Confusion about "Love Place" Movies? Looking for Specific one

I am looking for a specific BL movie. English title is "Graduation, parting with you" that was released on April 25, 2014. Starring SETOGUCHI HIROKI, KITAGAWA YUKI, ISOGAI RYUKO. Translation of title from google is "Sotsuyou kun to Wakare"?

 

After some searching, this movie is one movie from "Love Place"? I thought "Love Place" was a single stand alone movie, not like a series or string of movies or something.

I tried buying the stream on Amazon but it doesn't take international cards. I'll try DMM next. Does anyone know where I can watch it or if this movie goes by some other name? I looked at our list of downloads and couldn't find it there.
