tuti
Name: Takahiro Souma Age: 42 Personality: He is a kind man who love both of his sons Saiki knocked twice on the wooden door before pushing it open. "Brother!" Takagimi's happy voice filled the room and the servant who had just brought Takagimi's breakfast bowed politely. Saiki waved his hand dismissing the young woman and once she left the room, a smile covered his usually expressionless face. "How are you feeling?" He asked softly as he sat down on the bed next to his little brother and ruffled the other's hair lightly. "I'm feeling better! But what happened to your hand brother?" The boy asked unintentionally causing Saiki to wince in pain as he pulled Saiki's wounded hand in his tiny one's. "I hurt myself trying to open a letter with a knife." He lied and gently pulled his hand away from the other's in order to fish something from deep inside his pockets. "I brought you something." He said pulling a beautiful handkerchief embroiled with sakura blossoms. The little boy's face brightened up and he clutched the beautiful gift close to his chest protectively. "Thank you brother!" Saiki only smiled as he patted his little brother's head affectionately. ---- A wide smile appeared on Takhiro's face as Ryuu joined them for breakfast. Ryuu's beauty was bewitching. "Please just call me Takahiro." He said his eyes lightning up. Of course, this reaction wasn't missed by Kaoru's sharp eyes. The enthusiasm her husband was showing towards the other male was so unnatural to her that she couldn't help feel jealous. "Did you sleep well, Ryuu-san?" She asked a smile covering her detestation of the long haired beauty. They sat down on the table as they began to chat about irrelevant things when suddenly a cold atmosphere filled the room as Saiki walked in to join them. His expressionless face and cold light brown eyes fell on Ryuu... So he is not a servant? He thought to himself. "Ah, Ryuu I bet you haven't met my oldest son, Saiki?" Takahiro introduced the curly haired young man who silently took his seat on the table. "Saiki, this is Ryuu, Tagami's new tutor." Saiki's sharp eyes fell once again on the beautiful man; he wasn't going to tell his father that they already met. "Oh my, dear, what happened to your hand?" Kaoru asked feigning concern. Saiki glared at her angrily, seeing right through her act. "Is none of your concern." He said coldly making his father frown. "Saiki, respect your mother." Saiki glared as furiously at his father. "She is not my mother!" He said back and groaned as he pushed his seat back and stood up. "You people ruined my appetite." He said in a disgusted voice and stormed out of the dining room. "I am sorry you had to witness this, Ryuu." Takahiro apologized with a pained look in his eyes, his oldest son was a bright man for business but he was difficult to deal with. Arawn_Bheur
Ryuu smiled warmly as Takahiro asked him t use his first name. He wasn't entirely certain why the man reacted the way he did, but he wasn't going to let it show on his face. "I slept well, ma'am. Thank you," he answered Kaoru, still smiling softly. Her reaction seemed more normal, something he was used to. The light breakfast conversation was nice to have as they entered it. It felt relatively normal and something that helped them figure each other out. He glanced up as Saiki walked in and he bristled a little as the man kept looking at him coldly, but he smiled as he was re-introduced. Since the oldest child didn't seem to feel the need to enlighten the family about having already met, he wasn't going to enlighten them. For whatever reason, Saiki wanted to keep things hush hush. He listened to the exchange between Saiki and his parents, face quite expressionless. It was none of his business as to why they seemed to lack the ability to get along. "It's all right, Mr. Souma," he said with a soft smile as Takahiro apologized, unable to break the habit of not calling someone by their first name. He meant the words because he really had no issue with Saiki other than the cold looks that often came his way.
tuti
Takahiro smiled kindly at Ryuu. "You are really kind. I'm glad we hired you as Tagami's tutor." He said admiring the younger man's gentleness. He had expected Ryuu to start asking question; but to his surprised the younger man did not. It was indeed a pleasant surprise. "Ryuu, would you care to join me today, after you teach Tagami?" Takahiro asked and Kaoru interrupted them before Ryuu had time to answer. "Dear, don't pester Ryuu-san. He'll probably be too tired to listen to your stories." Kaoru said, the gentleness in her voice concealing her jealousy. "Please honey, let Ryuu decided for himself." He said to his wife before turning to face Ryuu expecting a positive answer. Arawn_Bheur
Ryuu smiled softly at Takahiro as the man looked at him. He couldn't say 'no' to the man because that would be rude, and because the gentleman seemed to truly want to spend time with him. "I would be honored," he said with a polite smile at the older man. "I should be done around 2 pm with your son." ___ Ryuu sat down on the edge of Tagami's bed, setting the books he had found in the library gently on the bedside table. "Since I'm unable to take you outside, I figured you might like these," he said with a smile at the young boy. It would be hard to teach without taking his new student anywhere, but he could do it. "I have some items being sent to the mansion that you should like too," he added as he pulled close a book and flipped through the pages. He turned the book so Tagami could see the elaborate picture of an oak tree. "I'd like to cover some mythology today first and then we'll delve into the natural sciences. How's that sound?" tuti
"Fantastic!" Takahiro cheered much to his wife disapproval. "Please, meet me in my workroom then." He said with a cheerful smile which made him look younger. Despite his age Takahiro was still a very handsome man desired by many women. -skip- Tagami brushed his fingers over the picture in the book, truly loning to feel the real thing. "It's okay...you can teach me outside...no one has to know." He said softly, almost whisper. "It doesn't matter that it's snowing outside...I want to know how it feels." He said hoping that Ryuu would give in to his wishes.
Arawn_Bheur
Ryuu shook his head, giving an inward sigh. He would love to take Tagami outside, but he couldn't endanger the boy like that. "I'm sorry, Tagami, but I can't," he said softly, watching the boy a little sadly. "I promise to do what I can to bring it in to you," he added with a soft smile. He knew he couldn't bring in snow from the outside, but he could always make his own inside with water from within the house. "But, let's talk about world mythologies," he said as he shifted his position a little bit, pointing to several figures that were located throughout the branches of the oak tree. He soon began a soft tale of elves and wrights, ogres and demons, spinning it into the reality of the people who had thought of such creatures. Explaining how it could give insight into different beliefs, then the tales smoothly reached into the natural sciences, how they explained various phenomena. He'd let the boy ask questions whenever and he would answer them and then prompt with his own questions. He smiled softly as he closed up the book, ending for the day. "We'll do natural sciences every other day and on the others will do your history, mathematics, and grammar," he said with a smile at Tagami. tuti
A defeated smile appeared on Tagami's young face as he failed to persuade Ryuu to take him outside. If only Megumi hadn't walked into the room the other day he probably could have made Ryuu take him outside at least once. Nevertheless, he pushed those disappointing thoughts away and very eagerly listened to everything Ryuu said. He loved those mythical stories because they were so magical, he even wished he lived in one. Not only was the lecture interesting but Ryuu was a nice teacher as well. He had enough patience and didn't mind repeating the things Tagami didn't understand; it was obvious that Ruyy really enjoyed what he was doing. Tagami nodded at Ryuu as he explained to him what they'll be learning. "That sounds good, though I'm not really fond of mathematics" He said with an innocent giggle. --- Takahiro Souma looked at the falling white snow from his office window as he patiently waited for Ryuu. Arawn_Bheur
Ryuu laughed softly at the admission. "I'll tell you a secret, I don't care for mathematics either," he whispered with a soft laugh and playful smile. The boy was so cute that he doubted he could ever grow upset with him. He slid off of the bed. "I'll leave the books here for you to read," he added with a soft smile before he bid the boy farewell and left to meet Takahiro. He soon found the office and he knocked on the door. When the older male told him to enter, he walked inside and shut the door. "Good afternoon, Mr. Souma," he said with a friendly smile at Takahiro. tuti
Takahiro office was very different from the rest of the house. The room was well lightened and had a more cheerful decoration, it probably reflected Takahiro's personality. "Ah Ryuu, good afternoon to you too." The older man said a smile adorning his already handsome face. He quickly pulled a chair for Ryuu to sit down. "How was Tagami's first lesson?" He asked and moved to his desk where he picked up a bottle of whiskey. "Would you like a drink, Ryuu?" He offered. --- A beautiful woman tried to run away but she didn't expect to trip on a broken branch and twisting her ankle as she fell on the ground. Her light brown eyes widened in fear as she looked at the hideous beast that slowly approached her; saliva dripping from it's mouth as it bared its fangs ready to have a taste of her skin. She quickly turned around, her long black curly hair swirling around beautifully as she tried to crawl away from the beast. "Please...stop this madness!" She begged, her beautiful face a mess from all tears. But her pleads fell to deaf ears...there was no one around to safe her as the creature wrapped its crawled paw around her slender neck to choke her screams for help. One last tear rolled down her cheek as she saw the beast open it's mouth wide and - "Mother!" Saiki shouted as his eyes opened wide, waking up from a horrible nightmare. He groaned as he sat up and pulled the heavy blankets off his body. "Shit..." He whispered burying his sweaty face in his hands.
Arawn_Bheur
"Please?" Ryuu answered the question, smiling softly at the handsome older man as he took the seat offered to him. He generally wasn't that fond of spirits, but in the name of being polite he didn't decline the drink. "The lesson went very well. Your son is bright and he shows a lot of promise in learning," he said, accepting the glass offered him from Takahiro. He took a delicate sip of the drink to get used to the taste. It had been awhile, but this wasn't a bad version of whiskey -- not that he expected a low brand coming from a man like Takahiro. "I really enjoy teaching him and I look forward to it." He took one more sip, keeping everything slow. "How was your day?"
tuti
Takahiro took a sip of his drink as he sat on the corner of his desk. "Busy as always." He said with a smile and looked down at the glass in his hand. "Tagami," He began. "He has always been a sick boy, of what? We don't know. The only thing we do know is that he can't go out or exhaust himself physically." He explained thinking it was only right to talk about Tagami's health with the teacher. It pained him to see his son in such conditions because he knew he couldn't do anything to help him. "And I guess you are now aware that Kaoru is not his biological mother." He added recalling the little scene with Saiki during breakfast.
Arawn_Bheur
Ryuu nodded as Takahiro talked, fingers turning the glass of whiskey in his hand as he watched the older man. "Yes, sir," he said softly. He had put two-and-two together, but he hadn't pried any farther. It was none of his business as to what happened to Saiki's and Tagami's biological mother. "I was wondering, sir, if I would have permission to bring the outdoors in for Tagami. I can use anything within the castle to do so. I don't have to use outside resources." His dark eyes surveyed Takahiro, pleading a little. He wanted to do what he could for Tagami, but he wanted permission for it because he was not the child's guardian. tuti
A bright smile appeared on Takahiro's face he was more and more amazed my Ryuu's kindness and honesty. He was really glad that Ryuu was his son's personal tutor. "Of course, that's the least we can do since that he can't go out." He paused and looked straight into Ryuu's beautiful eyes. "And please drop the formalities, I know I am old, but I'd like to feel young sometimes." He said and chuckled as he took another sip of his drink. He didn't know why but he was really having a nice time talking with Ryuu, it was a lovely company. "I heard from Kaoru that your belongings have not arrived yet, if there's anything you need please do not hesitate come to me and ask. I'm more than willing to provided you with anything you need." --- A sigh escaped Siaki's lips as he walked through the mansion's dark halls and towards his father's office. They needed to revise the contract with the new client as soon as possible.
Arawn_Bheur
"Yes, s--uh..yes," Ryuu answered, a faint blush appearing in his cheeks when he avoided calling Takahiro 'sir'. It was something foreign to him. He smiled softly as he took a sip of his whiskey, accidentally swallowing some down the wrong tube from trying to hide his embarrassment and he coughed softly, pulling out a handkerchief to cover his mouth. His cheeks flared red at embarrassment and tears sprang to his eyes at the coughing.
tuti
Takahiro quickly placed his glass down and moved to Ryuu's side and kneeled down in front of him. "Are you alright." He asked his voice full of concern and placed a hand over Ryuu's shoulder. He waited for the other to answer but couldn't help feel himself be drawn in by the younger man's beautiful eyes. They were do beautiful it was bewitching. He licked his suddenly dry lips unable to understand this sudden desire he had to kiss the other man. "Well, who would thought you'd swing that way, father." Saiki's voice filled the room as he stood in the doorway looking at the two men, his eyes glaring at Ryuu in a harsher way.
Arawn_Bheur
Ryuu nodded slightly and gestured a little to the drink to show he had just swallowed it wrong. He smiled softly as the coughing subsided, touched by the concern on Takahiro's voice. He stiffened slightly at hearing Saiki's voice and he looked up, straightening in the chair. He fought every urge to pull away from the glare directed his way. He had no idea why the man kept looking at him that way and he couldn't help but be stung by the looks. tuti
Takahiro frowned as he too straightened himself and faced his disrespectful son. "Saiki, I will not tolerate your lack of respect towards me or other people any longer." He said a bit furious at his son's comment and also feeling sorry for Ryuu who had to yet again witness another scene with Saiki. "I don't care what you think or say; All I see is you drooling over that pretty boy but I guess I can understand why, he is indeed really beautiful. Don't you think?" Saiki said as he walked into the room and towards Ryuu. Just like an animal cornering its prey. "It makes me wonder whether he is really a man or not." He stepped closer to Ryuu and was about to touch the other's neck when Takahiro stopped his hand in mid action. "Saiki! What is wrong with you?!" His father almost shouted, the anger obvious on his face. Saiki brushed his father's hand away and looked away. "We need to discuss the new contract...I'll come back when you two are done loving each others." He said with one last glare at Ryuu and left the room. Takahiro ran a hand through his gray hair and looked at Ryuu sadly and ashamed. "I-I'm really sorry about that. He...He wasn't always like that but after his mother died...everything changed..." He said closing his eyes suddenly feeling extremely tired.
Arawn_Bheur
Ryuu pulled back a little bit as Saiki came closer, feeling cornered. He hated the feeling he was getting from Saiki and the words coming from a man he had just met...He was grateful when Takahiro stopped Saiki from touching him and he let out an inaudible sigh of relief as Saiki left the room. "It's all right," Ryuu said with a soft smile at Takahiro as he stood. He hesitated a moment before gently squeezing Takahiro's shoulder. "I'm sorry for your loss," he added in a gentle tone, feeling truly sad for the other man. He gently squeezed once more in comfort before taking his leave so Takahiro could rest in peace. __ Ryuu walked towards his rooms, irritation evident in how he ran his fingers through his hair. He couldn't believe that he had already gotten on the bad side of Saiki and that he had yet somehow managed to receive his attraction. He was at a loss as to what he was going to do. tuti
Kaoru saw Ryuu walk away in the opposite direction and walked into her husband room frowning lightly. "What happened?" She asked noticing the distress in Takahiro's face. The older man looked at her and shook his head. "Nothing, the usual confrontation with Saiki." Kaoru's frown deepened and asked, "Don't tell me that Ryuu was the source of your fight?" She asked and Takahiro eyed her a bit confused. Why did she ask such a thing? "Well, yes. But everybody and anything is enough to cause Saiki to act like a total imbecile." The anger and disappointment towards his oldest son was evident in Takahiro's voice. "I see." Kaoru said softly and left the room. So now not only Takahiro was bewitched by that Ryuu, but also Saiki? ---the next day--- "Good morning, Ryuu-san." Kaoru greeted with a kind smile as she walked into Ryuu's room. "I was talking to Tagami and he is very happy to have you as his tutor, he says you are really nice and fun." She said looking around the room before she finally faced the long haired beauty. "And you said you had no experience at all."
Arawn_Bheur
"Good morning, Mrs. Souma," Ryuu said with a soft smile, standing up from his desk as Kaoru entered the room. He set down the small project he had been working on for Tagami. "I'm glad that he likes me. He's a great student and does everything he's supposed," he added, smiling softly. It was one reason he was trying to get his small project done soon. He wanted to give Tagami a small piece of the world, but in a way that would be all right for him. "Is there anything I can do for?" he asked after a few seconds, wondering if Kaoru needed something or what she wanted because he hadn't had any notice that she wanted to talk to him. tuti
"Well, you see Ryuu-san." She started, the sweet smile never leaving her face. "I'll be hosting a party next week, nothing big, just a reunion with some of our closest friends." She paused and sat down on an empty chair. "And I would loved it if you'd attend, Ryuu-san." Of course, Kaoru planned the party to be anything but a small.
Arawn_Bheur
Ryuu smiled softly at Kaoru. He wasn't one for parties, but he couldn't very well decline his host. "I would love to attend, ma'am," he said with another gentle smile, inclining his head slightly. "What would the dress code be for your gathering?" he asked, needing to know if he needed to make a trip down to town or not.
tuti
Kaoru waved her hand dismissing Ryuu's question. "Oh please, darling, it's just a small party, a get together. Nothing to worry about what to wear." She said her thin lips forming a sweet smile. ---Time Skip--- "Oh Kaoru, what a splendid ball this one turned out to be, just like every year." A red haired woman said as she kissed Kaoru's cheek complimenting her for the wonderful social gathering. Yes, it was indeed one dazzling party. The house was for once lightened up, candlelights decorating the entire ballroom. A band stood in the corner playing a beautiful melody to entertain the distinguished guests. From the corner of her eyes she noticed Ryuu standing alone. "Come let me introduce you to Tagami's new tutor." She said taking Takahiro with her. "Ryuu these are Keiro and Kita Hanamishi, Hanamishi-san is the mayor of this town." She introduced them. "Isn't he a cutie?" She paused. "Don't you agree with me, darling?" She said looking at her husband who was feeling quite irritated by Kaoru's strange behavior and said nothing.
Arawn_Bheur
There had been more people than he had expected, but Ryuu kept that from showing. He would be able to make it through one night of socializing with a rather large amount of people. It helped that the place was well lit which just truly showed off the beauty of the mansion so he was able to quietly study the area while appearing to be somewhat social. He was polite whenever someone greeted him, but he made little effort to greet people first because he had no desire to interrupt conversations that were already flowing. "Good evening, Mr. and Mrs. Hanamishi," he said with a polite smile and bow when Kaoru came over to introduce the mayor and his wife. He had not expected for them to be there, but he could go with the flow so to speak. He wondered why Kaoru wanted to introduce them to him because there seemed nothing to gain from it. tuti
Kaoru only smiled noticing her husband discomfort. This was exactly what she wanted, to show him – no - to remind him, that he had a reputation to uphold. That society wouldn’t tolerate any of those infatuations he was feeling towards Ryuu, no matter how beautiful that other man was. “He is indeed quite charming, you don’t mind if I borrow him once do you? My little girl is also in need of a personal tutor.” Mrs. Hanamishi said with a chuckled but her eyes stared at Ryuu lustfully. “Women, I’ll never understand their way of thinking.” The mayor said. “But, where is Saiki? I haven’t seen him all night.” He further asked and Takahiro took a big sip of his drink, probably to swallow his discomfort. But again, Kaoru was the one who answered. “Oh, you know how he is, he really dislikes these kind of events.” She said with a sweet smile “I’m telling you Takahiro, that boy of yours is bright when it comes business but when it comes to social gatherings he lacks charisma.” He said before they excused themselves. “Are you enjoying the party, Ryuu?” Takahiro asked once Kaoru finally left him alone in order to greet some of the other guests. --- Far from the mansion and behind the backyard massive garden, a young couple sat near the old and unused fountain. “Please, Jin-sama, I must return to the party before my parents notice I’m missing.” The young lady said as her lover moved his hand down between her leg. “So what if they do?” The young man said as he buried his face between the woman’s big and soft bosom. “Jin-sama!” The young girl said as she pushed the man away from her. “It’s cold and you are being extremely mean!” She said before turning around and rushed back to the party, angry at her lover's lack of responsibility. “Tsk!” Jin groaned as his lover ran away, he was feeling too horny to go back to the party now. He buried his hands deep inside his pockets to keep himself warm, now that his human heater had walked away. He noticed a desolated house behind a bunch of naked trees, probably an old warehouse. Curious, he walked closer and was about to turn around and return to the party (the cold starting to get him), when a strange noise caught his attention. It sounded like an animal, probably a horse. “What? Why are they keeping a horse in here in this weather?” He said to no one in particular and with a lot of strength he broke the lock to the old warehouse and stepped in the dark room. “Man I can’t see a thing!” He said as he walked further deeper in the dark room. He stopped as he heard the sound of heavy steps from behind him. Jin turned around but all he could see was darkness except for two bright set of demonic yellow eyes looking at him. He heard the beast grumble and he knew it was no horse. The fear he felt was so great that he was unable to scream for help nor move. He was just paralyzed from the fear. The beast launched forward ready to enjoy its dinner. Inside the house, the party continued and no one heard Jin’s cries of pain as he was devoured by the beast, his limbs tore apart mercilessly.
