I know that i often say in my reviews: “This manga is sooooo cute!”, but in this case I can seriously instantly feel my blood sugar rise :D. This is a sugary sweet, omegaverse story with the potential to melt even the coldest of hearts ^_^
Eventhough this manga hasn’t got a spectacular plot, it’s still so much fun, to read about the eventful daily life of this very adorable family. Center of the Fujiyoshi household aswell as for the story is Hikari, the little baby boy of Misaki and Hiromu who gets the best out of every one he meets. Thanks to his open smile and lovable personality, he easily wins over the hearts of the many people he gets to know and quickly adopts them into his family. However, ’cause life isn’t always about rainbows and unicorns, this family (just like every other family too), has their struggles to overcome with, which will add some drama to keep things interesting.
I love the soft drawing style which underlines the warmth of this series. Nevertheless, the true highlight of ICHIKAWA Ichi’s art are in my opinion the chibis :D. When seeing their facial expressions you can’t help but to continuously smile.
Tadaima, Okaeri is one of my favorite Omegaverse manga. Firstly because of how healthy and positiv the relationship of the alpha/omega couple is pictured. Secondly, which i think is rare for this genre, is that i felt really happy and uplifted throughout the whole story. So if you need some feel-good reading material to brighten your day, this is one of the best manga to choose.
