ChocolateHearts
The manga...well actually manhwa that had me hooked to yaoi is Totally Captivated by Yoo Ha Jin. This manhwa will have you funny, upset, and then smitten with the characters, that I was sad to see it end. Totally captivated was amazing - I loved the characters, the style, the artwork. But what got me really hooked was Koisuru Boukun (The Tyrant Who Falls In Love).

And the SEME is way cooler than I first thought he would be... *sigh* I could just die form the excitement i still feel whenever I remember some scenes in the manga. i just hope that Takanaga-sensei would keep producing spectacular works such as them one! ainedamdz
I remember the first yaoi i read back in high school - it was hard yaoi and i guess it turned me into a bit of a pervert. Now i can't stand fluff and girly ukes, and I've started thinking that bara is hot too D:hamtaro-005 (5): Usagi to Ookami no Shinshi Kyoutei!! juugatsuni
its OUGI Yuzuha-sensei's Brother in 2009. the time where i was still new to the world of yaoi, Yuzuha-sensei's work, Brother, was there to welcome me. (XD) well, i've read 2-3 yaoi before reading hers, but hey, its because of that work that made thought that " yaoi is beautiful ". Gatichan
Certainly Yamane Ayano. And, I've just realized, Kaori Yuki. I devoured all her mangas, amongst others because her characters are so androgynous. Especially in Angel Sanctuary, where half the time I don't even know if the characters are female or male, I guess she was mainly the one which got me to start thinking of reading boy love books in the first place. Helya
Even though i was watching yaoi anime for several years i never wanted to read manga, by that time i though that a manga will never be that good to satisfy my mind. My first manga was Koisuru Boukun 'cuz i liked the ova too much, and after that i started to read any manga where at least one of the guys look hot. ohthelulz
the kiss scene between umeda and his classmate in hanakimi. oh man, it was so pretty. there was grace in that scene, an intense yet delicate atmosphere... i got hooked immediately lol. but i was quite young, so it took a while for me to adjust to, uh, harder titles, lol. it was all cute and fluffy pg bl for some time. Katla
The first yaoi manga I ever read was Cut by Kawai Touko. I hadn't even heard of yaoi before that, and randomly stumbled upon that manga. Needless to say, I fell in love and could never go back.
