Notting his head Inuyasha Tom himself back down, "I'm okay now..." He didn't like people to know it but one of his biggest fears was rejection because of being rejected all of his life for what he is. When in fact he was actually a very powerful demon and not too bad looking.

Inuyasha made a face at him but then smiled softly, "yeah I'll stay out of trouble." He leaned in for the kiss really enjoying the feel of the others lips. Pulling back how stomach suddenly growled loudly. "I'll... Grab some lunch." He chuckled softly and brought his hand up to rub the back of his head in embarrassment. He was glad they made up but he'd have to keep an eye on the others mom for a while. He hoped they wouldn't do something else.

He let out a soft smile and nodded. Then he turned and went out the room. He had to perform the ritual he had found in that book, from the paper he had it in his pocket, and get his other hand back. Having his both hands in his human form would be much easier.

Moving to his father secret chamber, one that he found long ago, he read one more time the ingredients and what he had to do.It was a mixture of different potions and he was happy to see that it didn't took long to prepare. Only a few hours. A few hours that he could spare in order to get his hand back.

Inuyasha had no idea what his mate was up to but he went about getting some lunch from the kitchen. At first they didn't want to just hand him a plate but after some convincing he got it and went out to the garden to sit in nature. When he finished he exercised a bit taking out his sword and swinging it around but never activating any of his attacks.

 

After that he walked around a bit avoiding most of the people then came back up to the room sitting in the window to look out over the kingdom. This place was massive! He wondered what it would have been like growing up here. Sighing he shrugged, what's done was done. He folded his arms and watched some of the crowd going by, there were a lot of demons here for their mating event.

As the potion was boiling he looked one more time over the process list. It wasn't long before the drink should be ready and he could test it. He waited patiently till the liquid changed his color into a purple one. That meant that the potion was ready to be used. He poured it in a glass and looked at it for a few seconds. He still had some second thoughts but he gulp it all up before he could changed his mind and not risking it.

 

Finishing the glass he felt pain in his chest, making him drop the glass that turned to pieces as soon as it felt on the ground. Trying to keep his balanced, he leaned on the wall opposite the table and slided down on the floor breathing heavily as the pain was growing stronger and stronger. He didn't know what was happening. Was that supposed to happen? He should have read the whole process before doing it.

He started to move his new arm and fingers, touching it with his good arm to make sure that it really was there. He could feel the touch, all senses were activated, just like a normal arm. Removing the sticky hair from his forehead, he stand up, breathing slowly feeling his body relaxing. He was still amazed that it actually worked. He was thrilled, happy, ecstatic. Everything inside him was a mixture of emotions now and after some time he was actually smiling, laughing. Looking at his new hand he thought about the rest of the demons from this place. He will have to keep it a secret till the ceremony.

 

Heading back to his room, he wanted at least to tell Inuyasha. Show him that even if he cut his arm years ago, he was able to grew it back as new.

Opening the door and closing it behind it, he saw Inuyasha standing at the window, caught in the view or the surroundings of the place. He moved behind him and hugged him only with one hand for the beginning.

Inuyasha looked surprised at his mate, how had he done that?! He reached out to touch his arm and smiled, "you did it huh?" He stepped forward unable to stop himself and hugged him. That was one less thing bothering him in the back of his mind. He was super excited that he was able to figure out how to get it back. "It wasn't so bad for me but I'm glad you got it back."

"We've managed to survive in this place without any fight of any kind. There is only tomorrow and we can get out of here" he said smiling poking Inuyasha on the nose, turning to get to his closet, wanting to take a shower and get ready for bed.

Choosing his clothes he looked from time to time to his hand, still not believing it that he had it back. If only he had looked in his father's office sooner.

 

After he got his clothes he turned to the other. "You can order food in the room. I am not in the mood to see mother right now. At least not tonight" he said heading to the bathroom stopping at the door. "I'll be out in a minute" he added, closing the door behind him to take his shower quickly.

Inuyasha watched his mate head into the bathroom and called for room service. He spoke to the servant and ordered an array of food for them to eat. Heading back over to the bed he sat down on the side and waited for him. Actually the food was only a couple minutes, it seemed they had many of the things he wanted ready. The servant bright the large tray in and placed it in the table. Inuyasha grabbed a couple glasses and filled them with wine. This felt a bit romantic compared to their fighting from before.

The shower didn't take long, just as he promised. Wrapping a towel around his waist he got out while drying his hair with another one. Seeing the food all prepared he smiled amused by the scene.

"As it seems, dinner is served" he said sitting in front of Inuyasha bare chested grabbing quickly something to eat. "Delicious" he said looking at the other smiling amused.
