The sites blocked include Facebook, Twitter, Myspace and our site as well. All were categorized as 'Mature Content'. This is ridiculous! To block people's access to sites like Facebook because it has 'mature content'. This is pure censorship! What's even more ridiculous is that there isn't even a button with 'I am 18+, I agree viewing the content'. It's just a blank page with a 'Back' button. Some of the users might not access the forum. Kisecchi Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 Yeah its ridiculous for sure and can understand it very well since 5.000 webpages blocked or banned in my country even my country banned youtube !!! soo i'm using some programs that allowing me surfing into those webpages. it's really sad also cos in my opinion every each person should have his/her freedom in internet !!! In some regions these sites were blocked only in public places, but in some areas they are blocked even at home. Up to now I was only informed by misakixusagi that she couldn't access the forum a few days ago receiving the 'mature content' warning. It does not matter what internet provider or whatever, with this program you can go to the so-called pages. Well the internet is always dangerous, and clearly we want to protect children from it. I understand it on one side but on the other it is Bigbrother. just because many minors are yaoi crazy these steps have been initiated. as well as on facebook.
