Key Posted September 5, 2012 Share Posted September 5, 2012 The cards are not refundable, the system doesn't permit that. We tried to change it to another system, but that one was incompatible with our platform and made the forum crash. Please don't refresh the browser while making a purchase in the shop. The cards are purchased when you click once, you don't have to refresh. If you aren't sure if your cards were successfully purchased, exit the shop and look at the last Market Gifts on your profile, that will display the last 2 purchased cards. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
