I've wondered so many times where he would be.

And there he was, smiling with his black eyes,

where to see my soul reflected in.

With his long arms ready to receive me

in a warm morning after a night of endless love.

And there I was, with tears running down my face,

ruining the pose I had decided to keep.

He placed his hand on my face,

I felt his warm touch, his welcoming, his friendship, his love.

There he was, in a dream, in a foggy dream

where reality and imagination interwined in a dangerous dance

making my hear beat again in pain.

And there I was, willing to let you in,

but trying to cover all the bricks falling down

from the high walls around my heart.

And there you were, every morning,

every afternoon,

every night,

to remember me that reality and imagination

are interwined in a dangerous dance

making my heart beat in pain again.

Envious and jealous of the beauty of a mortal girl named Psyche(Soul), Aphrodite asked her son Eros (Love) to use his golden arrows while Psyche sleeps, so that when she awakens,Aphrodite would place a vile creature for her to fall in love with. Cupid finally agrees to her commands after a long debate. As he flies to Psyche's room at night, he turns himself invisible so no one can see him fly in through her window. He takes pity on her, for she was born too beautiful for her own safety. As he slowly approaches, careful not to make a sound, he readies one of his golden arrows. He leans over Psyche while she is asleep and before he can scratch her shoulder with the arrow, she awakens, startling him, for she looks right into his eyes, despite his invisibility. This causes him to scratch himself with his arrow and fall deeply in love with her. Psyche's sisters were jealous and challenged her to unveil her lover's face. Eros bursts out in anger and he exiles her from his side. She wanders the earth alone,lost and mourning her lack of confidence.She has to get through tough works to regain her lover's trust and love. Psyche finally succeeds and becomes part of the Pantheon as an immortal. Finally she gives birth to Eros'child, a girl named Hedoné, meaning "pleasure".
