Guest RyotaIto
Sho Nagano was wrongfully convicted with the murder of his girlfriend. And is sitting on death row after two years of the murder. And now he has three more years to live before they officially put him to death by lethal injection. It was about nine at night. Sho was laying on his bed in his jail cell. Reading a book. He must have read these books over hundreds of times now. He was bored as hell. Then the prisoners in their jail cells started to make a loud commotion. As police brought in a new prisoner. Sho curiously glanced up. Just to see what was with all the commotion. Horny men in their jail cells screaming all sorts of inappropriateness. Upon seeing the fresh face about to join them. Sho then went back to laying down in bed. This time putting the book on top of his face. Trying to cover his ears with his pillow. Going back to minding his own business. "Ugh... I miss music..." Sho said to himself. Wishing he didn't have to hear the other prisoners. When suddenly, the prison guards decided to lock the newbie in the same jail cell as Sho. Sho rolled his eyes. "Great.. Unwanted company..." Sho thought to himself, irritated. The book still on top of his face. He could hear the prison guards lock the door back up, behind them. And the new inmate's footsteps. Sho immediately turned in his bed. To face the wall. Wanting no interaction with the new inmate. Ignoring the new inmate entirely.
goddessbastet87
Name Kaemon Nickname:Kae Orientation: Bisexual (Though, virgin when it comes to men) Sex:Male Position: Uke Race:human Age: 22 Height: 5'4 Physique: Lithe, yet toned, though not overly so. Eyes: Blood amber Hair: black w/ blue highlights. Ethnicity: Japanese Biography: Kae's life was perfect for a while. He grew up wanting little, and needing for even less, his parents weren't poverty stricken. His parent's were high school sweethearts, that had married shortly after there final year. They had even went to the same college, before his mother had to drop out becoming pregnant with him. It was of no surprise, nor was he unwanted, not in anyway. They had already been married, it wasn't as if they had not expected to have a baby, just not quite so soon. After Kae was born his parents tended to dote in him, he had everything he could possibly want, or need. Both his parents were wealthy, and extremely happy to have a newborn in the house. They were the perfect picture of a family, married, with a child who they loved just as much as they loved each other. Though, Kae's father wasn't around as much as his mother would have liked, his work tended to keep him from his family. His mother stayed at home, taking care of Kae, doing her best without his father around to help. Even as Kae had started to grow, his father worked odd hours, and would tend to get called into work at the worst times. He, and his mother would be left alone, and as Kae grew older he tended to wander from home quite a bit. When he started school he tended to get into a lot of fights, not to mention was suspended on more than one occasion. His parents didn't understand why he tended to act out in the way he did. He always seemed to be in trouble, and even spent sometime in juvenile facility for breaking, an entry. Small things that caused him to be put on paroll. Soon after he had put on paroll for the second, or third time, possibly, he had started into drugs. Trying to be clean for urine tests when they came around. Eventually he failed one, and ended up spending time in a facility, though it was a short stint, that had him out within a year. Though he could have he didn't graduate, nor did he go to collage. Spending most of his free time with a guitar, and notebook, or covering his body in tattoos. He had wanted to concentrate on becoming a musician, a singer..Which had his parents practically overly angry with him, even before he had left home at nineteen. His parents had given him enough to get his own apartment, and to live comfortably on his own. He hadn't been living there but two, and half years, when something had went awry. He had came home one day to his apartment door ajar. The lock busted in, and the place nearly torn apart. Though, whomever had broken in hadn't left. Kae practically went into one of his old rages, not even knowing who had broke into his home. He wasn't thinking that the person had been unarmed, or basically unarmed. On the other hand Kae had been taught at little self defense, when he had been younger. It wasn't as if he had meant to, though upon seeing the person in his home, instead of yelling, to try to scare him off, he had instantly attacked him. Even though Kae had been unarmed, what he knew of self defense had served him well enough.. A little to well. He had ended up practically backing the other into a corner, near a window, before he had fallen. With barely any self defense would, badly bruised ribs, as well a few broken ones, and a cut to his cheek, it didn't seem to bode well for him. The other man had died soon after arriving at the hospital, and Kae had already been trying to explain his actions to the authorities. Then he had been told that the other had died, shortly after arriving.. With dgs in his system, and barely any marks to show.. The judge seemed having trouble ruling it a case of self defense, nor did he believe that Kae had not used a weapon.

Then he had been told that the other had died, shortly after arriving.. With dgs in his system, and barely any marks to show.. The judge seemed having trouble ruling it a case of self defense, nor did he believe that Kae had not used a weapon. ------------------------------ As soon as the Gavel had went down, his sentence called out, Kae had practically flipped. Over, and over he had that the man had broke into his home, he was only defending himself, and his home. Yet they had ruled it murder, even only with it being in the second degree, it was still a harsh sentence. Life without parole, possibly. Though the judge also knew his past, so he supposed he shouldn't have been surprised. Besides, supposedly they had all they needed, they hadn't needed anything else to convict him.. It had been stupid, to even call in, and expect them to be on his side. The transfer, the search, everything had taken to god damn long.. Not only that he had been in Jail, yeah, but not like this. Hell, the longest he had ever been inside was a year, a year and a half at the most. He shirtless as it was as they walked him through, to his cell. His ribs bandaged, though by none of the prison guards, he had done it himself.. The cloth didn't stretch, and besides there were guards, it wasn't as if he was going to hang himself with the fabric, anyways. Kae's eyes shot to side, even as he heard the catcalls, the lewd remarks. Fresh-meat.. Oh wasn't that nice.. He was tempted to smack one of the cells, shut them up, though refrained.. It was quite obvious, by the blush alone that he was bothered by the comment's, and catcalls. A sigh left him as his eyes returned forward. Even as they stopped in front of a cell, Kae turned slightly, looking at the others in the cells, with a heavy frown upon his lips. He knew he was still blushing, and his hands clenched into fists, as he heard some whistle, before making kissing sounds at him, as the inmate had called out. "Come on over here, Beautiful.." Kae's lip turned up into a snarl, before he turned towards the cell, ignoring the comment.. At least as much as he was able.. He was half tempted to remark, though didn't want to start off with a snide remark.. That probably wasn't the best way to start here.. He stepped inside the cell, watching as it was re-locked, running a hand over his face, before he had started to step away, only to turn back to the bars. Quickly reaching out with a hand, as he called out. "Hey! My shirt assholes, I would like it back. Or just give me a shirt, and when can I make a damn call?!" One of the guards turned, arching a brow, before a low snarl came from Kae, as some called out that he looked better without one, not able to help as he snapped. "Shut the hell up!" Kae had already had enough of the damn catcalls. The guard walked off, telling him to ask in the morning, leaving Kae to smack the bars on the cell, as he mumbled softly. "Damn it!" He would need commentary money damn it. He didn't want to wait days to wait until it was transferred, or what not. Not as if he would be able to sleep anyways. He felt like a sheep being watched by a flock of wolves.. His eyes slid to the man in the other bunk his brow arching, slightly, before he sighed softly. "He isn't a chatty one obviously.." The words slipped from in a soft mumble, as he leaned back against the cell bars, keeping his back from touching them, as he merely looked at the other in the cell. Kae thought about introducing himself, though, at the moment it seemed as if the man wanted to be left alone. Instead Kae walked over, climbing onto the other bunk, before he flopped back, with a low groan. The motion alone caused his breath to slip from him in a pained hiss, that he cut off by biting his lip. Yeah he wasn't going to be able to sleep with his ribs as they were.. It was ridiculous how fast they thought to convict him.. He shifted on the bunk, obviously uncomfortable before he pushed himself to sit, running a hand through his hair, groaned softly, running his hands over his face, mumbling. "God, I really need a smoke.. Fuckin' bastards.. I feel as I could do fucking laps, and still not sleep.." Kae had still yet to even come down from what he was on, not to mention his injuries weren't old, they were quite fresh.. In all honestly Kae had fucked himself, calling in a break in, when the man had fallen out his three story apartment window.. Damn what had he been thinking.. Now he was in a damn prison, still high as hell.. For fuck sakes.. If his ribs weren't bothering him as much as they were, he would have kept himself busy merely by working out a bit, at least until he started to come down.. He wished he had a notebook, something.. Once again he was tempted to ask the other in the cell if he had a deck of cards, a note book, anything.. His mind was racing, and as it was he couldn't sit still on the damn bunk. It was as if every little movement hurt, and yet he still moved shifting, restlessly.
Guest RyotaIto
“Tomorrow’s not going to be a good day for you….” Sho said to the new inmate in his cell. While Sho lays on his side. Facing the wall. Uninterested in the other. "Shut up and stay still up there..." Sho said, throwing his book up. The book flew up to the top bunk where the new inmate was sitting. Hitting the new inmate's head. After that Sho said no more and drifted to asleep. By morning. It was time to let out the prisoners. For a short breakfast recess. Guards surrounding the entire cafeteria. Armed and watching everyone’s every move. Sho was in line. Ready to be served food something to eat. Even if the prison food, looked like shit. Sho had no choice. He planned to live long enough to taste real food someday. He planned on the day he walks out of prison. Even if it meant that he would have to put up a fight. He rather fight to death. Freedom was worth fighting and dying for than to rot in a prison. After breakfast was served to him. He looked down on his tray, disgusted. “Ugh… What is this crap? My guess is that it’s supposed to be oatmeal but it looks like someone’s puke… I wouldn’t be surprised if we were being fed puke...” Sho thought to himself. Sho turned to take a seat on an unoccupied table. In the corner, just like how he likes it. Wanting to be unseen and not bothered. Watching as other prisoners harassed his new cellmate. Flooding the new guy with questions, as to how he ended up there. And asking what his name was. That’s when Sho, got up and went to the table where the newbie was sitting at. Upon seeing Sho approach. The other prisoners left the newbie. Sitting on another table. Something about Sho scared them off. He was highly respected in the prison. Sho sat across the new guy. Sharing the same table. And quietly Sho ate his breakfast. Even if he didn’t like it. “We’re not going to be friends...” Sho said to the new guy. Not even looking at the new guy. His eyes were focused on the nasty tray of food before him. As he ate. Sho was a guy known for small talk and for being cold to others. Sho kept most of his business a mystery. He was his own friend. goddessbastet87
Kae stopped when he had heard his cellmates voice, as it surprised him at first, it was the first thing he had said to him, honestly he wasn't even sure what to say. However, he couldn't help but to try to ask, to try to get an answer to what he had meant, by it was not going to be a good day for him. "What do you mean by that?" Kae had responded back, before a book had flown at him, as he had heard the other telling him to shut up, and stay still.. Easier said then done, Kae wished it was that easy.. Though as he expected he hadn't received an answer, nor did it surprise him in anyway. He sighed, wanting to hit the bunk, merely to see if he could get answer. Though didn't, thinking better of the action, that, and he didn't want to cause trouble.. Not with his cell mate, at least. Sighing, he rubbed at his head, before he picked up the book, merely looking at it for a moment. Shrugging, he leaned back against the wall, deciding the book would at least give him something to do. It wasn't as if he expected to sleep anyways, reading was better than nothing.. He sat there all night, reading the book that had been thrown at him, still shifting now, and then, obviously uncomfortable. Come morning he was still awake, and just finishing the book that had been thrown at him. Without his cellmate knowing he tucked it into his waistband, before leaving the cell planning on returning it, first chance he got. He had been more than ready to get out of the damn cell, perhaps he could find someone to give him a fucking cigarette.. Like he would be so lucky. Still as soon as the cell had been unlocked, he had been out of the cell. Kae hadn't even bothered getting in line, passing on the meal offered. Instead he merely sat at one of the tables, not surprised when some had started harassing him, asking insistent questions. Though his eyes did find his cell mate who had been waiting in line, before the man had moved to a cell, as Kae tried to ignore the questions that had been tossed at him. Kae was already getting quite aggravated with the insistent pestering, did they actually expect him to answer? His brow arched at seeing his cellmate rise from the table he had sat at, to make his way over to the table he had taken a seat at. Kae's brow rose, as he watched the others leave, almost immediately, his eyes following them, as they left, before they slid back to his cellmate, who sat down. Though it wasn't as if Kae hadn't noticed the way the other man didn't speak.. What had made him even come over, merely to give him the silent treatment, still Kae felt like he owed him, if only for getting those others away from him. Even before his cellmate, had finally spoken, his mind went back to the book, that he had snuck into his waist band. Kae's own posture was a bit stiff, his ribs bandaged, as they had been the night before. Though his face didn't really show the pain he was in, however he did look tired, as if he was just now starting to come down. His eyes had started to drift close when he heard his cellmate speak, opening them, he scoffed softly, a sigh leaving his lips. Kae stretched slightly in his seat, groaning softly, as he responded. "Not going to be friends.. Alright got it.. Yet you sure came over here damn quick." Kae couldn't help it, he tended to be a bit of a smart ass at times.. So he baited his cellmate, just a tad, raising his brow, as he watched his cellmate, his own hands roaming down his bandaged ribs, and to his waist, where he had the book. Setting the book on his lap, Kae smirked, shaking his head, before spoke, shrugging. "Wow, I guess my assumption was right.. You aren't much of a talker, though still.. I suppose I owe you.. You know, for getting them off my case.." With a sigh, Kae pulled the book from his waist, setting it down on the table he slid it to his cellmate, cocking a brow. "Nice aim by the way.. You didn't even look, and you still managed to hit me in the head.." Kae said, hiding the smirk, as he stretched back, keeping the wince off his features. Merely stretching showed off the his tattoo decorated body, all down his one side. The tattoo even seemed to trail lower, to his waist, and even down his leg. Even if the tattoo's that trailed down his leg couldn't be seen. Though Kae left it at that, not saying anything more, not wanting to be considered a pest, he could always tell his cellmate his name later. There would be plenty of time for that. Guest RyotaIto
“Keep it...” Sho said. Referring to the book. “I’m here because I like others being afraid of me… It’ll come in handy to you. That does not mean I want something with you. I feel sorry for you… Because you’re about to into trouble. Good luck... ” Sho said. Like speaking from experience. And then suddenly an obese bald inmate approached them. “Hey Sho buddy!!! What are you doing hogging up the new guy all to yourself?” the big guy said. “I’m nobody’s buddy...” Sho responded, coldly. “In that case… You won’t mind me borrowing the new guy!!!” the big guy said, grabbing Kae by force. The big guy whistled at other inmates to come over. As the big guy started to pull Kae away. The guards there just watched and even started to pull out their phones to record what was about to happen. For their own amusement. “Looks like they’re about to give us another show” an officer said to another. “Time for your initiation new guy!!! All you’ve gotta do is survive and you’re one of us!!!” said the big guy, to Kae. As the other inmates held Kae down. A shady looking male nurse came out to watch as well. He looked sadistically amused. Sho saw the male nurse and his cool bad boy demeanor seemed to have changed. Sho almost looked afraid, seeing the male nurse. The big guy along with the other inmates were ready to take turns in beating Kae up. The big guy was the first to throw the first punch across Kae’s face. And suddenly, Sho had a change of heart and interfered before more punches hit Kae. Sho threw his hot oatmeal on the fat guy’s face. Causing the fat guy to scream. His face burning. The other inmates let go of Kae to attack Sho but Sho used his tray and hit another inmate’s face with it. So hard, that inmate’s nose split open and bled out. “Congrats. You passed the welcoming initiation now leave...” Sho said, to Kae. As Sho fought the inmates off of Kae. Sho was a really good fighter. Quick to react and could pack a strong punch. He did receive some punches and kicks in exchange but he didn’t express pain. Just when Sho was mopping the floor with all these inmates. The officers finally stopped the chaos by beating Sho with their batons. Instead of punishing the other inmates that started it. Sho was handcuffed to be further punished in his cell, by the officers. While the officers were taking Sho away, back to the cell. The shady male nurse approached Kae. “Let me take a look at you… Come with me” Sho said, to Kae. “It’d be wise if you cooperate with me or your friend will have to pay even more” the shady male nurse, said to Kae. Almost like blackmailing Kae. “You wouldn’t want your hero to get killed in your place, right?” the shady male nurse added. “I can stop the pain… His’ and yours...” the male nurse said, with a smirk. It was creepy.
goddessbastet87
Kae merely arched a brow, as he had been told to keep the book, shrugging, even as he had smirked, and pulled his hand away merely replying with a nonchalant. “No need, I read it last night.” Though as the other had said about liking others being afraid of him, and that it would come in handy, Kae frowned, wanting to roll his eyes, though didn’t. He thought of even saying that he could take care of himself, though the way that the male said that he didn’t want anything with him, caused him to raise a brow, before his tongue swept out, sweeping across his lips, as he replied, though not meaning to, in a slightly snide way. “Didn’t say you did.. Though seems we may be celly’s so let’s-” Kae’s words stopped as another approached, Kae’s eyes merely flicking to the obese male that had approached them. Though at least now he knew what to call his cellmate, if only because he heard what the bald male had called him. Kae’s tongue played across the inside of his lips, even as Sho had said that he was nobodies buddy, though his eyes never left the bald inmate that had came up to him. Sho had said he was about to be in trouble, though now he had an inkling as to why.. Though he hadn’t thought that the guards would merely sit by when the bald male grabbed him, it caught him off guard, not to mention he found it fucked up taking he was already injured.. Even as he heard the whistle the obese male had used to call the other’s to him, his eyes narrowed, his hands clenching into fists, at his sides, before he had tried to deck the first person to grab him. Yeah, not as if it did him much good, he was only one fucking man against a whole cell block. He would have liked to shove those phones up those guards assess though, especially as he had heard the comment the one made, before he had been ganged up on, and held down. His eyes snapped to the side, as he saw someone else come out, and he really didn’t like the looks of the man, not in the least. Though his attention was soon back on the bald male, that had pulled him away from his table, or more like his fist hitting his face. It dazed Kae, for a moment, even though he had practically been expecting it, though it had only taken a moment for Kae to come back to his senses, and since he couldn’t do much else.. He spit blood into the obese male’s face, actually trying to struggle, and rise from those who held him, he shouldn’t have even let his attention stray as it was, it had been stupid. However Kae hadn’t expected to be rescued either, nor had he caught the look on his rescuers face when the shady looking male had came out. The next thing he knew the bald male had reared back from him, and the others had released him, to gang up on the one who had came to his aid.. Sho, the one who had said he was no ones buddy, and seemed cold to even him.. Kae’s hand was already at his face, as he backed up, spitting blood onto the floor, even as he had heard Sho telling him to leave, and that he had passed. Being jerked down on the floor as he had, hadn’t helped his ribs any, but still he didn’t like the idea of leaving Sho to fight off everyone on his own.. It wasn’t that he couldn’t tell the man could take care of himself, but damn! He still didn’t like merely sitting on the sidelines, even though his other hand had already went around his bandaged ribs. He wouldn’t be any good to anyone if he ended up more injured than he was.. Though not long after he had thought of intervening the guards finally intervened, just not in the way that Kae expected.. They had only went after Sho, which was quite messed up all on it’s own, though then again, more than enough of the other’s where on the floor already.. It wasn’t until he had been using one hand that was already covered by blood that had spilled from his nose, and mouth, covering his hand, to push himself off the floor that he heard someone addressing him. His eyes snapped to the side, Kae’s arm still wrapped around his ribcage, as he pushed himself from the ground, taking a ragged breath, as his eyes flicked to Sho, who was still being dragged away. Though they soon flicked back to the male, before his eyes narrowed, he really didn’t like the looks of this one.. “Take a look at me? Can’t you do that right here?” Kae said a suspicious tone already entering his voice. However as the shady looking male continued, Kae’s jaw clenched, his tongue sweeping out across his lower lip, causing him to wince slightly. His lip was busted open, but it was nothing major, though it was what the male had said, about cooperating that had Kae staring at the man with a look of near contempt. Kae’s lips parted as if he was going to remark, thinking of saying something snide, and condescending, though closed into a tight line, at what the male said next. Kae’s lips pursed into angry line, his eyes darkening with malice, as his hands clenched into fists at his sides, even as the shady looking male continued. Wouldn’t want your hero to get killed.. No he didn’t want that, though he had to wonder what the male meant by that he could stop their pain.. Nor did he like the smirk that had came to the male as he had said it. Kae’s eyes slid back to doors, the direction in which they had taken Sho, and he wondered why it mattered.. Though he wouldn’t be held responsible for another's death, not if he could help it.. The male was blackmailing him, with another’s life, Sho’s life.. A man he had just met, what made the man think he cared.. Even though he did, it was in Kae’s eyes, even before he said anything, a look of malice nearly dark enough that it seemed like it would scald, if it was able to. Yet all Kae could say was. “What the hell do you want?” The words alone spoken through gritted teeth, as he stared the shady looking man down. It was in Kae’s eyes that he already didn’t like the shady nurse that had approached him, though it was also obvious that he had been injured even before the inmates had gotten to him. Injured yet still had fight in him, and an attitude to match. Even with the male’s creepy demeanor, and shady nature Kae still held his ground, merely looking at him, as if waiting for something, before he looked back at the doors once again, gritting his teeth, then merely nodded. Waiting for the male to lead the way, as he mumbled through gritted teeth. “I won’t be responsible for his death, if you truly would allow that to happen..”
