Now, this omegaverse was a lot cuter than expected ^_^
At first i thought it’s going to be one of these stories where the omega annoys me to death because of his arrogant, self-protecting behavior that makes Mahiro the omega quite unpleasant at the beginning. But he turned out to be a sweetheart the more he opened up to the shy and pure alpha Yoneya and gradually learns to love him for his adorable personality. I liked the character development of the MC’s who both showed a different side of themselves as they became more honest throughout the story.
As in every Omegaverse, the couple has to overcome several obstacles to finally have their “happily-ever-after” moment that made me weep internally at times. However, all the reconciliations and even the dramatic angst scenes were so cute that my heart was throbbing nonstop.
The art style was really cute! I can’t remember to have seen two main characters blush so much and so hard in a yaoi manga before (*≧ω≦*). For some reason i loved the facial expressions. To me, they were drawn on point and intensified the emotional aspect of the story.
In my opinion, this is one of the cuter and more positive Omegaverse manga that i think everyone will enjoy reading. Plus, the timing and balance of sad and happy moments is just right so that the story doesn’t leave a bitter aftertaste and you feel satisfied after reading it. I really had fun reading this manga and hope you will enjoy it too (o˘◡˘o).
