Sasunarufan13 Posted May 15, 2012 Share Posted May 15, 2012 Well after my sister discovered that not only do I write yaoi fanfiction but I also read yaoi mangas, she blabbed about it to my parents -_- My father just finds it weird and was kind of teasing me with it, my sister is constantly asking why I like that and my mom is just cool with it. She even bought some yaoi mangas for me (granted it wasn't like she saw the covers or so but she knew what kind of manga it was) One of my best friend found it a bit weird at first, but then she was like "If it makes you happy, whatever. I don't mind." And the rest of my best friends are yaoi fangirls themselves XD If someone else made a problem about it if they saw me reading it or found a yaoi manga, I would just tell them where they could shove their opinion. Â But the last timei got caught by my sis I told her I was holding it for someone and when she caught me drawing bl I told her I was geting paid. I just replied, "Yes." and did not elaborate further and put them away. end of story. Â I learned that by keeping your reply short and behave nonchalantly, you are less likely to become a target of scrutiny. i only spazz about BL to friends who share the same interest. i do not force this to anyone who don't like it in the same vein that i do not like to be forced to like something that i don't care for.
