking at him confused at what just happened.

Mahou blinked in surprise as he saw what the other had done. “Amazing..” He said quietly as he looked at the symbol that marked itself in two trees. “Quite powerful..I would have been happy had you got even one..I want to see something.” He added as he backed away from the other. “We are going to do it one more time, but not have me close to you this time..” He said, curious if the blast will be as strong. On his own, he was powerful..but if they were together, t seemed it came out in a more uncontrolled or at least powerful burst

Raven nodded and took a deep breath relaxing his body that was a big blast and he didn't know what to do with it. Raven traced his hands the same way. It did nothing till he connected the loop after he did that a blast came out it wasn't as strong but it did got through a half of tree. "So is that what you wanted to see?" he asked

“Yeah..” Mahou said with a nod, seeming to confirm this theory. “It seems our magic, or at least yours so far, is stronger when we are close. I can’t explain why or if it’s only when we touch since you’re still learning but this seems like the case” Mahou said with a small nod of his head. Was it just them touching..? It seemed silly that this would be the case..although his heart pounded every time he got close to Raven. “Let’s..go meditate, I think I need it myself..” He nodded as he went toward the gardens in the back.

Raven nodded and was glad it was over it was draining him. "So you think what is making me really tired is the blast when we hold on to each other? I also wonder if that is the case when you held me last night as well. When I woke up I felt better that I had ever felt." Raven said looking at him as he went over and set down in the area they did on the first day here and looked at Mahou wanting to know before he started.

“...You did?” Mahou asked quietly, his mind racing again as he knew he too got the best night sleep that he hasn’t had in years. “Perhaps you are right..It seems us being close on some physical or emotional level impacts our power. For now, it seems that physical contact means a stronger burst of power..” Mahou explained as he sat down to meditate. “Same as lady time..” He nodded, trying to concentrate. It was far too difficult, for even as he started to meditAte, he can only think of Raven.

Raven crossed his legs and breathed in his nose and out his mouth as he started to meditate. Raven left everything in this world behind as he did this. Mostly if he didn't he would only be thinking of Mahou from here on out. Raven didn't want to think about him not right now he had to focus. As he did so his body started to rise off the ground.

Okay..focus...just focus on the river. It’s a peaceful river..He can manage this much..It was just meditation. Mahou managed to get himself off the ground after a few moments of concentration. Although as he meditated, it felt like he brushed up against something..A leg..? No, focus...meditation..inner peace..Mahou didn’t open his eyes as he took deep breaths again to calm himself.

Raven was in the zone and nothing was going to stop him until he heard a noise that sounded like a cat meowing. Raven lost focus and fell down to the ground hard. "OW!" Raven said as he got up and rubbed his butt that really did hurt.

Mahou heard a loud Ow, his concentration being broken and falling to the floor himself. “Are you hurt..?” He asked, still trying to break himself from his meditative state and focus on Raven now. He nudged himself over to him and looked him over, looking for any injuries. “What happened?” He asked the other with a hint of concern in his voice.

"I am fine I just didn't think about falling........So this is going to sound weird, but I heard a cat." he said looking at Mahou. "Do you have cats around this area or not?" he wondered not sure where it came from, but he knew he heard it.

"A...cat?" Mahou tilted his head and he looked around the surrounding area. "While they don't come by the cottage often, there have been strays coming and going over the years" Mahou said as he looked around, looking around the surrounding area but not seeing anything. Mahou closed his eyes and seemed to be concentrating really hard on something. He seemed to pinch something in mid air before the meows got louder every passing second. A tiny black kitten was floating in the air, hanging by the scruff of its neck like a mother carries its kitten. "I suppose this is the culprit.." Mahou said out loud with his eyes still closed, carefully placing it in the others lap before opening his eyes.

"Awwww its so tiny." He said as the cat was floating towards them and smiled. "I knew I heard something." Raven said as he looked at the tiny kitten. "Where is its mother do you think she left him for dead?" Raven asked concerned about the little kitten that looked like it was starving. "Can we keep it please I can't just let it back out there to die." Raven said

"Possibly..Or the mother got killed by a wild animal" Mahou said as he looked at the tiny little kitten in the others lap. "I...suppose we can't leave it out by itself..." Mahou said as he looked down at the tiny ball of fluff in Ravens lap. It was really cute..."...Just like you" He mumbled to himself before focusing back on the current situation. "Well, I suppose we have a new little friend in the home. "What is with me and rescuing things lately..?" Mahou shook his head with the hint of a smile.

"Maybe." Raven said as he got up and held the kitten close to his body. "Lets take it inside and get some food into it." Raven said as he looked back at Mahou and smiled. "I am glad we have a new little friend. I could always use more friends." he said smiling and petted the tiny kitten and looked at him. "You rescuing things because it's who you are and you were lonely with out me admit it." he said smiling. "now we have a kitten to take care of as well." he said smiling as he walked inside the cottage.

Mahou turned a bright pink at Raven saying he was lonely without him there. While he may not have thought of himself as lonely at the time..It was a quiet lonely life. Having Raven by his side...Made things so much easier for him. Seeing someone giving him a smile made him feel warm inside, even smiling himself for a period of time on the way to the cottage. He stepped inside as he used magic to get some meat, using the magic to cut the chicken into small tiny slices, Another got a tiny plate with a dip in it to put water in.

Raven smiled as he ran into the kitchen to get food for the kitten and looked at Mahou who was now in the kitchen getting the kitten some food to eat. "Do you think she will be able to eat that stuff? I mean she is really little doesn't she need milk or something?" he asked looking at Mahou wondering about that.

"I am not prepared to take on a newborn kitten, and it is only a small amount to give it some protein along with the milk" Mahou said as he pointed toward the milk, the milk coming over and setting itself on the table. The dish replaced the water and left itself open to be filled with milk. Mahou took the smallest sliver of chicken, putting it next to the plate on the table.

Raven smiled as he but the kitten on the table and smiled. The little kitten walked over almost as if it had a limp and started to drink the milk like it was starving. "Awwww she is drinking the milk." Raven said as he watched the kitten drink the milk and then looked over to Mahou who put a little piece of chicken down.

"So...cute..." Mahou said with a little twinkle in his eye and a growing smile. "Aren't you a pretty little kitten..?" He smiled a bit at the tiny creature, even if it did walk with a small limp. It is okay little one...This is your home now..Mahou thought to himself as he carefully pet the small creature.
