Summary: Shingo and Kakami Keiichi who are both on cloud nine, finally live together. However, their peaceful relationship is once again at stake.
Kakami’s older brother, a rude and arrogant businessman came to japan for work. Though it seems as if there is also a unpleasant family matter he needs to take care of.
Under the pretense of wanting the best for his baby brother, the unwanted guest who highly values the leopard bloodline, does every thing in his might to break the inseparable couple apart. Though it’s sad to say for Keiichi’s brother, that the outcome of his actions clearly didn’t have the result he hoped for.

Let’s not focus on the outstanding art and smut scenes for once, since it’s always exceptional. In my opinion this is the best manga out of the “Kuroneko Kareshi Series”. SAKYOU Aya introduces us to three new characters who will be important for the following volumes of the series.
Yuujin Kakami: He is the older brother of Keiichi who lived most of his life in England. Due to his upbringing he believes in fulfilling the duty of carrying on the leopard bloodline. Also does he seem to look down on Shingo because of his race as a house cat which has it’s reasons as you will read about in the spin off that shows his side of the story 😉 Yuujin on the surface appears to be very arrogant and unfriendly, although he shows his soft and caring side when together with his precious son (and Takamizawa ~). Just as his brother he gives off the same sparkling, untouchable aura.
Rio: He is the only child of Yuujin Kakami. Because he is only 6 years old he hasn’t figured out how to completely hide his leopard ears and tale. Just like every child he loves spending time with reading books and playing. The cute leopard cub who bears a close resemblance to Keiichi, recently discovered his love for pudding and black cats. Or should I rather say for Shingo? You can imagine the troubles that will arise!
Takamizawa Ei: He is the loyal servant of the Kakami household and carries a torch for Yuujin.
Not only do we gain more insight on Kakami Keiichi’s background. Furthermore, we get to see more facets of his character. The usually confidant actor shows us a more insecure and fragile side since his brother appeared. Also, does Shingo seem more honest about his feelings towards the end of the story.
The plot follows the same pattern as the previous volumes. Which is steamy sex in the beginning followed by a dramatic quarrel and sweet lovey dovey make-up-sex in the end. But because of the new characters and the subplot of Keiichi and his family, the storyline stays interesting.
If you belong to the group of emotional readers like me, this volume and especially the upcoming one will definitely bring tears to your eyes 🙁 But I can also guarantee that SAKYOU Aya will make up for it by writing and drawing one of the sweetest and most satisfying happy endings i’ve read so far 😉 So as usual, please stay tuned for more ^_^
