@yojichan : True, for me Takumi-kun was probably the first BL films that I have seen but it's the only one that I liked so much and probably the only one where I could identify myself in all character, I just loved the chemistry behind MisuShin.

you know when you feel like your heart is kinda squeezed and probably is gonna explode, you wanna run and cry

we can consider the end of the movie like a "happy ending" but actually its not a traditional happy ending, its a...mmm Mysterious one (Roby, that's my fav word of the day xD). guise, srsly, I can talk about it over and over, just can't get enough >_

 

I guess whenever it comes to MisuShin, we could really talk forever. We can never get enough of those two. That's what attracted me to their story is that though it may appear like you can figure them out but you can't. It's mysterious. It always has that element of surprise that leaves you wanting. Misu is such an enigma and Shingyouji has become one as well. These are two very driven people who will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. I find that very attractive in a character.

Misu delivered most of the killer lines in the entire series.

I would love to deconstruct each of everything he said. :leaf2:

From the moment he walked into the room in Bibou no Detail...DAMN..WHAT AN ENTRANCE! :Red_fox7:

Everything he says gives you a peek of what's going through his mind, how he operates, how he feels, how he strategize. It's all there but what I like about it is that he doesn't come off as easy. You really have to observe the tone of his voice, his facial expressions, his mannerisms, the timing he chooses to say them and to whom he says them...He really gets you deep and engaged. Everything he does is calculated. Nothing's wasted. That's one of the reasons why he's such an amazing character together with Shingyouji to write about in my fanfics. There is so much layers about him that you wanna explore. And the deeper, you get, it just keeps getting better.

 

It's kinda hard for me to say what my favorite Misu line is because like I said they were all killer lines.

I'll just name a few:

 

"But you're happy that i let you touch me stuff, aren't you, Shingyouji?" (Bibou no Detail)

 

"But don't go waking up at night and mistaking me for Saki just because my bed's the same spot as his." (Bibou no Detail)

 

"Say something, Saki.

By changing yourself too much, you made it too obvious

well no idea a simpleton like you can come up with would amount to much." (Bibou no Detail)

 

"He still belongs to me even if i'm not all over him." (Aozora)

 

"Saki now owes me three favors." (Aozora)

 

"So Saki left before the time was up

I guess you've made up then

and here i was hoping to interrupt at the climax." (Aozora)

 

"Taken at first time you mean?" (Pure)

 

"You think you can do that now that you've cast me aside?

I personally think one of the best scenes in Pure for Misu was when he's in the executive room and is working on his studies or what-have-you and he stops when he realizes how quiet it's gotten. When he sees Shingyoshi sleeping that smile on his face is the smile that Shinghyoshi would love to see. Is it jsut me or does Misu only show that smile towards Shinghyoshi when the other boy isn't looking? Never once does he smile at Shingoyoshi but when Shingyoshi is sound asleep and in a very vulnerable state Misu is smiling like that.

Okay, hama-san gave me the heads up on this detail. The Takumi-kun series always released 3 DVDs per movie. But yes, only Pure have a director's cut and apparently this is because the director/producers wanted to give the TakuGii fans something special since Pure was primarily focused on MisuShin.

LOL What a great way to set up a character! rabbit14 Basically complaining to Takumi at first meeting, bashing his boyfriend, and then ending with pat on the Takumi's shoulder saying how pleased he is that they're roommate was so funny!

Btw at that scene I loved Mao and his Takumi’s "What the Hell just happened?!" expression :cuteonion57:

Yes it was very lovely scene... sleeping face of Shin :leaf15: ........and about Misu's smiling face.... I found one more moment^^.....

if you look closely as Shingyoji leaves the room 270 after hearing response that he must be happy that he was allowed to touch Misu's possessionson, Misu let's a smile slip. Fantastic and Rare! :Red_fox:

Gosh, I know right? Baba-chan err I mean Misu walks in the room like a BOSS. Right away establishing the roommate agreement. He has such a seme personality. It's just wow. Such a strong presence. He can wrap you around his finger or put you in your place. Like Akaike said, Misu and Gii are two kinds of popular. I love how diverse they are. Misu is a force to be reckoned with. If he was my roommate, damn...I would fall in love with him immediately. No ifs or buts about it. Misu is magnetic and fascinating. Baba-chan was superb in delivering the awesomeness.

 

Like I said I can deconstruct every line Misu said in the movies he's in. Heck! I'll do a thesis focused on MisuShin. Deep character analysis. :cuteonion44::msn_red_fox 10:leaf2:

\Junnie mentioned a bonus feature and at the same time, spasming over babaXtaiki... I thought she meant there's a bonus about them in pure with the title of "Distance between him and the moon." I crossed out the first one because it's not the making of and thought it'd be impossible for it to have that extra story of babaxtaiki. Its description confused the hella of me because it said ANOTHER story of babaxtaiki.

 

I was confused because it couldn't be in the first movie, since I was talking about making of part with babaXtaiki in it.

 

I was confused where that bonus feature was...I thought either second or third. It's in the first one. I didnt understand there were two versions of Pure DVD. DOH! and that part "Distance between him and moon" ISNT about babaxtaiki. That's the bottom line.

 

Then I wanted to know which one has the RED FLASH across it... It was BabaxTaiki's love story.

The third one is what I want to buy.
