Prepare for an ample amount of cuteness, adorableness, and fluffiness. The fluffiness not only stems from our darling characters, but also from the plentiful amount of bunnies who frequent the story. XXX Allergy is so fun and sweet that it’ll make your heart swell. Our protagonist Shohei is such an enjoyable character. He tends to worry more than what’s necessary, but that’s part of his charm. All of this worry stems from the secret that he’s hiding from his crush, Mito. If Shohei is a worrywart, then Mito is relaxed and calm and sensible, although we’re given quite a delicious side of him towards the end of the story.
Overall this is a sweet story about a young man who has two loves, bunnies and Mito, and he finds himself struggling around both. It’s a quick read, probably won’t take more than twenty minutes to read, but there’s a sequel and a spinoff that are just as satisfying as the main story. Did I mention that the art is just gorgeous? There’s not a single character in this story who isn’t beautiful. For such a quick oneshot, XXX Allergy is one remembered.
